Sammy helped us choose a tint for our 2020 Honda Accord. He explained the different kind of tints and answered all of our questions we had. He gave us a discount and was very helpful and professional. The tint was done in January of 2021, still looks brand new. The tint came with lifetime warranty so no worries if it were ever to go bad. Overall a great experience and would recommend to everyone.

Very professional business and great employees working there. I first called and spoke with Jasmine who was very nice over the phone and helped me make an appointment.When I came, I met with Sammy and he gave me some options and recommendations on what works best. It didn’t feel like he was trying to up sell me or anything. Completely pressure free.I think that if you look around at other shops, you will probably find lower prices but the quality of film that they use plus the experience of the installers and the lifetime warranty it’s well worth it. Just while I was waiting, 3 or 4 other people came in wanting to have their vehicles tinted.I asked Sammy if I could try and have it done by 1 PM (I brought it around 9) and he said it would be done by then and it was.They even put a little sticker over your window controls just to make sure you won’t roll them down.Overall great experience and great price for a quality install.

Unprofessional, careless, poor time management are a few ways to describe this business.I asked for ceramic and I do not believe I received ceramic.When picking up my car the first time, there were obvious bubbles, they said it should dry up and to give it a couple days. A wk later, I requested they redo/fix the tint due to large bubbles, lint/dirt in the tint and the cut they had made on the tint was extremely visible.I had my appt for 2 wks before walking into the shop to have them retint my car. Jasmine said, I did not have an appt, she was wrong. It was in the book, she had over looked the appt.My appt was at 9am, I told Jasmine needed my car by 3pm. She stated, it was no problem and it was enough time. I receive a call at 1:30pm explaining they need more time and pick up would be at 4:30. 6 hrs should be enough time for a retint/fix. Frustrated, we requested our money back and Jasmine said they would have to remove the tint. Came to check on them and they were standing around eating popsicles!!Time management is horrible, they were unable to finish the job with the time allotted. For a customer to have an appt it should not take the entire day to get their tint done or fixed.In the process of removing the tint, their carelessness caused damage my vehicle. They ruined the defroster on my back windshield and the cover on the break light no longer snaps in properly.I’m extremely disappointed. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

This is a A-1 establishment. First class service all the way. The staff is very helpful, they wont try to sell you something that you really dont need, in fact, they will find ways to save you money. I send them an email requesting a quote and they responded fairly quickly. Once I arrived it wasnt a bait and switch situation. The price they quoted me was the price I paid. Sam help me out and he was simply outstanding and very professional. Im definitely going back to have more done. Im a fan!!!

The experience from start to finish is the most professional you can find. Short wait time, highest quality 3M you can find, and overall welcoming experience. Just got my 2021 Audi A4 done and previously I had my 2018 Camry done which was impeccable. There is a lifetime warranty for the tint, but you will never run into issues. I’ve had my Camry for about 3 years and it’s been perfect. You will definitely be taken care of and I assure you that you will not regret this decision. I would highly suggest asking for Sam when you arrive.

Came here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the service I had received. We were late to our own agreed upon time and they were still able to take care of us right away with no issues. Gotta say , at first I was a little apprehensive when I found out my quote was for basically the cheapest stuff known to man , my bill quickly jumped in cost to have something better, but I was in a Huge time constraint , and we ended up doing my whole truck instead of the 2 windows we initially discussed.. they got me in and out in the exact time frame I had available and not a mi use later .. staff was very friendly and accommodating, office is clean with fresh water and coffee... definitely recommend, just be sure to do some research on tint before going so you are not.caught off guard like we were

This place did me so dirty, I simply went to get my mustang tinted and I was so beyond excited for it and I get it returned with no tints and a BROKEN back window ! Then me thinking the owner will take care of it because I trusted them to tint my window and instead I get a broken glass, that is not the worst part yet, long story short they didn’t want to replace it and expected me to pay for a new glass ! I said I was not going to pay for something they broke. He fought me on it for awhile almost a couple days then he finally said he would fix it to take it to San Bernardino to get it repaired free of charge, as it is that took out of my day driving all the way over there then when I go to pick up my car from the place it’s a plastic vinyl window !! I had reall glass they went the cheap way out and didn’t replace it how it should have been ver y not cool , very unprofessional, what I simply wanted was window tint and now I have a plastic window I can’t even get tint on , best of luck to this business 👎👎👎👎

Went in to get my windows tinted because I noticed my current tint began to bubble on the back windshield. My family has gone here for years with all our cars and never had any issues.when I went in I explained that I had gotten it done three years ago but did not bring the receipt because the ink was completely faded/ non existent. Usually they need a receipt but Sammy choose to honor it. Very professional and gave me his honest opinions about which tint is better for your car. He gave me a time frame on what time it would be done and in the end the bubbles were gone and I was very happy with the results.Highly recommend.

Having no previous knowledge about window tinting I went to Temecula Auto Glass & Windows off a friend’s recommendation. I couldn’t be happier with my experience their. Sammy is the real deal, very customer service orientated, will not sell you something you dont need. He took time to explain all different types of window tint film, and while I was waiting for my vehicle, I noticed 3 different customers coming in who were repeat customers, so that tells me this place has a good reputation. They also dont upsell , very honest and competitive pricing, as I like to shop around before I buy. And one quick note, if you hate heat from entering your vehicle like I do, go with Crystalline, that stuff works magic! The commute from San Diego to TAG was well worth it!

I had an appointment with Safelite, but wanted to shop around, so I called to see if Temecula Auto Glass could replace my windshield for my 2018 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback and they got me in a few hours later. The glass they used is high quality and they had a high standard of professionalism. Sam was able to get me in quickly and finish my windshield in little over an hour. I have no complaints and I will certainly be back for any tint or glass needs on my car.

They did a good job. I asked for a shade lighter than the other windows. I think I got two shades. Can barely tell theyre tinted . And they are super slow. Taking walk ins when youre clearly overbooked is bad business. Had an appointment at 11. They didnt take the car until 11:45. I didnt get out until 1:15...for two side windows.

Ive been using these guys for years, they always have the best cash price, and its been cheaper for me to use them than the big name guys. I can get 2 and a half windshields replaced by temecula auto glass for the price of 1 replacement from the guys running the tv commercials. Always good service, and you can tell its a family business. They treat you well, make sure you are well informed on their products and services. Also free coffee and tv is a plus while you wait.

I came to Temecula Auto Glass to install a side window for my van that I had previously bought online. The online retailer said I had 30days to return if it didn’t fit. Sammy had his tech take off the makeshift window I had temporarily placed and found out that the new window was larger on the corners than the original. The tech wouldn’t know until he took out the existing window as the frame blocks the viewable dimensions. Anyways, the part did fit but the tech still put everything back together again. Sammy didn’t charge me a dime for all the trouble and I’m definitely coming back here knowing that they really care about getting the job done right.

I was thrilled with the service and quality of work I received when I got the windows tinted on my truck. After visiting two local shops my wife felt comfortable with Temecula Auto Glass as they took time to answer all her questions and didnt try to up-sell her. Even though it was in the middle of the afternoon and their garage was full they were able to accommodate us and took our truck in for same day service. Very competitive in pricing. They do amazing work, very professional and honest. Had a few questions both prior and after getting my car tinted and both employees that I dealt with were very respectful and honest, even if it wasnt the answer I wanted to hear. They did an amazing job completely tinting my bmw e46 all around and got it all done overnight, despite me coming in so late and on such a busy day. Super happy I found this place!!!! I decided on this spot after reading their great reviews. Turns out I made a great choice! Sam got me right in, got me a great deal on 3M tint for my Optima and was in and out in about an hour. The waiting room was so nice and even had coffee and nice chairs to hang in while I waited.
