Randy has been a lifesaver for our small business. Weve had problems galore, and he always seems to be able to find and fix the culprit, and do it with good cheer. Hes also identified some issues that we werent even aware of, heading them off at the pass before they become big problems. We are very, very glad to have Randy as our IT department!

About 8 months ago I had Randy do some work on my computer. He suggested I buy a Chromebook, which I did, worked on it awhile, but still did most of my work on my PC with Windows. Well...today the Windows part of the PC crashed and everything stopped. I called Randy and he was here within hours. The aMAZing thing is that I had switched to Google Chrome on my PC and because of that everything I needed was backed up automatically to Google. What can I say about Randy Saxton?? – except he’s kept me sane and calmed me when I’m crying and directed me on the phone to get my computer working even when I’m out of town. I found him through Our Lady of Perpetual Help bulletin as I had just relocated to Scottsdale and my computer crashed. I tried the Geek squad and they were no help and then called Randy. He came to the house, got it up and running and working better than ever. Fortunately it’s still working except when I confuse it so I call Randy from wherever I am and he figures it out. Now he can get into the computer from his office (very handy), so for most issues, he doesn’t have to make house calls any more. I don’t know if this is a recommendation or an endorsement or just something a friend would say: “Randy is the best ever for someone like me that’s not a “techy” person and devastated when the computer doesn’t work.
