Kyle and Jared were excellent! I couldn’t be happier with their service. I wasn’t local, so they kept me up to date on their progress and responded quickly to any of my questions. They were flexible, on-time, and on budget. I was extremely reserved about dealing with a contractor. You don’t need to worry about dealing with them. Their customer service and job performance truly set them apart. I highly recommend!

On May 6th, I had a water loss due to a washing machine malfunction. My daughter started searching for a water mitigation company with a good reputation. We found Rainbow Intl of Temecula. Jared Chapman and Kyle ( dont remember his last name) came out the next day.I worked with Jared primarily. He was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I also chose to go with Rainbow Intl for the rebuild of the damaged areas. I am beyond pleased about the quality and timelines of all the work that was done. Quality work, timely, attentive, easy to work with. This is a great company. Im glad that I chose them.

No one wants to be in a position where you have to deal with water damage, but if you are you want to make sure you are in great hands! Jared and Kyle were quick to respond when we found ourselves with a lot of water coming through our ceiling after a big rain storm. They came out immediately and got us through demo and a rebuild as quick as possible. Their communication was amazing and we felt supported every step of the way. The work was perfect and we couldn’t have been happier!

A huge thank you to Rainbow International of Temecula. I had a wonderful experience working with this company and their subcontractors. They met and exceeded my expectations. Our pack out went great and once the dry out was completed from our flood. It was literally no time at all before all subs were on site and getting the build back started. They made sure my fear of spending the holidays sleeping on the living room floor with my family was not going to happen. I truly cant thank them enough for making a very stressful chain of events as pleasant and smooth as possible. I can say from experience that no other company will take better care of you when it comes to these huge jobs. Their time management and professionalism is second to none.

Decided to get our carpets cleaned since our 11 month old is crawling all over the place. Called up Rainbow International of Temecula and they were able to schedule our carpets and tile (grout) clean within a couple of days. These guys were right on time and cleaned our carpets and tile better then I ever thought they could be cleaned. Our carpets and tile look brand new! Definitely would recommend them to anyone who wants reliable and amazing service. Will be using them again when our carpets and tile needs cleaning.

We had a leak in our bathroom that dripped into our kitchen. Having never had this happen before we called our insurance and they said they would send someone out to help. Jared from Rainbow called told us when he would be there, showed up on time and what a relief! He updated us every step of the way. There were no surprises and they were incredibly professional and did an outstanding job! I can not recommend them enough!

I hate going to the dentist; but when I get a tooth ache I’m so thankful to have a dentist who I trust to take care of me. We recently had a flood due to a pipe breaking, Jared and Kyle at Rainbow were recommended from a family friend . Jared came in , ripped up carpet And cleaned what he could so we could sleep at home that night , very next day Jared and Kyle came back and finished the cleaning process. Highly recommend this company, friendly and great costumer service ! Kept us in the loop on everything that was going on and always answered our calls . Never a good time to go through something like this but they definitely took the stress out of the problem.

Unplanned remediation and construction is rarely a good thing, but Jared and his team were awesome in helping me after an unchecked leak damaged two bathrooms and two bedrooms. In the midst of a pandemic, they went above and beyond my expectations. From demo and plumbing to tile work, drywall, flooring and painting, they handled everything. I’m stingy when it comes to posting reviews like this ... but they deserve it.

After this year’s rain I had a sizable roof leak and had to have repairs done! Jared came out to inspect the damages. What an amazing company! I called Rainbow International of Temecula after I noticed a leak in my kitchen and they came out within an hour of calling them. They were quick to give me a quote to demo, clean and dry out what was needed and it was a very fair price! They got the job scheduled and completed in a very timely manner! I will definitely use them again if I ever have any water or mold damage (hopefully not!) and would refer them to anyone looking for a restoration contractor. Kyle and Jared were both very professional and great to work with!

Excellent costomer service! They came to clean a 50 year old vintage carpet that had never been professionally cleaned. What a difference! No more musty smell either! Arrived right on time and were very neat and tidy.

Awesome guys and a great company. You hope to not need them but when you do they are the perfect guys for the job. My water heater broke and leaked water which damaged some drywall and created some mold. They came over and got right ot work and removed all that and dried it out for a couple days. really happy with the work!

Gerald and Carl were quick to respond and got my house back into shape after the sewage back up. I had no idea that stuff could spread like it did. but i guess after Taco Tuesday, things can be a little more runnier than normal. Luckily my insurance had these guys ready to dig in and get started cleaning it all up and fixing all that drywall that was infected. lord knows i wasnt going to touch that stuff.I highly recommend these guys and there company. Water Damage, fire, post taco tuesdays...they do it all!
