My 16 year old grandson had A lot of issues. PTSD, anxiety, depression ect. He hit his computer and it stopped working, hes been difficult to cheer up since losing his dad on August 13th. Great honest company. Doesn’t over charge or take advantage. I’ve been using Diego for several years, on PC and laptop. Solve our issues every time. Is patient to teach us how to use programs and solve user errors. Once I told him my computer crash and he found it wasn’t that at all and charged me $40 for repair.I’ve taken my laptops in and had him come to my home to set up entire system including other devices. Just a good genuine company.

Great set of guys running the store!Transparent and they listen. Went in and told them exactly what was wrong with my Mac. Apple was a 2 hour wait and did not feel like waiting. Got here, they had the laptop opened within 5 minutes of walking in the door.They popped it open adjusted the flex cable for the screen and it worked again! (Had this issue a previous time which Apple claimed to fix - so I knew the cable just needed adjustment). Super friendly and even though I did not need a repair, I asked for pricing. Their prices are VERY fair for this Temecula area.If I ever need a repair that I cannot do on my own for my Mac or PC, I am going to bring it to these guys!

This company is the real deal when it comes to repairs. I took in a laptop to have a ssd installed. I was halfway through the project an needed help. They were great to work with and did an outstanding job. There my go to now for computer help.

I don’t really know how anyone could leave a bad review about this man. They had to of been immature or had unrealistic expectations of what they wanted. Diego is honest and upfront with how he does business and just has a good energy as soon as you meet him. I needed to have my Alienware 15r4’s cpu/gpu thermal paste repasted asap because I was leaving the country within 48 hours and didn’t want to have a brick oven for a laptop while I was traveling. Diego was straight up and told me that the thermal re-paste was fairly quick and usually took less than a couple hours, but because I had an Alienware they were a little more complicated and took a little bit longer. I dropped off my laptop close to the store closing and wasn’t able to wait for it and get it the same day.Diego had it ready for me that next morning along with videos and pictures showing me what the thermal paste and the dust on the heat sink fans looked like before verses what they looked like after he fixed it.Overall really happy with the experience. Really nice guy and a really great business. I’ll be referring anyone with in Alienware in the Alienware forums who live in the area to Diego. Cheers bro🍻

Ive searched on the military base, apple store itself, and other repair places to check the prices of fixing my Macbook Pro laptop LCD screen. Diego was upfront and honest with the price ($400 + $100 in labor). Other places were up to $600! I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished screen thinking of possible ways it could malfunction overtime. Diego explained and educated me how my laptop is dated (2014) and most places wouldnt sell my screen new. Overall, it only took a total of 3 days for the part and labor to be completed. I am completely satisfied and recommend this repair spot to anyone in need!

Diego knows his stuff. One of my employees was having an issue with a MacBook Pro. As I began to explain that the computer a 17 inch 2012 model had pink vertical lines going across the screen prior to forcing reboot to a white screen of death Diego was already telling me the solution. Basically this models 15 and 17 inch get so hot that the graphics card which is soldered on begins to separate from the mother board causing the intermittent error. I was ready to recycle the machine and buy a new laptop, but Diego said he could fix it in a day, and for a price that was more than reasonable.Super professional, he fixed it and stress tested it before getting it back to me. First class experience and very honest. I now have my go to tech guy.

Don’t trust these guys. I had them “fix” my lap top for a ridiculous price but I had to go back twice because it wouldn’t work properly and now for the third time it still doesn’t work. They just give you a spiel about how it’s supposed to be turned on “specially” and if you don’t do it that way certain pop-up screens will happen. They get to keep the money in the end that you pay them because you are just fed up with going back repeatedly.

Great Customer Service and Honest!I brought in an external hard drive that stopped connecting to my PC. I dropped it off and the next day they informed me that I would need a full data retrieval lab as it was beyond damage for a data recovery process.To determine this they performed a few different processes to connect into the data. Ultimately their best guess was a head failure inside which reads from the platters (discs). I asked if I owed anything and Franco replied no...”just remember us the next time”. Well I’ll do one better right now and leave a positive review. I wish more small (and big) companies would behave this way. Thank you guys for the service and your time. I will come back when needed (knock on wood).

Diego is a person of truly good character and is very trustworthy, he just wants the best for his customers, he is also very competent at doing the work he does, and the affordability here is truly good, you never feel like youre getting ripped off and always feel like youre getting a value, also they have some laptops and computers for sale , i have got a couple and have been very very satisfied with them.. i do sensitive media production work with very finnicky software at times, and Diego has been able to perfectly customize my computers to work for my needs without any hiccups

So far, ive been here once and Diego the relatively new store owner, looked over an old computer, and gave us a corporate dell 500 dollars off and is spending some of his time making me a computer. I appreciate his work and more consumers should come here for a man whos making an honest trade.

I met Franco Solitro in 2006, when I saw an ad he posted online for a refurbished laptop. It was an IBM Thinkpad T23, and I bought it from him. At the time he was working out of his house, and I never had any problem with that laptop, or a couple of others I subsequently purchased. He was always willing to do upgrades, add memory, etc.I am happy that he has a shop of his own now, and I have used him for all my computer needs. My Mac laptop just recently broke down and I needed it fixed ASAP. I contacted this repair center and they said they could fix it within a week, maybe sooner. I dropped it off and they called me back a few days later. The whole process only took about 3 days and cost like half what the MAC store wanted to charge me.

While I was on vacation this summer, my 8 year old son was using my MacBook when he accidentally dropped it on the ground. When I tried to power it on nothing would boot properly. I called an apple repair store and they quoted me some outrageous figure to even look at it.I started asking some friends around the area for any good stores and a local recommended Temecula Laptop Repair. Brought my laptop to be diagnosed b/c a few keys stopped working.. I told him I did not spill any liquids on the laptop & he told me that liquids must have spilled sometime on those specific letters. To replace a keyboard costs $99 for labor & price of keyboard varies based on prices from eBay! I was disappointed to know that they would purchase a keyboard replacement on eBay instead of an original manufacturer. Therefore, a keyboard could cost $40-100 based off of eBay bids. I also told him my Dell has a backlit keyboard, he believed it did not. Then I turned it on & he was shocked. For computer guys, surprised he didnt know if the laptop was backlit or not... I decided not to go with them to save a couple hundred dollars.

I took my laptop to temecula laptop repair to have my dc jack repaired a month or so ago and when it stopped working I tried to call last saturday. No answer. I need my laptop for work on monday so I went to another shop on jefferson st. They showed me where they tried to solder it instead of replacing the jack. Maybe because I needed it the next day but, They should have at least gave me the option.

Very well recommended shopped around town and decided to go this route very recommended ask for Franco or Brian, saved my data from a dropped external drive.
