Paid to have tires rotated.marked one to check on them. Tire was never moved. They claim they did rotate. Wish I could believe that. I liked the place. But, marked tire was in same spot as was before I brougjt it in. Just recently sent daughter there because I would recommend it before. No more.

Came highly recommend from an exhaust shop in town. Was told to call Bo. Set up an appointment for Flowmaster 80 and tips install on my 92 Trans Am. Professional. Only waited 45min for full install. Car sounds great. Recommended other service like shock installation. Will come back for sure! Call Bo.

Okay these guys are just plain courteous. So my car had s code that told me my mass air flow sensor needs to be replaced. It was an easy fix so I did it myself. After I replaced it the engine warning light went back on after a few miles. I had ‘Reileys auto parts read the code to make sure its was not something else again. They told me thst Midas could erase the permanent code and that may fix the problem. The guys at Midas were so nice and did it for free. Thats what I call good business.

I have been going to this Midas for decades and the service is top notch. Recently, I went to get my latest car taken care of, cylinder misfire, and Midas Temecula was the only place to actually fix the issue. Other mechanics in the area would do the bare minimum and charge an arm and a leg.

Beyond impressed with this place! Spoke with Jim when I called to schedule an appt to get a quote for my brakes.First, they quickly took my vehicle in. Second, their price was very reasonable.I have 3 kids and had to take them with me to get the estimate. My plan was to just get the estimate and have my husband bring the car back at another time.Jim, was super nice and assured me that they would take care of it quickly. I hesitated because- well I had 3 small kids and we were approaching lunch time. Although I was hesitant, I agreed. He was beyond kind. Got some coloring books for the kids and even gave them snacks! They also made good on their word to make it quick!We will definitely be returning! Will still aim to send the husband to avoid having 3 kids waiting for a car to be worked on/service, but its nice to know that I can take them if I absolutely need to.

My Son has his 3 vehicles serviced here. I met one of the Managers, BO, who treated me like I was someone special (Im 84 years old). He went over everything I asked him to check, replace as needed, and anything else he saw that required some repair, replacement. I bought tires, oil change, brakes checked and adjusted, Belts and Filters replaced, fuel additive,and overall safety check. Great communication, prices were VERY competitive. I will never take my car to any other shop. BO is a Customer Service professional. The young man who performed the work, Jason, was thorough, and professional. You have a SUPERIOR crew at the Temecula Shop. You cant find a better Service Writer than BO. Kudos, and Thanks for a Job Well Done.

Typical mechanic shop that trys to overcharge you for example my car needed a major tune up and I was quoted $1100.00 (absolutely ridiculous right) well after I took it to another mechanic shop a honest one because they did the major tune up on my car and only charged me $300.00 which means Midas tried ripping me off for $800.00 so sad and pathetic that mechanic shops try to rip people off.

I always used to get my service done at Big O Tires, but after going to this Midas location Im never going back to Big O Tires again! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. They have always given me the best deals and have always done a great job with my car. I highly recommend this location, you wont regret it!

Dont bring your European cars. I scheduled my BMW 5 series for oil change but they need a specialist technician to reset dashboard warning light. I was planning to bring my 2016 MB GLE for brake service but I had a good heads up just now that they really not comfortable with European cars. A response from MIDAS would be greatly appreciated. Vehicle done in the time frame they stated......Better than going to an auto dealer for service....Post updated 04/02/19..... Had another great experience...we had our car in for a tune up and motor mount.. replacement..Bo and Jim are the best...they gave the car an inspection as we are moving out of state...their professionalism and great service is what is going to keep me going back to Midas...I all ready mapped out the Midas near my new home...an hour and a half away...I will go that far for them...they have gone that far for me😀

I have been a customer of Midas Temecula since 2002. I have had nothing but outstanding service whether it comes from the front office, Bo is always amazing and full of good cheer, or the mechanics who work hard to make sure they fix everything and within a great amount of time! Being a woman who knows nothing about cars back in 2002 they have NEVER taken advantage of me, always been honest and even taken me to my car on many occasions to show me what is wrong. They have blessed me many times when I had a car that was on its way out as well. I still only choose Midas and will drive from Corona now down to them just because of the wonderful service they give. Thank you all!

We were stranded pulling our trailer when our 4Runner overheated and all sorts of warning lights came on. The Toyota dealership next door was booked up on Saturday. But Bo had his guys check it out and explained what was wrong and detailed everything that needed to be done. He didn’t give me any pushback when I wanted to postpone several nonessential items to save money on our trip. I felt like he was being honest and fair about things and didn’t pressure me. Even suggested we hang out at the mall while they worked on it. They made a stressful day easier a little easier to deal with.

Great service! We were taken in to a bay right away with no appointment. We are in a 30 ft RV and just passing through Temecula. Before we head home we needed an oil change!Everyone else in town was in a negative mood and just couldnt (wouldnt) accommodate us.Thank you Midas for taking good care of us!-Edit- After we left the shop-my husband told me of the exceptional care that Dan gave to us! Not very accommodating I didn’t get to see there quality of work because I came in at the end of the day and they only half bothered to look at my car only to send me and my boys home with a still broken vehicle.

My 9 year old Prius was getting poor gas mileage (fluctuating anywhere from 40 to 30 to 20 mpg). Since I had had Midas in Temecula do work on my car last spring, I made an appt to have my car looked at today. They checked everything they could, but were unable to check the Hybrid battery. They did not have the equipment to do that.But I found out later that could be done at the Toyota dealership for $130. Interestingly though, one of the techs at Toyota dealership told me it wasnt worth it. Supposedly it would test good or bad, but would not give me actual numbers, so was of little value. He said, when the battery power was diminishing my car would let me know.The charge for the inspection this morning at Midas? Zero! Though my problem has not quite been resolved ; they did put more air in the tires which may have contributed to the low gas mileage, I will have to see if that was the issue, I was very pleased with the service and hospitality.

Here is the thing people. I jave never had a good experience with an auto shop. I almost always do my own work because I dont like getting ripped off. I took my car to midas on a recommendation because the problem was beyond me and I had no time to handle it myself. Joe, the guy who helped me, was really straightforward about everything and made sure I understood what was going on and what he recommended. It was a great experience overall and worked out to be a blessing in the end due to some other issues we uncovered that were still covered by the manufacturer but would not have been in just a few hundred miles. The bottoms line is you can trust these guys, they do great work and are very realistic about timelines and how much it will cost right from the beginning. I always go there now for quick fixesbor regular maintenance.

Place is trash

Took my BMW X3 in for a suspension inspection. I thought the repair was going to involve thousands for struts. One of their mechanics came out into the parking and instructed me to recreate the sound, so I did. About a half hour later they called me back and told me it was the sub frame bolts and charged me $ 75.00 bucks. Simply honest and a KISS ( keep it simple stupid) old school mechanic approach that everyone wants. My car was making a clunk/ click when I brought it in and it was 100% gone afterwards. If I can trust these guys so can you!. This is coming from a detailed and DIY type guy.

The manager is a total dickhead and completely unprofessional by any standards. Went in to get an estimate on brakes and tires. Got the typical up-sale of the most expensive tires they have. Not surprising since they all do that stunt. When I told him I would have to come back next week because I didnt have the ridiculous sum he requested at the time he tried to force me to get his company credit card at 29% APR. When I refused he blew up and went off on a tirade like a spoiled child and threatened to call the Highway Patrol on me. Ive seen him pull this on other customers before nut have never been the recipient until now. If you dont do what he wants regardless of your finances he turns into a total a$$. I filed a complaint with Midas Corporate and I suggest everyone else that was treat like this from him do the same and get him fired. Which is exaclty what he deserves. Avoid this place at all costs...
