This is the best place by far with no hassles no having to use a major credit card you can use a prepaid credit card its only $49 a day with $150 MI a day with rollover so if you use only 50 miles one day the next day you get 250 miles and so on no hassles get a quick car not a lot of paperwork to sign your name cheaper than U-Haul cheaper than budget especially the hassle free is what I like . try this car rental place and the service is quick and fast. Not waiting 20-30 minutes in the run around trying to find a car value walk in tell him what you want and youre out within 5 minutes no more wasting time at U-Haul they want $79 a day plus 79 cents per mile.

I have been getting the weekend deal for the past few weeks and the staff at the Temecula office is hardworking and take care of the customers and cars!! I get a chance to observe the past few weeks as I wait on my car or uber back home and the crew is always detailing the cars, walking people to the rental, explaining the features on the car. You can tell there is pride in what they do...thank you so much for your great service

Very happy with my experience at the Temecula location. I was picked up from the Honda dealership across the freeway in less than 10 minutes and driven back to their office in a very clean shuttle. The driver was friendly and courteous and drove very carefully. When I got to the office it took them less than 5 minutes (would have been faster if not for computer troubles) to get me out the door and into a very new and very clean car. They werent pushy or rude like the glorified salesman at the big national rental chains. When I came back the next day to drop off I was greeted by the owner and taken care of very quickly. He was even able to get me a disposable mask as I had forgotten mine at home. I was very impressed by all four employees I came into contact with. I will go out of my way to come back to the Temecula Greenleaf if I am every in need of a rental car again.

Nick and Nichole will lie and jack up prices especially for a family in need of a mini van or on weekend. They say one price and then add so they can make extra. Joanna is a very disrespectful and unprofessional person, who acts as though she is doing the customer a favor by doing her job. The Escondido location is a disgusting.

I was a manger for the Hertz Corporation for 10 years from the airport to The small HLEs and know the business #just saying #clout for my review.Hailey the driver was friendly, and was a safe driver for us. Our wait time at the dealership was maybe 10 minutes or less.The pick up vehicle was very clean and smelled good.Our counter rep Joanna was efficient and pleasant to deal with. She was thorough and everything that needed to be covered was.The car was cleaned and fueld up (which the fuel is 50/50 if you start off with a full tank as being an off site agency)Thank you for the good experience.

Not a tea place! I’ve seen this small business multiple times but I’ve always thought it be a tea place because of the name. However it’s a super fast but efficient and super friendly car rental establishment. The whole team was beyond friendly. I had my three kiddos all under 5 years of age with me and Greenleaf saw I was scattered but the made the paper work and experience so easy and pleasant :) will be back for sure!

Horrible customer service!! I came in to get a rental car and the girl at the front desk was super rude. No greeting & she proceeded to rudley ask for my information while she barked orders around at the other employees. When she talked to me I felt like she was talking to one of her employees. Mind you I hardly go out cuz of the changes with COVID and Im too busy keeping an eye on my kids that I try to be as sympathetic with those having to work. She proceeded to slam the paperwork on the counter for me to sign and was very cut throat. To top things off I was given a rental that smelt like cigarette smoke. I have two kids and dont smoke so the smell is absolutely recognizable and disgusting. We mentioned it when we returned the vehicle and the guy just states its probably in the filters like its not a big deal.. dont think theyll be replacing the filters. AVOID this place!!

I was recommended here from my repair shop. Man talk about great customer service. They even dropped me off at the shop when my needs for the rental were done. I will from now on recommend and give my business to these guys.

Nicole is fantastic! I got stuck at Enterprise because their website lied to me and said that they had cars available, which they didnt. Unfortunately, I had taken an Uber to enterprise and needed to get a rental car immediately to make it to a meeting in San Diego.I called Greenleaf and Nicole picked me up, outside of Enterprise, and had me on the road in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company above any of the major rental companies in the area.

I love this place. I’ve been here 2 times already and I’m planning on getting another car there today or tomorrow. The staff are super helpful and kind. They kicked me up from the Volkswagen dealership twice in their shuttle. The rates are super awesome.

I’m not sure if it was the owner but it was definitely the boss...he was extremely rude to his employees then to me! Then proceeded to tell one of his employees to take me and drive me to Enterprise! The employee who picked me up from my car shop was amazing and the one who drove me to the Enterprise was amazing as well. I even called my car shop who I have used the past 4 years solely and told them they shouldn’t be recommending people to go there anymore. Hopefully they don’t. I feel bad for those employees. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!

I have worked with Greenleaf Temecula twice and had amazing results both times. They picked me up with their shuttle service and transported me to their office at which time they quickly processed the necessary paperwork and had me on my way. The rental cars were clean and ran well, one rental they had just received the day prior. The employees are all working hard and you will not see a single one goofing off or not work diligently to help a customer. If you are looking for a reliable and exceptionally reasonably priced rental car Greenleaf is the place to go! Prices beat out Enterprise or other rental agencies any day!

Malala was very quick in picking me up at my mechanic in Temecula and rented the car to me she have great customer service and also took care of me at checkout with the same excellent service she provided me at rental time ant took me back to my mechanic. Oh, I left my cup of coffee in the center divider and she brought it right back. She is a 5 star customer service person. Thank you Malala. 😀

It was ok very nice people just not a big selection of car so it was hard for me with 3 kids to get a rental to fit everyone.

Very limited selection of vehicles. Tried to get me in a subcompact by telling me its a compact. And that a compact was midsized. Luckily Im not an idiot, other than employees trying to pull a fast one they were accommodating. Had to twist their arm for a different selection other than a cheap subcompact Hyundai accent

I have rented a car here a couple of times. I love their service and the employees are down to earth, caring people. They have a great car selection and prices are good as well.

Rent you car from this place!!!!! Best, cheapest place I have ever rented a car from and I travel a lot. I didnt have a credit card on me at the time, only a debit card which is an issue everywhere else, but at Greenleaf they dont require a credit card, a debit card is just fine. If you use a debit card, expect the deposit to be $300 instead of $200, though. I brought the car back a few days later than planned, but unlike the mainstream car rental places, I was not charged any fees for not letting them know ahead of time. There is a daily mile limit of 800 miles, but if you go over that its only 7 cents per mile- which is very reasonable. The staff is amazing and made me feel very welcome even though I showed up there covered in paint. (It was from working, but youd be surprised how different people can treat you if your not clean.) Even looking as terrible as I did thast day, the girls at Greenleaf were respectful and sweet. I cant praise them enough and honestly think they deserve a raise. I recommend this place to anybody that needs to rent a car. My car was only $21/day. The suv is only $33/day. No extra fees or anything. And no, I was not paid to give this review- I just really liked this place. Cheap prices, nice cars, no hidden fees, can rent with a debit card, willing to accommodate, sweetheart staff.

I usually end up renting from the enterprise/avis/ budget not anymore! Theres no long waits, fast in and our, super friendly staff! Hidden in plain sight in the corner of Overland and Jefferson ! 5 stars hands down!!!

This place is a joke so there was this hard working lady or gal and she was awesome helped me, I asked what happened to her and she was termed, wow, I located the gal so cowesedential I ran into her at the mall she told me what this horrible thing this company did, I would def never step in this horrible unethical deed they did, they fired a innocent person just for a ex employee currently they wanted back and old employee that most most likely would leave again, very unprofessional! People just take a look at the unethical bussness ethic that they stand for, to me This is very wrong! Sorry green leaf very disappointing matter! I would rent from enterprise plus there a very well renamed brand that exists verses this place of work or what ever you wanna call it!

Got a loaner from them while my Jeep being service for recall. Friendly and good service. Would use them again if/when needed.

Outstanding customer service, first off in the day my insurance gave them trouble and they handeled that very peofesionally. The car was clean and great to drive. Then come to the end of the day, I was running late back to the store to drop the car off, I had called them to see if they could be so kind to wait a few minutes passed closing, and they did! The owner of the company is very kind and helpful.
