I have to give Action Appliance 5 stars without hesitation! I called this morning because my refrigerator was not cooling when I got home from work yesterday. They squeezed me in today and then said my compressor went out. It is under warranty but I couldn’t get an appointment for the warranty until September 15…and that’s just for the inspection! I called Action back and spoke to Lindsay…she was able to get me scheduled for this afternoon and now I have a working refrigerator again! Andrew was a great tech…very informative and helpful. I can’t thank you enough!!

If I could give Lack of Action a negative score it would be in the double digits!Why so hostile? In one word, Michelle... thee absolute most rude, vulgar and discourteous individual I have ever had the displeasure of meeting!If there is anything that the management/ proprietor of this store could do to improve customer satisfaction, they should invest heavily into training for their sales staff.Bad mouthing competitor brands with blanket statements is the first indication of a poorly trained salesperson. Having someone try to finish my sentences with what they think I want to hear is absolutely annoying. HAVING THE SALESPERSON OPENLY MOCK ME AND MY WIFE ON THE SALES FLOOR WHILE USING F-BOMBS LIKE A DRUNK IS BEYOND THE POINT I CAN PERSONALLY HANDLE!Ive bought appliances and parts from the team at Action Appliance in the past without complaints.I cannot say that I will ever patron them again.

It is sad when ownership creates policies that are anti-customer service. A case in point was my unfortunate experience at the Maytag store on Ynez. My washer had a defective lid interlock switch that prevented the rinse and spin. I needed the part immediately. I went to Maytag and purchased the switch for $32.00, very pricy, but needed part like NOW. The store policy is all parts sales are final and a reminder to diagnose the issue needing to be fixed carefully. It makes sense since who wants to have open returns. I returned home and was immediately convinced by my wife that it was time to get a new washer and drier. THIS IS WHERE THE FUN STARTS. I went back to Maytag with the part in its unopened packaging. The clerk said, I cant refund your money. I said, You mean you wont. Uh, Oh. not good. The clerk said she would call her management. Of course, management said the policy stands, despite being returned on that day, unopened and ready to be placed back into inventory. The clerk got triggered and accused me of threatening Maytag with a bad review. Ya think. Heres a tip for the owner to prevent this from happening again. Thou shall not return any part if the original package has been opened. Based on the eventual attitude of the clerk and the final decision of management, I would avoid this company and seek products and services elsewhere. Very, very, pricy,

Bought a really nice refrigerator from here about 5 days ago. Robert was the delivery specialist and was super professional, respectful of my house and efficient. He hooked up the refrigerator and then tested it for serviceability. I would recommend this store to anyone and would by name request Robert as the delivery specialist.

Bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Action Maytag Appliance and extrememly happy with it, and also the excellent customer service we received. Sales associate Michelle was very friendly and helpful, answered all our questions and the sale was quick, easy and better priced than the big box stores. Robert was our delivery guy and he removed our old refrigerator and hooked up the new one , being very careful and respectful of our home and was also very helpful with any questions we had. I was referred to this store from a friend who raved about Action Appliance and so happy we bought from them. I would rather give my business to this awesome small business that really cares about their customers and goes out of their way to please you, than with the large retail stores that are only concerned with profit. I plan to buy all my appliances from them. Thanks guys, youre the best!

I called to inquire about a part for my washer that cost $150.00. I spoke with Colby and he told me to come in and he would test my part to make sure. Part tested fine and he gave me other advise as to what the problem might be. Very honest and super nice guy! He could of just sold me the part “I said I needed”and send me on my way... Quality people for sure!

Shopping for a new washing machine was our experience at Action Appliance. Their inventory and price range helped in making our decision. The salesman took time with us and was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions. They delivered and installed and hauled away our old washer within a few days. Great prices, friendly service plus they have a scratch and ding Section. $50 bucks delivery to most areas and a 1 year warranty on scratch and ding appliances. We had a terrible experience with a big box stores. This store treated us very professional.They took all of our concerns and made them go away. The person (Andrew) who installed for use was quick and he to was super professional.. I highly recommend this store. What a great shopping experience. I have always hated buying appliances from the big box stores, so I decided to try a local company. So glad I did. The sales person Michelle was great. She explained advantages and disadvantages of models at different price points, and helped us get exactly what we wanted. The dishwasher is great, installation right on time. And the price was no more than we would have paid anywhere else, maybe even less. Very pleased.

Ive been calling on Action Appliance for years. Theyre always prompt, professional and honest. Theyre my go-to for service and sales. I recommended them to my mom, after the big box stores couldnt help her. She was very happy with their prices and customer service. Michael recently educated me on the benefits of buying a commercial washer for my familys needs after ours went out after four years. Were a family of six and do a ton of oversized loads. We bought a Speed Queen washer that has a ten year warranty. So far, were happy with the quality and speed of this machine. Five Stars for Action Appliance!

Do Not go here , the are being out source by Best Buy they cant handle even that. Came to my house 10 minutes missed a whole complete issue but wont back out to see the other. So it doesnt matter if he fix my ice maker the refrigerator is having thermostat issues. Service manager Mike condescending jerk. I wouldnt buy or recommend this company.

WARNING WARNING WARNING. This Company is HORRIBLE!!! they refused to repair my dishwasher after charging me 200$ for a part that broke because of their mis-diagnosis. Refused to refunded us for the service and then called the day of the return service repair to cancel!! Im sure the owner of this business would be ashamed at this failure of service recovery. Didnt even give me the name of the Manager. I wouldnt believe the reviews below. probable people they are related to.

I would not hesitate to send my closest friends and family to this place. They are friendly, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable of the products. Their prices are also very compeditive.I ordered a washer and dryer from them and scheduled a delivery to my home a few days later. Excellent customer service. I bought a scratch and dent refrigerator that required multiple service calls, eventually resulting - almost 10 months later - in a brand new replacement under the warranty terms by the manufacturer. Repair techs really worked on solving the problem, never got upset with my multiple phone calls. It just takes patience - and kindness - on the part of everyone. Thank you Action Appliance!

I had contacted Action Appliance as my washer just stopped working out of know where. The receptionist who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and reacted fast to my request for a technician to come and assess the issue. The technician that was sent was very polite and answered all my questions. It ended up being the lid switch which he ended up having on hand and fixed rather quickly. I would definitely recommend Action Appliance for all future appliance needs.

Action Maytag Home Appliance Center has found a customer for life! Heres why: I have an older model Maytag dishwasher. I know that Maytag products can live to be pretty old with proper care and maintenance. However, many of the vendors that I have contacted no longer had the parts that I needed. Every single vendor was trying to get me purchase a whole new dishwasher instead of just maintaining the one I have. I was so upset at how every technician was telling me that I would have to service the dishwasher more frequently and how it would be more prudent to buy a new one. I searched all over, including Angies List, and got the same result. I searched more when I found Action Maytag Home Appliance Center. I was so pleased because the tech was so helpful because they had the parts I needed and did not pressure me to buy another appliance because I have an older model. I love an honest business and believe that Action Maytag Home Appliance Center should be at the very top of our lists.

My husband and I have been using Action Appliance repair for well over 10 years and have always been pleased with there competent service. We have especially been impressed with Michael and how he strives to do whats best for the customer. I used another repair service a few months ago for a last minute repair and found them to do the minimum for a fast buck. Today I had to have Action Appliance come out to fix the problem permanently. We wont be calling any other company to service our appliances again.

Helpful staff saved us several hundred dollars on a dryer. We got a new fridge from the scratch and dent basement. Saved us another 800. Delivery was on time and courteous. The only down side was that the store was kind of dirty.

Such a wonderful experience with Action Maytag Home center. They were super helpful in helping us figure out the best appliance, and then on another trip, mattress for our needs. Also when we had a problem, they were so quick to fix things and assisted us; even when they werent on the hook to do so. I really love that it is a family based business, with lots of the personal touch that I never get at the warehouse or home-center type stores. IF there is a price difference, I found it to be negligible...especially when I factored in the extra personal care and service. Im a repeat customer, and will be buying other items with this company. We highly recommend Action!

When my family moved to Temecula we had to purchase a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator unexpectedly and had not budgeted for such an expense. We saw the reviews for Action Appliance and decided to give them a try. One of the best decisions we’ve made since we moved here!Michelle greeted us at the door and took excellent care of us. We told her our budget constraints and she worked creatively within them as if they were her own. She was extremely knowledgeable, cheerful, and took her time with us. We went through a ton of possible combinations of appliances and ended up with a fantastic deal on badly needed appliances.I brought them to the house and installation was pretty straight forward however the dryer was missing an adapter from the manufacturer for the gas line (not Action Appliance’s fault or responsibility). So I went back up to the store and spoke with Colby who was just as awesome as Michelle. He went to the back of the store and brought the adapter I needed with some teflon tape free of charge.Michelle also sent us a thank you letter in the mail and welcomed us to Temecula. Awesome!These guys are the real deal. They are honest brokers and have masterfully achieved the rare feat these days of conducting business by taking care of their customers, not taking advantage of them. Glad they’re making a profit and I hope they stay in business for a long time. Highly, highly recommended and Michelle and Colby are are welcome at my dinner table any time!

Contacted James on Saturday the sixth to sit tell him I need service on my dryer he informed me he wasn’t available on Saturday but he could have a technician out between one and five on Mondays I then took the time off I agreed at which point I got a phone call by a woman I believe was a customer service rep to inform me that their technician was still going to be another hour I informed her that I was unhappy because I took the time off she made it sound like I was inconveniencing her by telling me do you want us to do this or not or do you want to reschedule I can’t afford to reschedule take another day off to help them out that’s why I agreed to 1 to 5 she didn’t hung up I ended up calling back to ask for her name then the guy I was speaking to was also rude by informing me that he didn’t have time for this I believed that the technician was still going to be here by six it is now 7 o’clock and no technician I would have not sent this post had they still sent somebody

I am a local business owner, so I like to support other local businesses whenever possible. I did visit 2 big box stores prior to my visit - where I wasnt even acknowledged. I waited 15 minutes at one location before leaving.I was pleasantly surprised walking into Action Appliance. As soon as she caught my gaze Lindsey acknowledged me and ansewered all of my initial questions. She then left me to peruse for a short time on my own before coming back to check on me and answer my follow up questions.They have an actual scratch and dent bargain basement where you can find some amazing deals. I ended up finding a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator that was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to save $1500 off MSRP.I appreciate that they pointed out all of the appliances flaws that were mostly in places that wont be visible once installed. There is 1 minor hairline scratch about 1/8 on the front of the fridge, and I will be shocked if anyone notices it since I didnt see it until Lindsey pointed it out to me.With the money we saved on the fridge we also bought a new washer and dryer on sale in the regular-priced showrroom.Lindsey is super knowledgeable about brands and their differences. She helped us make our decision quickly, but with zero pressure.We will take delivery of the appliances in 30 days when we move to our new home. We only had to put down a good-faith deposit and we received a discount on set up and delivery since we bundled 3 pieces.I hope we never need repair but if we do we will be calling Action Appliance as they have their own service department. In the meantime I will be referring them.We all want great selection, great price and great service and its rare that you can find all 3 in one place these days. Thank you Lindsey! We enjoyed working with you and look forward to enjoying our new appliances in our new home.

My wife and I had purchased numerous appliances for the past 10 years from Action Appliance. We had done our home work when purchasing for the best price and the best quality and found both at Action. The best part of our purchasing experience is the way we are treated, NEVER pushed to buy and treated with respect even if we are not ready to buy. In August of 2012, we purchased a new bed and washer / dryer and a few months later we started having an issue with the bed, so I contacted Wayne and Colby at Action and they took it from their filing the warranty claim and dealing with the manufacture. They went way out of their way to deal with the manufacture instead of us and they were successful in having it replaced.For me to recommend someone or even take time to write a review is my way of stating how great this company is. I can see why they have been in business for a long time in Temecula.Thank you Actionjay

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!This business doesnt know how to communicate with the customer, let alone leave a receipt when finished with job. I asked them to call me because my refrigerator broke, they said they will get back with me the next business day, I had to call again 4 days later, they didnt even have a record I called, after the job is done, the owner calls and says with an attitude that its my fault the refrigerator broke again. When they were there to fix it 2 days ago!

Today our dryer stopped heating....I called Action Maytag and got an Honest estimate on repairs. I know you can not hold someone to an over the phone estimate but at least they were willing to give me best and worst estimates. I got SAME DAY service and they fixed the problem for just above low end estimate. The repair man Andrew was professional. he took the time to tell me what was wrong and explained the repair and cost before doing the work. He completed all repairs in less than an hour. Thanks Action Maytag Home Appliance Center and Andrew for the excellent customer service and repairs!! Will definately use them again.
