We thought we were looking for a certain size storage unit and Bob helped us by showing us several different sizes so that we could get the best size for your contents at the best price. He was so helpful! We highly recommend this storage facility and say Hi to Bob. He was really a pleasure to work with.

From the first person- Steve, who answered my call- to the last- Carina, their customer service was exceptional. The staff is personable and warm. They worked to get us a space so quickly at a great rate! I would highly recommend them for storage and kindness!

My documents were transferred to the leasing agent Karina through text messages. Payment was provided over the phone. Documents to be signed were sent through email. Everything was done smoothly and I could secure my storage parking for the month.

Had issues with their site to book but spoke with Karina and she was very helpful and informative. Great service!.

Only once did I forget to lock my unit and I am thankful this company does check locks on the units. Their follow up on my phone calls were fast and all answered quickly. The check-in was easy and the check-out was easy. I was glad the hear the check-out notice was only 3 or 4 days and not 30 days like other.

I really shopped around for the best price and this location had overall the best price of many other storage facilities. They have the best gate hours too. The woman that checked me in was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me get my unit in no time helping me to get on my busy way. All of their units are ground level which is a much welcomed change from other places I’ve used. This place is a “win win” for me!

We had a great experience picking out our space. When we showed up Rick took us by golf cart to all our options which made it easy to make our selection. The manager at the facility is very accommodating and prides herself on meeting her customers needs. We had a small issue with our reservation and locking in our rate, but once we explained the situation Karina was quick to follow through on their commitment. The covered spaces are perfect we look forward to storing there for many years to come.

Terrible rude managers. They pretty much beg for a review and even try to take your phone from you to leave a review. I saw her do it to the customers ahead of me. Notice how majority of reviews begins with Karina?! It is because she tells them what to put or takes their phones. They are also never in the office or do not answer the phones. Terrible business model and terrible customer service.

Management was great. Handled things quickly, hard to get on the phone (probably out on the property), but always called me back within 24 hours. My issue was with the huge rate increases. I signed on for a unit in March 2018 at about $130/month. As of now, April 2019, my rate is $200/month. Basically my rate is going up by about 6% per month. I wish my stock account would do that. That’s wild. Also, had a water leak issue. They fixed the leaks for me. Surely they didn’t replace the whole roof though, so beware. Insurance paid for our stuff, but it was a pain. ES verified the damage and our policy paid it. Glad we got the insurance.Edit 5/2/19Lowering to one star. Like literally all the other facilities in town, this facility is well maintained. As far as “competitive pricing”, bs. It was only competitive for 3 months, until our rates went up 15%. Then 3-4 months later, another 16% increase. Then another. Within 12 months our rate went from “competitive” to gouging. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t move, I don’t know. I even submitted a feedback when they asked, and told them I was disappointed in the price increases. How do they justify increasing our rate 90% in a year? Because the starting rate is the same now as when I signed on over a year ago. How come new tenants aren’t paying $200/month? Mgmt is great, but corporate is greedy and gouged us. Stay away from this place.
