My son has been going to the kids classes here for about 2 months and the gym family has welcomed us in with open arms. The facility is great and the staff is amazing. My son does BJJ and Team Quest wrestling. We have come to love all the coaches. They are all committed to the kids and teaching them the skill. Both his BJJ coach and wrestling coach are patient and kind and really work with the kids, including working through emotions and problems. They are excellent mentors. World class coaching at a world class gym!

I love this place. A great workout with motivated instructors that keep you in check to make sure you give it your best each time.

My husband has been going here for many years. I have been taking advantage of their fitness classes on and off for the last 4 years or so...always get a great workout in. The group class instructors are super knowledgeable and friendly. My little boy is just starting the kids class and he is having fun too. All around a great gym for MMA and overall fitness, and for the kiddos. They have childcare which is the only way possible for busy moms and Dads to get gym time in. My kids have a great time in the childcare too.

I have been interested in the gym sense day one but the prices are very high any way you guys can work with in my budget last time it was 70 a month and 800 a year now its thousand a year hundred a month. I was a member at UFC they charged me 400 for the year do you guys do specials during xmas just looking to do classes Im a nanny not a drug dealer 😉.😛

I love this gym! We first joined Team Quest for my son to practice Jiu Jitsu and it has since become a regular and important part of my familys life. Along with an awesome kids program, there are classes for my husband and me to take, and training with world-class coaches has been an incredible experience. The staff are very friendly and everyone makes you feel like part of the team when you come here. It is very community driven unlike many large gym chains. The level of service and personal care is great and any problems that arise are quickly and effectively addressed. Great place to come and train with the whole family!

DHAFC is without a doubt the premier fitness center in Riverside County. Their new state of the art facility has everything ANYONE would need. On any given day, you will see young boys and girls at wrestling or maybe training with their jiu jitsu class, alongside many UFC legends as they spar and roll around preparing for their upcoming fights. There are also regular parents and even senior citizens that come in to workout an get fit... this gym is for everybody. Their coaches and trainers are world class. Many of them are World Champions in their disciplines and they are constantly helping and motivating members in their quest to better themselves. To put it plain and simple... DHAFCs facility and staff are among the best in the business. DHAFC is now my families home gym, and we highly recommend it to anybody and everybody,

Cant be trusted when it comes to a contract, i complied with the 30 day cancellation and was led to believe was the end and signed a paper where they continued to charge me plus another 200 dollars to buy out the contract
