Brought HP laptop here for DC Jack Repair, was completed within 3 days for an excellent price. Laptop now charges again perfectly. Great customer service, kept me in the loop during repair process. Highly Recommend.

It has now been over 3 months since I brought in a tablet that had problems charging. Eventually after numerous attempts at calling and going by the location on Ash in Tempe Daniel informed me the computer was lost and he would replace it. Nothing has happened since he said he would get one for me after Thanksgiving.This was on 11-19. I have been by this location at least 10 times and each time there is a different excuse or none at all. I have also called well over 15 times and the ONLY time there has been an answerwas the first one when I called to bring it in and another time when I used a different phone. Not once was there any attempt to call me back about this.I did put a note up on his website regarding this and when I went in and talked to him he wanted me to remove it and he told me he would replace the tablet. I did remove it but am posting it again as there has been no resolution in over a month.This is surely the poorest customer service ever... since there hasnt been any. NONE. Better to bring your repairs to Best Buy. They wont lie to you and they have a guarantee.

I came to them with a broken laptop fan. They took my computer and said it would be a day or 2. After 2 days I hadnt heard from them. I called them. They said it would be fixed the next day. I was never given a quote. I was expecting around $50-60 bucks. The guy tells me its $95. As I give him my card, he tells me btw it was a $5 part at least he was honest about ripping me off. I should have repaired it myself.

Where to start with this place??? I brought my computer in here for repairs about a month and a half ago on a Friday to fix a damaged LCD video cable and hinge. Upon entry I noticed the office was completely in disarray, with random computer parts scattered everywhere. After waiting for about 20 minutes somebody finally helped me. I dropped it off there and was assured that someone would contact me over the weekend with a diagnosis and a quote estimate.The weekend plus a few days went by and I heard nothing. So I called the place and asked for some information on my laptop. This was the first time that I had the privilege to deal with the owner, Daniel. This guy took an attitude with me from the start of the conversation and acted as though I was bothering him for inquiring about my piece of hardware. He told me that the PC needed a new hinge and that it would cost about $40 for the repair. I told him that was fine, but reminded him of the original reason that I dropped the laptop off in the first place (the damaged cable). He then reassured me that the repair would likely be completed within the week and I hung up the phone. I waited about a week before contacting him again about my laptop only to be dismissed by Daniel as he said the needed part was still on its way. I asked him how long it would take and he said it would be sometime within the week.Needless to say, it never came that week...or the next...or the following! It became a weekly routine for me that I would call this guy and ask him what was going on with my laptop so that he could take an attitude with me over the phone and act like I was putting him out!Finally, after 4 weeks of calling this guy for status reports he tells me that my PC would be ready for pickup the following day (after I had to contact him of course). The next day I went down to his junk-heap of an office to find 3 things:1. He was not in the office so the guy working in the store next door took about 30 minutes to find my computer2. He did not repair the LCD cable because he forgot it was damaged (after 4 weeks of sitting on the shelf I am not surprised)3. He reassembled my laptop with only 4 SCREWS INTACT!I have since taken my PC to an ACTUAL repair shop after ordering the parts myself and got the hardware fixed for a reasonable price.Since this whole debacle unfolded I have realized one thing about this mess. There is nothing easy about Computer-Eze. Dealing with Daniel is like dealing with a socially inept child with ZERO expertise in laptop repair. Save yourself the trouble and skip this mockery of a business completely!

I had just bought a new graphics card 40 days prior when my motherboard died. The rest of the machine was getting on so I decided I needed a gaming PC with no graphics card in it.After doing some quick research on hardware I decided Id rather have an expert handle it. I told what I had in mind to Computer-Eze and a competitor - they both ended up with a list of parts more or less exactly what I would have come up with on my own based on the aforementioned research. While Computer-Eze charged exactly what I was hoping for and itemized every expense including labor, the competitor charged an extra $200 and would not itemize to give me a clear idea of where the extra money was going.I ended up with fantastic new Windows 10 box about which I have no complaints after 6 weeks of use. If you need unique PC work in the Phoenix area, then go to this one first.

After 5years dealing with Daniel at Computer EZE I have come to expect nithing but the best results on all my computer needs. He has been very responsive to my problems. His prices are competitive and his no diagnostic fee is certainly appealing. I would highly recommend Computer EZE to all those who may need server builds or any other technical support.
