I was called by Ryan...... made all kinds of promises about getting me away from a high bill from Direct TV. He did get me a lower bill with a 2 yr contract with Dish. But in his sales pitch, promised to get me out of my existing contract without any cost. I only had to return the equipment. 3 weeks after the fact got another bill. Ryan won’t return any calls, so I had to call ATT myself to disconnect my service..... but will have a 200$ Bill for my remaining contract. After my contract with this company is up,,,,,, I’m out.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! First off they appear to be ATT agents. They talk a good game and promise excellent support. They messed up the majority of my order so I had to spend a good portion of my time to try an straighten out the mess they made. I placed multiple calls to them in an attempt to fix the confusion. They did not return my calls. This company was a big waste of my time. The initial call was quite time consuming.Update...issues still not settled. They provide no documentation for their promises. By the time all is said i will probably be out over $200.00.

I was told over the phone I would get satellite dish for TV and phone service for 50 or $55 a month. All they provided was the TV service and no phone. Now I have a 93 year old Aunt that cant call her loved ones. I live 2000 miles away and cant fix the problem

Great perfessional/excellent customer service with Mr. David Lowe and his boss.They set us up with Dish Net work right away in less then 2-days from visiting their Dishoffice in Tempe Az. Best of all our TV-2 year guarantee price saved us approx. 1/2 offfrom our previous provider, & Davids boss mailed us $100.00 for signing up.

Although the sales staff do a good job of taunting the benefits of their company, Dish Network can’t be more disappointing as a service provider. HBO is no longer offered as they are allegedly undergoing negotiations with Dish. Dish sent out notifications asking customers to refrain from transferring their service because it would weaken their negotiating position. We obliged but several months have now passed. In a call to get an update I was advised to secure HBO through another provider while maintaining our Dish contract due to their ongoing negotiation disputes. Two different representatives gave me conflicting amounts of the supposed dispute, one $17, the other $30 per contract. Inasmuch as the properties that we use Dish as the cable provider are a hotel and vacation rentals, we decided that that would to be too much of a hassle for many of our guests. When asked how to cancel the 7 months remaining on our agreements we were told that there would be a $600 fee. We will terminate our relationship with Dish at the end of the contracts. Given the multitude of options available for viewing, I’d recommend you use one that has customer service with more integrity than that shown by Dish Network.

To anyone that received The Prescott Saver booklet for October 2016 I wanted to check out the Planet Earth Satellite advertised on page 4 because they said monthly programing (yes they spelled it wrong in the ad)was said to be $29.99 per month. When I tried to go to their website my virus protection blocked it with 3 different browsers which made me a little worried but I thought I would try calling them. The person who answered did not even give the correct name which I thought was Planet Earth Satellite but he gave something else. For a company that paid money to advertise, not to mention their spelling, I expected someone who could answer my questions. He did not seem to be interested in doing that. He did ask who we had service with currently. He then informed me that they would just set me up with either Direct TV or Dish. When I said I did not want either of them because of the service, or lack there of, after having both of them, he lost interest in talking to me. He would not say anything about the website issue I had ran into. So in my opinion they are not worth even considering(I had already decided this with their website issue but was willing to give them a chance). Just another SCAM business in my view and not worth anyone elses effort to even check out. I just saved you some time. Youre welcome.

Richard and Bill from Planet Earth Satellite misrepresented themselves from beginning to end. They provided many verbal promises and would not provide written documentation. The results were a nightmare. Richard was a pleasure to deal with until Dish informed him that he would have to pay the $50 install fee for the Hopper 3. He then turned belligerent and nasty. As for Bill, the GM, he was also big on promises and short on delivery. I have texts from him stating that there would not be an activation fee of any kind. The third party installer was excellent! They promised me a $200 American Express Card, I cant wait to see if I will have to fight for it too! If you hate hassles and contention, please dont make the mistake of hiring this company.

I ordered Direct TV though this Company (Bill) He promised me the rate would be for 2 years (first year through Direct TV) and they would pick up the difference on the second year. I persided that I need something in writing or an email stating this so I wouldnt get burn come the second year. Here we are (deja-vu) with no response or help from them. I called and talked to Mike said he would get back to me the next day. No response so I emailed him twice about this with no response other then told me to talk to Direct TV. They are trying to shirk their responsibility Attached is the email I received last year about them taking care of this come next year. Step up PES!!

Gave wifi in an area that was said couldnt get internet and the guy came out on a Sunday because I wouldve been last on that Monday and he knew I worked long hours. When I decided to upgrade thru mailed my new box immediately and gave me directions so I could install it

I Called on one of their ads and they had a service guy at my house that afternoon but what really impressed me is for the first time I actually got a bill for exactly what a cable company told me it would be! Im happy and now saving 45.00 a month.

SCAM! I just wanted tv for $15-$20. They said sure they can help me. I ended up with premium channels and a 2 year contract with DirecTV. It was never mentioned that I would be getting a two year contract. I contacted them to cancel and they keep turning the conversation back to the price saying it was in line with what I asked for. The 2 year contract was NOT what I asked for.The installer does not work for Planet Earth Satellite, he is an independent contractor. The installer waited until he was leaving to give me the contract. He gave me the back of it and impatiently waited for me to sign it AFTER the dish was installed. It will cost me $500 to cancel DirectTV. Do not do business with this company. James & Mike at Planet Earth Satellite; Mike at Home Entertainment and Networking Solutions. Dont do business with them unless they FIRST give you all the documents to review.

Be careful they took money but once we found my location wasnt going to give me the angle for the dish they ignored my phone calls for my refund. The salesman lied multiple times that the refund was completed. It took over a month and a poor review to get my money back.

This place is a SCAM! Its been a nightmare dealing with them. They dont tell you any of the full details about your service, like the two year contract or that the monthly bill doubles after the first year, or the multiple one time fees you have to pay, and good luck getting the $100 gift card they advertise because Ive had to call them for weeks and argue to get the full amount which Im actually still waiting for. Horrible experience from a completely unprofessional and skeezy company!

Horrible experience. They are liars and tell you anything you might wish to hear however, just to make the sale and once the sale is made, they vanish. AVOID this company at all cost! The worst of the worst!
