I used to refer all of my clients here. I am unsure what happened with them, but they have become rude and unprofessional to the point of being combative when simply requesting information on behalf of a client that needed some help understanding what was going on. I believe Greg Urroz is the owner and he has sent me some unbelievably rude emails over their own mistake, that I guess he just doesnt want to live up to. I would encourage you to use literally any other process service company as this one is the worst. I am referring my clients to J & L Process Service now and they are great!

Terrible service from these folks. The owners assistant, Sara, tends to yelp like a puppy. These folks are rude and not very good at their jobs. When you call, they will transfer you from person to person. Honestly, call someone else. Ive been in family law for 15 years and I would highly recommend almost anyone but these folks.

I work at a Colorado law firm that needed to serve subpoenas in Arizona. Maricopa County Process Servers was great in sending me the forms to prepare in order to be compliant with Arizona subpoena requirements, getting them issued by the clerk and completing service. They are extremely responsive and were able to get every subpoena served. The email updates are great. Highly recommended!

Recently, I felt that the company attempted to overcharge me for service of a complaint and summons upon a defendant in my case. The method of charging for service was unclear, and I felt the employees mislead me about the extent of the service covered by the fee. Whenever I raised my concerns about the extra charge to a principal of the company, Greg Urroz, he refused to rectify the situation, provided endless self-serving explanations, dismissed me as a customer (stating that we should part ways), and, at the same time, boasted that their service is actually better now than ever. Well, I certainly dont feel their service was good at all. I did not feel valued as a customer, especially since the dispute was over a mere $70.00. In my opinion, dismissing a customer over $70.00 seems very irresponsible and does not suggest that the principals at MCPS have good business sense.

I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided. I tried 3 other companies over the past month with no results of getting the job done. I finally found Maricopa Count Process Server and they did the job on the very first try. The agent went was professional and communicated with me during the entire process. GREAT SERVICE!!!

To start, I provided my documents 4/17/19 however the initial attempt wasnt made until 4/20/19. I had an emergent order to appear for a court date scheduled the following week. When I initially inquired about this service, I was assured delivery within 48 hrs. I made multiple attempts to communicate by phone and email to no avail. The Easter holiday is no excuse when Ive provided an address, vehicle information and a clear photo for identification. The lack of service has only made my situation much more difficult. The effort put into serving the opposing party was limited to none, considering the cost, I would most definitely not recommend this company to anyone within the community.

They received my paperwork on 2/15/2019 at 12;30 p/m, and they served the individual at 1: 22 p/m the same day, in less than one hour.unbeknownst to them, I had sent out paperwork via U.S.P.S. with receipt of service, and it came back no such street. Papers had to be served by 2/15/2019, or I would of had to go to the court for an extension, in order to serve papers lawfully, ( 20 days before court date)Their unbelievable service, saved me a lot of grief.I highly recommend their service, which was so quick and professional.Robert BarretteChico Ca.

Terrible! Failure, did not provide service paid for. No communication, or professionalism. After we drive to the office to get an update they tell us they tried 5 times sorry. Then they send us update email. Seriously! After we were just there! We waited for a month, paid $60, and got nothing but a bad attitude at the office. Do not use!

I like their flat rate pricing, which allows me to have a budget for each case. They have been responsive and effective. I use MCPS for all my collection cases.

Absolute waste of money! Took my $60 and ran. I did not even hear from them. I showed up at the office a month later and they said we made 5 attempts sorry couldnt get the job done. No communication, no pride in thier work, no service. Absolute failures. I would never use them unless you want to waste money and not have your documents served!
