Small Crew of 30 Laborer/AssemblersMicromanagement at the highest level, huge employee turnover according to management/supervisors. Working conditions in the warehouse can be horrible the company uses fans instead of air conditioning to save money.The employees are friendly, hard working, but only get paid the minimum wage, they deserve better.

Ordered RO for customer. Paid in full, came in damaged from Axeons shipper. Axeon refuses to fix without major delays, terrible customer service service!,
