Amazing computer repair place. They are super considerate and will never over charge you. I had tons of problems with my computer that many places couldve charged me hundreds to fix but when they finished with mine they charged me only a fraction of what I though they would. They always kept me updated and made frequent phone calls to me to keep me updated on the progress. I have 0 complaints and I will always come here if I have issues.

I needed to recover data from on old hard drive out of an old broken lap top. I have driven by this location for years and decided to check it out. Just based on a phone call, I felt like I could trust Adi the owner. I dropped off the hard drive and ended up hanging out and just talking with Adi for 39 minutes. Such a good guy and honest family man. He was very helpful and was able to completely recover everything off the old hard drive. There was great communication, very clean shop, and Adi was great. Ill be back for sure and am already looking to have him build my next computer. His advice and honesty was greatly appreciated. Highly suggest doing your business here.

I needed my laptop repaired immediately. The level of customer service and absolute professionalism was/is extraordinary. The owner didnt try to upsell me nor did he try to sell me on other unrelated products. He just magnified what an amazing business should be. Today I was on a quest for some obscure computer items. After striking out at the obvious national chains, I made a list of local computer repair joints. This was my first stop and I was impressed. Shop was clean, tidy, organized so I felt good even before I talked to anyone. Dealt with the owner Adi and found they had exactly what I was looking for at price I found a little surprising (as in low). You can see for yourself that I dont give 5 stars often but Im glad I had him first so I didnt need to hit the other 3 shops on my list. Recommended.

I just spent $2000 on a brand new laptop and it got smashed in my luggage on a flight. I was sincerely not happy. I talked to Eric at the shop here and he told me not to worry, that they could take care of it and to bring it on down. It took a couple days for the screen to be delivered but they had it installed the same day it arrived. Great customer service. Kept me in the loop the entire time.

My grandma was having some trouble with her computer this week. It was trying to upgrade to Windows 10 and she turned it off right in the middle because she didnt know what was happening. After that, the computer wouldnt boot up at all and she was very upset because she has all of the pictures of us grandkids on it. She went down to Bits Bytes & Nibbles and they took exceptional care of her. She said that they were very understanding and assured her that everything would be ok. They were able to finish the installation of Windows 10, and they even went as far as to give her a tutorial on what she normally does so that shed be more comfortable with the new operating system. She said she tried to tip the tech for the extra time he spent with her, but he told her he couldnt take her money and he was happy to help. I just wanted to leave them a good review because I really appreciate them taking such good care of my grandmother.

Great follow up-kept in touch updating me as to the repair process. Fixed my desktop when no one else could!

Today I went to this store to buy a molex power adapter that is all over the internet for $1.99. He had two, and they were obviously in used condition. He said he wanted $10.00 each! I let him keep his adapters. They are obviously more valuable to him than they are to me. Price gouging at its finest. Will never go back there again. What a waste of time.

My computer crashed, on top of that my backup was damaged and Adi recovered all of my data and got my computer up and running!

The hard drive on our g-5 took a dump :( This P.C. happened to be our file server; Josh had us up and running within hours.!! Definitely the best Mac guy in town :) ...Hands down
