Amazing place, amazing company. Most of the people that work here have been here for 15-20 years so you know its a great environment. Just an amazing group of phenomenally talented people. Ive been with the company for nearly 12 years and absolutely intend on retiring here. AMTS goes above and beyond for all of their clients and employees. If you look on their website they mention doing the right thing, integrity, commitment, and results. Thats not just marketing speak, its in the companys core DNA. Absolute joy to work for them.

Horrible company to work for, they will fire for no good reason, such as if you want to work with a real team with people that will coordinate and communicate, meanwhile they just hire individuals. they just cowboy up and get work done, but the work doesnt meet any industry standards and most just put together a drawing package how they feel like it on that particular day. They have too many chiefs and not many indians. Work atmosphere is less than friendly where not one says good morning or have a good weekend. They have no value for you if you know more than management, where they micro-manage everything you do and say!
