I placed my order on 4/24/20. I received my order rather quickly, however I was not able to log in to the site to use print my certified postage. After receiving my setup I requested training from 04/27/20. The company is on the west coast and Im on the east coast. An older gentleman could not get the time zone right for me and my assistant to do the training together. We scheduled three virtual trainings. The time schedule was never the correct time o coincide with his time. Just when I was about to request a refund and walk away they sent Adriana to the rescue. The service I actual thought I was purchasing wont launch until 06/01/20. She is getting me a refund and paying the postage for me to return the certified labels. After speaking to her, I will return as a customer in June.

I received a call from Albert Maldonado at WALZ-sales. He basically said he was checking in to see if I might be low on any supplies and would like to place an order. Actually, I was low on forms & had been meaning to call. His timing was perfect, it was convenient, and it was a pleasure!! Thanks, Albert - for great service.

I spoke with Darren Jiricek for assistance with an issue we were facing with our interface to Walz and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and kind. I appreciate the support he provided to us, it was truly top notch!

I use this service with my company and it has revolutionized our certified mail process. We order envelopes and the postage is generated through a print out. Through email we are able to receive notifications in real time of when an item has been received by the customer. The system is easy to navigate and the customer service department is amazing, quick to resolve issues, and keeps you updated on network upgrades. I love using the electronic service. It gives the user full control of and sight into the certified mail tracker. It is almost entirely paperless but has flexibility to involve paper should you choose the option. While I cannot speak for my whole company, the department savings on no longer having to wait on or look for lost return receipts has sped up our processing time while decreasing handle time. I appreciate the service Walz offers.
