Microfix had the best price of everywhere in the area I called to fix my iPhone 11. When I arrived I was greeted by Mike who was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. After requesting a quote from Microfix I was given a call back within minutes and was happily surprised w the low rates they offer. When I arrived I was even able to get a bundle deal with an improved battery along w my screen replacement and all for a very low cost. The gentleman that helped me today was very helpful and friendly. I was here yesterday due to camera issues from a screen replacement from a different company and he helped me within 15 minutes with the issue. The next day I came in for the back screen replacement since a completely different and separate company could not do it. Great service! My fairly new MacBook Pro wouldn’t turn on and had the “black screen of death” I was fairly desperate and considered paying another $2000 for a new one. I dropped off my computer Friday and by Tuesday it had been fully repaired and was extremely affordable! Again, Up front and goes above and beyond, I paid to have my computer fixed and afterwards they went through and helped me with a firewall problem I was having with one of my games that made it load very slowly. I had always had this issue before my computer was brought in and they showed me how to resolve this issue. The owner and operator did a great job all around. He immediately got to work on my iPhone 11, and finished replacing the screen in a mere 15 minutes. He even provided me with a free charger, and upgraded the glass to tempered glass because it was the second time I had broken the screen. I checked another similar business for pricing snd they were almost twice as much as micro fix. I give them an A+ and hopefully won’t be needing them again, but if I do I’ll be sure to come back

I walked in and talked to the owner of the shop who was extremely helpful and professional. I cracked my iPad Pro 10.5inch on the way back from a trip. I do much of my work on my iPad and needed a repair quickly. After reading much of the positive reviews on yelp and Google, I decided to check out Microfix. Mustafa was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time trying to find me the best deal on my new screen and had my iPad up and running in about three hours. I was able to receive the student and first time customer discount which came out to $253.08 (a 10.5inch iPad cost $449 to fix through apple). Went in to get my screen replaced. Paid $250 because the bald guy told me the factory screens were so much better. Picked up the phone and realized their was a pixel bubble the size of a quarter dime in the corner. Showed the tech and he said that it was something I did and that he can replace it for free with the aftermarket screen, which was now mysteriously just as good as the factory. After initially replacing the screen with a faulty one, he then handed it back to me with both my cameras not working. So when I took it back in he told me it would take 20 minutes to fix, wanted to charge me an additional $60 for an hour of labor to take my phone back apart and fix my cameras. Which he had the parts for when he repaired it Initially. Typical scam. Go to the repair place on Apache and McClintock. Id have gone there but they were closed and it was an emergency. At least youll get an honest business experience there because this place was garbage
