I called them and they were able to come out the same day. Mark was very nice and professional. There were 2 technicians one on the inside and one on the outside of my home. I liked there responsiveness and A+ customer service. I decided to sign a contract for a year. I also was glad to hear that they have a guarantee. Thank you Mark and Gabe for wonderful service!!

Source Pest Control does a fantastic job at keeping ants and spiders out of my home. We used them for rat control at another location and it worked great at eliminating all of them. Mark just serviced our home and he was very polite and professional. He even closed and fully locked the garage door to the backyard. They will happily come out and service in between scheduled visits if you find any issues. Just wish I could figure out how to auto pay!

Weve been using Source Pest control for years. They do a great job preventing pest issues. On the rare occasions we have had an issue it is just ants. We call Source, they come out right away, and the ants are gone within a couple of days and dont come back. Mark is our primary tech. Hes polite, friendly and thorough. Weve also had the owner Jared come out for one of our ant emergencies and he was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that Source is a small business and the owner is part of the community.

Love this company! They are always quick to respond, and whenever I need them they will typically have someone out to my home the same day. We have used Source Pest Control for several years. They always call a few days in advance to let us know when they’re coming out. The technicians are very professional, friendly and always wear masks. I called this morning because we had a sudden infestation of both moths and mosquitoes. Mark, the technician, was here this afternoon. Very responsive, and there is no extra charge for problems between regular treatments. Mark put moth traps in my pantry, explained how they work and suggested some things I can do to prevent them in the future. We have a fern outside where the mosquitoes gather. He used a special treatment on it because other treatments would kill it, he explained. He told me the same is true of succulents which we didn’t know. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this business

Our first service was done by the owner, and he was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Our services after that were done by other employees, and they were all professional. Our regular technician is Kiefer is probably the most professional of the technicians we have had.I was concerned they were not spraying our outside fence, so I contacted their office, and they made a note on our account. I contacted Source last year because we saw rats running along our fence line. They came and put bait boxes out, and also started pest control services. My servicer, Mark, has been amazing at finding the colonies of ants around my property, spotted a wasps nest that I hadnt even seen (my daughter is severely allergic to bees and wasps), is always on time, and very professional. He doesnt hesitate explaining to me what he is using and why he is using it along with giving me a timeframe for treatment to work. He is respectful of my pets and knowledgeable of what to use around them. If I need a retreat, the owner is very responsive to my texts along with setting up a time for Mark to come, and always within 24 hours. From the get go, Jared was very helpful and gained my trust and business from our first interaction via yelp messaging. An enormous trail of ants appeared in my kitchen, bathroom, and various rooms of my house overnight. It was so bad that we couldnt put anything down on our counters without risking eating an ant or two with the next bite. I immediately went on yelp and Jared at Source Pest Control not only answered right away but offered to come out on the same day, within hours of my request.Jared came out and serviced the property himself, eliminating our ant infestation completely. He also followed up with me the next day and a week later to make sure the ants had not returned.Not only was the service fast and effective, but the cost was lower than other quotes I received!

Source Pest has really been great in helping us get our rodent problem under control. They made excellent suggestions on how to reduce hiding places for rodents outside the house and how to keep them out of the house in the first place. I did have some wasps nest on the second story ledge which he took care of. Other companies come by to try to steal us from Source but Im getting quality, professional service with excellent communication. I had a huge spider in my garage. They came and collected it then called me the following day to tell me exactly what it was and assure me it wasnt a threat to me and my kids.

Mark came out today, 30 minutes early to our scheduled time, and not only was all the request corrective work done, he was proactive and gave our front yard an inspection, saw we had some straggler ants and sprayed there, without being asked. Not quite sure how the person up above has used source for 2.5 years when they have only been in California since April 11 and it is now Nov/Dec 12 (19-20 months). The owner of the company is very keen to his customers, and is ALL about keeping his customers happy. My wife has NEVER had an unpleasant dealing with any staff in the office.

We noticed a lot of spiders both indoors and outside. Black widows, unknown species, and some ants with the warmer weather. After comparing other pest control companies online, we decided to call Source Pest Control. Their website was easy to navigate and answered many of our questions. I spoke with Jim, the manager, and after he answered a few additional questions, I decided to schedule an initial service and subsequently agreed to the one year service contract. Jim was able to schedule us the very next day, which we appreciated. Justin, the technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the contract clearly. He was thorough and even took photos of some areas outside our home in need of repair that could be allowing some insects into our residence. We will be addressing these issues. This is our first service with Source Pest Control, so while we cannot comment on long term service, we are pleased with the service we have received thus far. Here is to continued customer satisfaction.

Great company! Called several companies before calling Souce Pest Control and they are by far the best in cost and time. Mark, our tech, came in early, provided full examination outside the house and attic. Explained service in full detailed, giving us our best options for our situation. Source Pest control services have been great and prices are affordable. I was very pleased with the free estimate they did for me when I thought i had a rodent infestation in my attic. They were able to provide me with the source of entry and I did the job myself and it cost me a few dollars i spent at home depot. They continue to provide service 4 times a year, keeping insects out our home. I recommend their service to anyone!

Great service. They come out promptly when needed. Problems with rats and spiders were controlled very fast, better than the previous company we used. I wish they would call 1 week in advance for the next schedule, not 1 day. We always have to call back to reschedule. But once scheduled, the appointment is reliable.

I like being able to pick up the phone and call for a retreat anytime I see a spider or ant without having to pay anything extra. Once my daughter said she saw a spider in her crib and I called at 4:30pm and they managed to send someone out within the hour. I only wished the office/administration was as easy to work with. Once my credit card had expired and instead of notifying me that the auto pay didnt go through they just sent me a bill with a $25 late fee. In the end they waived it but what a hassle.

Total scam! Ive paid this company over and over and every time I do they show back up and charge me again.... Now they are sending me to collections for $100. We still have spiders, and its not clear how we get these guys to stop coming and stop charging us.... Becareful who you sign up with!!

Jun 1, 2017 : Ralph is the best. He listened to all my concerns, performed the treatment, & offered advice on how to treat a gopher problem even though they dont handle gophers. We had a mouse problem before the previous treatment which he checked on, re-treated, & left a couple extra glue traps just in case. Highly recommend.Separate 1, 2017: Mark performed our treatment today. He asked questions, addressed all my concerns and did a great job.

Source provides a great service for a great price. We have tried other pest control companies in the area, and while theyre not bad, we prefer Source for their customer service and reasonable rates. Recently, Mark has been been out to take care of our property and has done an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and friendly and a great asset to the company.

Dont call this company if you have a pest problem. I had spiders and one ant area and hired Source Pest. They came out to treat both problems. I chose them because I didnt need to remove my children or dogs from the property because they dilute the diluted treatment. We went with the quarterly plan with as many sprays in between as needed. I also asked for bill delivery instead of auto pay. They made me put down a credit card anyways and promised me they would not Auto charge my card. Well a month later they did auto charge my card. I wrote back and forth with a employee on Yelp and he was very kind to reverse the charge and made sure that I was on bill delivery again. Id say in the past few months using Source Pest Control weve had them out about every 2 to 3 weeks. They never have fully gotten rid of our spider problem. I constantly find them in and out of the house. I would constantly have to call and tell them that I have more spiders and more spider webs all over my house and outdoors. A week or so after one spray I kept finding more adult black widows on my patio furniture, where my children like to play my dogs run under. I thought I was paying for Pest control service so i wouldnt have to worry about my children and pets safety. Its gotten to the point where Im sick of using a company that cant ever fully get rid of my problem. Just cancelled them today and they charge a hefty bill of $126 to cancel with them. If at all possible please stay away from this company.

Source treats the inside/outside of your home quarterly and will gladly come back in between visits to treat any problems that come up at, no additional charge. They always call ahead and let you know when theyre scheduled to come out, and their techs are always friendly and professional.

Appreciate the excellent service. When the person arrives they always ask if there are any issues. If there are the issue(s) are addressed. An example of this is I had an infestation in my back yard plants. I didnt know what kind of insect they were. I showed the areas to your man and he identified the insects as assassin beetles. He treated the areas and I have not seen one since.After your man left I researched assassin beetles on the internet and found they are aggressive and can give a painful sting to humans.This was of particular concern to me because we often have grandchildren over and they like to play in the back.Like I previously typed I have not seen one assassin beetle since the areas were treated and believe me, I checked.I am extremely pleased with the service and have already highly recommended you to my neighbors.
