Dr. Mundl and his staff are the best. I had never enjoyed going to a dentist appointment in my life. I have an intense gag reflex and an aversion to having instruments shoved into my mouth. So going to a dentist has always been a necessary evil for me. But then, I was referred to Dr. Mundl by my wife, and its made it a very pleasurable experience.I cant say enough about their professionalism AND the personal touch that they provide in all interactions. When I go in, it feels more like catching up with old friends than submitting myself to torture as I had always felt about dentist appointments.I would recommend them to anyone searching for a new dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Mundl’s for a little over 8 years and feel he is an outstanding dentist in the sense that not only is he a technically correct dentist, but he is empathetic, innovative, kind and is always concerned about the patient’s comfort and well-being. As a matter of fact he has done extensive work(crowns, root canals, big fills)and I have fallen asleep-I don’t love dental work and have had several horrific dentists!Dr Mundl has delivered several crowns, 3 night guards, repaired countless teeth that the VA nearly destroyed or that cancer treatment did destroy. He has also been so patient with me over these years in referring me to colleagues who can do the dental work he isn’t comfortable doing because of my medical history and continues to consult with them.In front of a great physician there has to be a wonderful support staff. Keke has been his dental assistant and now is Dr Mundl’s office manager since I’ve been his patient. She is excellent and will try to accommodate every patient. When a patient cannot reach the office Dr Mundl’s cell phone is provided in the event of an emergency. His dental assistant and hygienist’s are also fantastic and not only enjoy taking care of their patients but they enjoy educating them on how to take better care of their teeth.Because I trust Dr Mundl so much he is now my 10 y/o granddaughters and son’s dentist. I also unreservedly recommend Dr Mundl to family and friends who ask who I would recommend.I don’t have dental insurance so I have to pay for my dental work. But I know, because I’ve seen both my parents suffer with terrible periodontal disease how imperative dental health is to overall health. I am so grateful and so blessed to have found this wonderful team to help me take care of this one part of my health I can have some control over.

The entire staff, as well as the Dr. are very helpful and work with you as best as possible to set appointments with your schedule! They always follow up and answer all questions that are asked. The hygienist are very informative and explain all that will go on throughout the visit and what to expect after your visit depending on what procedure you had done.

Dr. Mundl and Staff are the best there are in the valley. A GOOD old fashioned dependable trustworthy Family Dentist. When I first showed up to Dr. Mundl’s office years ago, my mouth was a mess. Littered with old silver fillings that were staring to cause problems, and a shattered tooth (from biting a hard mint). Over time, Dr. Mundl rehabilitated my entire mouth. Replaced all my fillings, added a few necessary crowns (after root canals), and an implant for the shattered tooth that brought me into the office. Some of my work required the trusty hands of specialists, who were referred reliably by Dr. Mundl. My visits now consist of bi-annual cleanings with Laurie. She has not only been my hygienist for the passed few years, but I trust her with my 18yo son, my 13yo daughter, and the Hubs. Trust your mouth health to none other than Dr. Mundl and his superb staff. And a shout out to Kiki, who is the beautiful selfless face behind the front office, you can’t help but smile when she greets you!

It is sometimes difficult to find space for an appointment because they are so booked but they try very hard to fit you in. The staff who work in this office are just lovely people. They are friendly and they pay attention to your needs. My hygienist answered all of my questions and took the time teach me how to brush my teeth properly. The ladies in the front of office are very considerate as well. I need to have some work done but it may be costly. She wanted to speak with an actual person from my insurance company before they did any work. She wanted to know for sure what was going to be covered so that I was not hit with an unexpected bill. I do not like going to the dentist very much but the people in this office make it as painless as possible, yes pun intended.

My family and I have never experienced such incredible care and excellence in a dentists office before. Over the years with moving to multiple places in CA, we have been to a number of good dentists in each of those locations. To be honest, Dr.Mundl and his team is just head and shoulders above others. Ive been to a few dentists but Dr. Mundl is excellent! Even the oral surgeon said he wish he could go to him. The staff is wonderful and very friendly! Its been sometime since Ive been to the dentist due to cancer treatments but Ive left each time feeling better. I would recommend this dentist and his staff to anyone!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over five years so of course I was nervous to go. When I called, Keke was so warm and understanding. I felt good about setting my appointment. When I checked in, everyone up front was friendly. In the chair, the hygienist was great. X-rays were easy. Then came Dr. Mundl - very nice guy. He had lots of knowledge and educated me on my options without making me feel embarrassed about how long I’d avoided going in. I’ve now had deep cleanings on all quadrants and hardly felt a thing but my smile looks like new. Now I look forward to going because I feel like I’m visiting an office full of friends. I would highly recommend this office to any patient and have already passed out a few cards. I work with Medicare and I hear from seniors all the time about how hard it is to find a good dentist. I feel like I’ve found him & an office full of wonderful support!

My wife called after she was referred by a friend due to a bad experience at another dental office. They were able to get us in for a second opinion within 5 days. The office staff is very family friendly and really enjoy what they do. Dr. Mundl was great, he explained the extent of my sons two (not three as the other dental office stated) cavities and gave me recommendations on what could be done. I felt very confident from his assessment on what could be done to fix the cavities. The office staff was extremely accommodating in working with me to set up an appointment for my son to come back to fix the cavities. Dr. Mundl is very family friendly and I wish I would have found his office first but thank God my wife had a friend to refer us. We are definitely making this our family dentist.
