I have spoken to the owner several times in regards to getting a refund for a tour we were not able to take because of covid.8 months later, I still do not have a refund and she won’t return my texts.I’ve tried calling several times and the mailbox is full.This is terrible customer service.I do realize it’s been hard on everyone but I explained to her I’m also in the travel industry and haven’t had a paycheck in a very long time because of the virus. Not returning people’s money for a service that was not done is pretty much theft.

You will enjoy a fun filled ride through wine country and then a romantic visit with maybe lunch, dinner or even both, at one of the areas fine wineries or great restaurants. A very beautiful day to be had. I absolutely enjoyed the day I spent on the trolley. I will do that again, anytime I visit the valley. Dont miss it!

This is a great way to go to the wines, beer tasting, and any other event that needs transportation where you dont want to drive. The trolley is a great way to travel and see the scenery in style. They have always given me and my family marvelous service.

I used this trolley on several occasions. We have bubbly while on the road. The drivers are knowledgeable, safe and funny. A great way to visit the wineries.

Weve enjoyed the Trolley for both public and private events. They are very accommodating and able to help plan events. Weve used their services for a staff party and for our wedding, driving guests up to La Cesta and back to town for the reception.

I’ve been on the Trolly twice! First- Holiday lights tour! Sooo cool! And the second was for transportation to the Balloon and Wine Festival. It was great to be able to relax!

I have had beautiful memories with Brewen’s Empire Trolley. I had a favorite Mother’s Day as happy Moms and family went Wine Tasting and enjoyed a delicious lunch.Another favorite was a Christmas Light Trolly viewing going to the sensational homes decorated so the public could participate with music and fun.I could go on but will share one more. It was in the Summer for a very patriotic 4th of July fun picnic. Our National Queen, Lady Liberty was fun as we danced to the great bands Amy Bremen provided.For the memories, the pictures, the fun and a unique experience; you will agree it’s definately a FIVE STAR EVENT.From a not so easy to please guest from Orange County
