Great, fast, professional service from the Screen Doctor! Had two window screens that needed to be replaced, and the job was done in minutes. Very reasonable price and an overall quality experience.

When they say it will take a few months to get to your job because we are busy means that they are the choice around the area. Busy is good but the best part about this father and son team is THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!! Great service and will make sure you are satisfied. Work is clean and fast. Understand an estimated time to come is an estimate. I know because I asked them to come and do one thing and ended up doing 3. But they accommodated and went to the next appointment right after. BTW I waited 2 months for them to be able to come out. I am glad I waited on quality and MY wife is HAPPY with the work performed. Now that is all that matters.

I hadn’t thought of sunscreens for our house until a former neighbor mentioned how happy he was he did them on his house. He recommended the Screen Doctor so we called them, got an estimate and had them put them on.The price was fair and they were really good at communicating arrival times, first for the estimate and then for installation. They look great and the best part is how well they knock down the heat coming through the windows.They are easy to remove so we’ll probably take them off during winter time.

I called the Screen Doctor Yesterday Evening and they came out next day (today) Noon to put a Pass Through Screen in my Kitchen Bay Window. The work was subperb and the guys were very polite and professional. Now I can pass food to my BBQ Island and Kitchen for a better User Experience. We have gotten all of our screens fixed with them we have very little kids and a dog. So we have needed lots of repairs haha. They are personable and so friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Wouldn’t go with any other guys for the job.

Called to schedule appt. Disappointed that I had to wait over a week, but they did call the day before. I had read the reviews and I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 5 bunnies, and cannot risk the stress of another animal. I called back and requested no dog, or it would be a deal breaker. They said no problem, but hes a very calm good dog. I explained it didnt matter, I know my dogs. They respectfully agreed. 2 gentlemen showed up right on time. I explained exactly what I needed, and the taller of the two, made calls to make sure they could find the black screen edge that I needed for my storm door, even though they dont normally do them. They fixed my back slider in a matter of 5 minutes and returned promptly today to repair the front screen. Awesome Job, Great Pricing, Friendly attitude! Thanks so much again!

We had made an appointment with the screen doctor to come out and repair our screens - all was good until the morning he was to come out and my father was taken to the hospital. When my wife called to cancel that day and try to reschedule, he was SO put out that we were cancelling because he had most of his day blocked out for our job. So sorry my emergency didnt fit into your schedule dude.We ended up booking with another screen man and he did a fantastic job! Pass the Dr. by and go with Joe.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! FIRST OFF, THE FIRST TIME HE CAME HE WAS 2 HRS LATE, NO APOLOGY, ALL HE SAID WAS I WORK 7-7PM EVERYDAY, ETCC.. I TRIED TO GIVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT THAT HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY2 WKS LATER ONE OF THE SCREENS THAT I PAID FOR CAME OUT, SO I CALLED TO HAVE IT FIXED.HE CAME TO THE HOME WHEN I WAS AT WORK- STRICT INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE THE SCREEN OUTSIDE SO HE WOULD NOT BOTH MY KIDSWELL, THIS MAN WAS SO RUDE TO MY SON, - THIS IS NOT OK AT ALL!! PLUS HE LEFT A HUGE MESS IN MY FRONT YARD AND DIDNT CLEAN IT UP. HORRIBLE

I was overall very satisfied with the work he completed on my house. I had 14 SunScreens installed on my houses south and south east windows/sliding glass door. The total cost was $753.41 and worth every penny. The Sunscreens he built were done with quality parts and his process was well thought out and efficient. The screen material used was the SunTex 80 with the beige color which matches my stucco well. The final product works much better than the window tint I had installed last summer and has a benefit of providing more privacy. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to save money on their air conditioning usage get these screens and I think using The Screen Doctor is fine.Things to be aware of:1) He did do a great job overall but I would have appreciated a walk around just to review everything incase there were issues.2) He noted that he usually does bring his dog but did not that day since he was doing SunScreens all day and the dog would get bored - This really does not bother me one way or another but some people might have issue with it.3) He has his son as a helper and when they are not having their bits of contention for each other, they make a great team and their roles completed well - Their contention may be alarming or off putting for those that have never dealt with teenagers/young adults in a family business.4) You will get what you pay for when it comes to the job.
