Ive been using Terminix for a few years now and Im very happy with their service. Their fee is reasonable and the service excels. If they miss something or a pest problem arises, they will come out before their next scheduled visit and take care of the issue. The techs always inquire if there are any issues. What I find incredible is that we have not had an any ant invasions in three years. Our area has a big problem with ants every May or June and we would wake one morning and find the kitchen absolutely invaded. The techs gave me an ant gel the last time we had a problem and the ants were gone the next day. Whats even better is not having any ants for this long.If you like non-bug creatures, the poison they use doesnt seem to harm animals and reptiles. We have a lot of lizards in the yard and on the outside of our house, which also helps at keeping bugs under control. Our most often seen lizard has been doing fine since the last service a few days ago and he was running across a window screen as I typed this.

Patrick Weston has been my service guy for that past few years. He’s always been wonderful. My home is not easy to maneuver around but he does it every time. He even cleared off acorns on my driveway that I had slipped on and injured my knee. Great guy, great service!

Looking for fast, efficient, and professional service then call Terminix and ask for my technician Miguel O. from the Murrieta location. The situation with mosquitos and ants in and around my house was getting very bad. I wasn’t sure who to call and after looking at quite a few different places online, I decided to call Terminix because there site was clear. I made immediate contact by phone, they answered all my questions, gave me estimates, and set up my appointment. Miguel O. my technician text me before arriving to our set appointment , he was very professional and respectful. I had to leave before he completed the treatment so I had many questions about the treatment. I reached out to Terminix and my technician Miguel O. reached out to me within a few hours. He went through all the process with me again and gave me great suggestions on keeping mosquitos away. He was very patient and courteous with me and all my million questions. Now, Miguel O. continues to treat my house and hopefully will remain our technician for good! I get nothing but great prompt service, they value their customers and accommodate every need. Ive had them for three years now and I will never switch. There solution they use is amazing because I never get breakouts in-between services I may get a spider or two but that tells me that my service is coming up within days. Terminix did a great job at my house. Even when there was an tick outbreak back in 2014, Eric our regular service guy, came as soon as he could and took photos to document what kind of ticks we had and ensure us that he had this under control. I was relieved that ticks never returned and gave us a peace of mind ever since!!

I would not recommend Terminix for various reasons. Shop around there are better companies out there and as a last resort go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy one of their insect, bug, and spider sprays. You will only have to spray once every 12 months. Definitely ten thumbs down!!!!!

Fast service, painless from start to finish. I had an amazing service rep Ian who kept in contact with me from start to finish. Tech Anthony was fast, friendly, informative and thorough. I was impressed with the options I was given in terms of service. In light of the times (COVID-19), both techs were well equipped to protect themselves as well as my family and myself. This is appreciated. I opted with spot treatment for the same reason—COVID-19— because I have pets, my parents are elderly and accommodations would have been a challenge in these trying times even for the duration of 2 days needed to do the tenting. I am grateful I chose Terminix because I felt I was given a priority and my needs were addressed rather than feeling pressured into getting a service I didn’t necessarily need (tenting). Thank you Ian, Anthony and the entire Terminix family.

Our technician Daniel is very considerate of our needs and keeps us informed of his service by calling ahead and reminding us. Whenever necessary he discusses any concerns he discovers during his service. Moving to a newly built community has the inherent problem of natural pest. Through Terminix’s excellent service they have eradicated any and all pest around and in our home.

Thank you to Ethan Little my tech his amazing he gave detail information on what he was going to do stop them critters coming inside home had rodents in my home garage thought going be big hassle get rid them. Ethan gave me confidence it was nothing their was solution I dont know what he did been almost 2 week rodent free critters free no ants no spiders etc I will recommend terminix family and friends.

A huge factor of a technician is customer service. You should teach your technicians to ask questions and listen to the customer to show you care. There might be an issue a customer may have and probably forgot about it, but your technician failed to ask questions and find a solution to the problem. Only 1 of your techs accomplishes this. The others do not. I get that not everyone is a people person with no personality. This should be a focal point to maintain customers

This last visit was much more throe than previous visit. Michael Paek did a wonderful job taking care of spiders by entryway, spraying along exterior fencing as well as by home. took his time and did it right.

Charged us more than $100 to get rid of a rat. They set two off-the-shelf snap traps then never followed up. Months later, we have less cash and just as many rats. The money would have been better spent posting tiny eviction notices.

Our bug man, Ethan Little, is great! He always personally calls the day before to let me know he is coming and what time. He also calls when he is headed my way. That shows he is respectful of my time. We have been away from home for 6 months and during that time he has treated our home twice. He has the code to get into our backyard and even took a delivered package to the back patio for us until we return. We are not just another account to him. I dont know how he feels about bugs but he cares about customers. Thanks, Ethan!!!!Oh yeah, we havent had any bug since starting with Terminex many years ago.

Unbelievably bad service. They promise you the moon and swipe your credit card really quickly but when it comes to admitting mistakes they simply don’t reply. They leave you high and dry and just disappear. I cannot stress enough to carefully do your due diligence and shop around before hiring these folks.

The tech was on time and took the time to explain all the services he could provide. I am very satisfied after my initial visit. I hope this level of communication continues.

I was told this company was going to spray in my home, under my mobile and in the crawl space. What happened was they sent a very old man over to do the job. We were told we had to leave so I took animals across the street and left. First thing I noticed was no smell in the house. That there were roaches still moving around on a daily basis. Second my neighbor watched this man set outside texting on his phone for a hour. He sent a e-mail saying he sprayed inside house but I checked my laminate floors there was no film on them at all nothing had been sprayed. I called to complain they did not care. They had gotten there money scammed yet another customer. I turned them into the Attorney General. If you want to give away money and keep your bugs alive this is the place to hire BEWARE

When I called about the spiders the company sent out a tech so quickly. I gave a 10 rating partially because of the quick response to setting up an appt. But mostly it was because of the tech Randolph Scott. He was very nice and really made sure he didnt miss any nooks or crannies as I had explained to him about my fear of spiders. He was very efficient without being sloppy. I really liked him. Hopefully he is our main tech.

I had some kind of bug problem. I called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Friday. I thought that was pretty quick. A few hours later ian called me and said he was in my area and could come by right then. He addressed my problems and concerns. Got me set up with service and put in a call to a few people and had the guy who sprayed whos name I forgot out within a few hours. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and I appreciate everyones help!

The solution works! If any bugs make it in the house they are dying before they get anywhere. I have to say 9 only because there was one incident with an employee on one occasion. Although it was resolved, and very promptly, It was just that serious, and faith is still somewhat shaken. To be clear, it is not directed toward the company itself, its towards having an unknown person in the house.
