Terrible. Will not give prices over the phone. Upon arrival (30 miles) rushing as close at 6, state starting price for Janome is $200 and not even sure when anyone will have an initial look to estimate problem or time to fix. Left on Wednesday 6 p.m. Following Monday, still had not heard back so called and no one had looked at it. 3 clerks in front of empty store and apparently not enough service techs in back. On phone they just say they dont know when they will get to it - maybe 2-3 weeks. Went and picked up machine next day and took it to Redlands Sewing Center yesterday - starting price for service $155. Today they called to explain parts needed and total for repair and service will be $225. Save yourself a lot of stress and stay away from Moores Shady Sewing shop
