Great company and great communication by text or email. They confirmed our schedule day before our flight. Then day of flight, when it got delayed, they sent me a text letting me know they were waiting for us. Our drivers were Kyle and George. They were very nice, helpful, and had snacks for us! 5 stars all tells way!

Six of us took shuttles to and from LAX to and from North County San Diego. Upon booking, I was impressed with the operators quick reference of our flight and pricing information. Before our rides, we had confirmation communications via email and text, and then the drivers contacted us when they were on their way. We had good communication during our airport/customs exit and where to wait at the airport. Drivers were Excellent!!!! HIGHLY recommend!

Flawless and good communication. My wife worked with Erin to get a very early Sunday shuttle (4am) to San Diego airport and from the get go everything was great. She was prompt on her email replies, thorough and informative. Then we received texts the day before and morning of from Don, our driver and again everything was great. This was our first time using Temecula Air Shuttle, but had heard good things from friends that have. WAY BETTER than an unreliable Uber or Lyft. So glad that we were referred to TAS! Weve been consistent customers of Temecula Airport Shuttle to and from both San Diego and Los Angeles. Drivers are always communicative prior to pick-up, on-time, personable and professional. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. We appreciate the water and snacks available. If anything could have gone wrong it would have been on our last trip coming in to LAX from overseas. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, the plane had to park on the outskirts of the airport and shuttle us to baggage claim, and it was rush hour, But, once we landed and I checked my phone there was the text we have come to expect letting us know to text back when we were out on the curb, and our driver would meet us. And there she was. Wonderful company. Recommend them highly.

This was my first time using Temecula Air Shuttle from San Diego to Temecula where I was visiting family. Ezra picked us up exactly on time, and since there were only two passengers at this time of day, we rode in a very comfortable black automobile (I didnt check the make). Ezra was friendly and very professional, and an added gesture were bottles of water waiting in the cup holders. It felt like a topnotch limousine service. Ive taken many shuttles in my lifetime, but nothing compares to this experience with Temecula Air Shuttle. I will definitely call upon this service again in the future.

So convenient and very comfortable ride! They have snacks and drinks, and headphones that you can borrow during the ride. Once I arrived in Temecula, my ride was still a few minutes away so the driver waited until my ride arrived instead of just dropping me off in the parking lot and leaving. Very sweet of them! I am so happy that Temecula Air Shuttle came to Temecula and has grown and become successful. It is much better than going to a parking lot (which will be more expensive than the shuttle if you are gone for a while), moving your luggage from your car to the shuttle, and taking a shuttle to the airport (and repeat that when you get back). It is so relaxing.

I have used Temecula Air Shuttle from the Fallbrook Park & Ride to San Diego Airport a few times with excellent experiences. However, for a recent extended trip overseas, my husband and I used their private door-to-door service because we didnt want to leave a car in the Park & Ride or at the airport parking lot. It was really a wonderful experience, especially coming home. Our last flight was delayed by over two hours. Our driver, Crystal, kept tabs on the flight and was right there to pick us up when we arrived back at San Diego at midnight. Such a relief and so appreciated.

Got the first half of my RT from Temecula to LAX yesterday. I was updated with texts that they would be there from the day before until about 10 minutes before they arrived. Good ride with Ezra in a Prius. Not my favorite car, but whatever. Conversation was good, and I arrived at LAX right when I had planned. This is an excellent company to work with. They were 5 stars all the way with a text confirming the day before letting me know driver and time of pickup. I used Temecula Air shuttle about 2 months ago. The driver, Ezra arrived right in front of my apartment in time and he was so friendly and nice. The van was almost brand new and so clean. I recommend Temecula air shuttle to my boyfriend. He got on the shuttle at 2:50am this Monday and arrived at the San Diego airport in time. He was also satisfied with this shuttle service.

I have now experienced two wonderful transports by this excellent shuttle service company, to and from the San Diego airport. Going to the airport, Oliver drove 17 miles south of Temecula to pick me up in the remote area of Aguanga, CA very early in the morning. He arrived early and we quickly drove to a transfer point where he continued onward to another airport and Kate drove the rest of us to SAN airport. They are both very pleasant, personable people and excellent drivers. We had one passenger on board incessantly grumbling that he would be late and gave us the time of this flight. It later proved to be incorrect, he actually had a later flight than he told us. Kate handled his gripping with aplomb and gentle diplomacy.My return trip; Kate picked me up at 10:00 PM and actually had arrived earlier . I was the only passenger for the just over 1 hour drive back to the mountains. I was invited to sit in the front and we had an active and enjoyable time together. So much so that I will invite her to our RV park to see the sights in the daylight. I HIGHLY recommend this excellent service, it is well worth the cost, saves angst and stress in getting there on your own and ransoming your car to park for extended travel. I praise and commend the two brother owners and their drivers for their excellent business to anyone wishing transportation to SAN, LAX or Ontario Airport.

I used Temecula Air Shuttle for the first time on Tuesday November 12th, 2019. Im a Canadian (not from Temecula and had never heard of them before). I found them using a Google Search, and saw they had a lot (172) 5 star ratings, so I trusted that. I called after 9pm at night and got a friendly person who accommodated me for the next morning at 7am. I imagine that is not protocol, but I was blessed that they got creative in trying to accommodate me on short notice and they surpassed all expectations! The service was excellent, on-time, friendly, courteous, safe, affordable and they had a cooler with snacks and water! I even made a new friend onboard who became a soul sister, and I can imagine coming back to Temecula to visit her. The online reservation & pay was easy. The office confirmed pickup as well as the driver. Excellent service and pleasant driver (Elliott). We talked from Temecula to San Diego Airport. He was safe. There was just a little confusion on the actual pickup spot on Winchester. We were standing in front of the Park/Ride sign, the driver actually passed us and stopped in the curve (nothing major). 1ST time using the shuttle and not my last. I was in town for a conference and came in a day early to visit my brother in Temecula as a surprise. Initially I was so stressed on looking up car rental, insurance and did I have enough to cover the deposit. Then I was stressed on mapping the drive from San Diego to Temecula and driving alone with bad GPS skills made it worse. Needless to say the Shuttle page popped up and it was a Ah ha moment. I emailed them with my request on arrival day and time, address I was going to and could they return me to San Diego but to the Hilton @ Mission Bay. Once Erin replied that they could and would accommodate me I was so impressed that I immediately booked the shuttle. My arrival was 15 minutes before the 10am pick up so I hurried to the spot and texted Erin to see if I missed it or if they were still around. Deanna was on her way and I made that pick up time. I like that they text and email to see if you are on time and or need anything. The Vans are clean, the drivers have great personalities and the drive was enjoyable. Great Pick up spot right outside the airport doors (Zone S) I was dropped and picked up in front of my brothers - added bonus. Pete was my driver on the way back and he was just so nice and courteous.

Fortunately, a friend told me about the Temecula Air Shuttle Service when I mentioned my upcoming travel plans. With this service, Jeff only had to get me to the pick up point in Temecula, after which, I had a stress free trip to the San Diego Airport terminal. 2 weeks later when I returned, I was picked up promptly right outside the baggage claim area and dropped off in Temecula at the 7-Eleven parking lot on Bedford Ct and 79. (This is a temporary point until the park and ride across 79 is finished.) Ezra was my driver both directions and is a friendly, safe driver. Both vans were very clean. The people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. They track your return flight to predict possible scheduling conflicts when they pick you up at the airport, eliminating the stress of possible flight delays. Jeff didnt have to take time off work to accommodate my trip. I highly recommend the Temecula Air Shuttle Service.

This is our third experience with Temecula Air Shuttle and all have been terrific. Our flight into San Diego arrived 50 min. early and we were able to change to an earlier shuttle to avoid a long wait. They monitor your flights and are very accommodating to late (and early) arrivals.

I had quite a surprise 12/17/2017 when I arrived at my house at 10 PM and could not find my key, and my garage door key pad would not work. Pete was so very helpful with his flashlight, and helping me get my luggage to the front door, and then dropping me off at my friends for an unexpected overnight stay until I could straighten things out in the morning. By the way, Pete, my key was in the coin purse side of my billfold the whole time. Thanks to TVS for the safe trip home and to my friends.

The shuttle was everything it was promised. They picked us up at our house in Wine Country ( on time ) and dropped us at the airport without incident. We recently used the Temecula Air Shuttle over the Christmas holiday. We found the entire operation from the initial call and scheduling of the shuttle to the pick up on the way to the airport and the pick up from the airport to be extremely efficient. Both drivers were friendly. When we landed, I received a text when we were still in the airplane, they knew we had landed. We got our luggage and went outside and the shuttle was waiting. It made the trip to the airport easy. We would definitely use them again.

Hello Temecula shuttle ,I always had a great ride with you guys until this last time .I had a 3:20am pick up at Murietta and no one arrived !!!! It was an hour before I had a response after calling your line several times.There seemed to be an emergency that happened with one of your drivers. Having to be at San Diego Airport for a 6:45am without a ride in was not a great feeling. As the morning went on I found my flight now cancelled and was rebooked to a 1pm . Your shuttle serviced managed to add me into their next route and get me to my new flight in time. They even came to my residence for pick up but man being in a parking lot at 3:20am without a shuttle in sight and a plane to catch is not a good feelingTemecula Air Shuttle contacted me a week later and made everything more than o.k. Its always a good thing when the owner takes time out to call you personally to rectify the situation. I will surely ride them with them again. Thank you guys for the follow up and caring !

We’ve used Temecula Air Shuttle for a few years now. Not only are they more cost efficient compared to Uber and Lyft, but they’re extremely friendly and always on time. However our latest experience tops them all! My husband accidentally drove to the wrong pick up location when my sister came into town. The driver kindly dropped her off at the restaurant we were meeting at so that she wouldn’t have to wait for her ride to arrive much later than planned. My entire family is a fan and we will continue to be loyal customers for life!

This is my first time using Temecula Air Shuttle. Customer service has been phenomenal! The van is very comfortable and includes phone chargers, water, it’s climate controlled and has WiFi. Ezra and Roger were our drivers. Both were very nice, on time and couldn’t be more helpful. They text you when they are a couple minutes away and confirm your reservations the day before. I had a ride to San Diego airport with Everett today. I highly recommend this service. Clean, on time, very good communication, good price and overall a very enjoyable ride. I felt like a good friend gave me a ride to the airport! Thank you!

I took the shuttle from Temecula to the San Diego airport. The price was fair. The ride was comfortable and the driver was extremely courteous. He picked me up right on time and got us to the airport a little ahead of schedule. We got there in plenty of time to catch the flight. I took it this first time out of curiosity. I will use it in the future whenever I need to get to one of the nearby airports.

Excellent shuttle service to the San Diego Airport. They were very timely. Nice transit van easy to get in and out of. Safe for traveling alone. Helped with my luggage I would highly recommend this service. If you are heading from Temecula (Murrieta) area I would give them a try. Very reasonable fares also they even had snacks and water in the vehicle and the ride was very comfortable.

I typically take Uber to/from the airport but my daughter recommended I try Temecula Air Shuttle. I expected the typical airport shuttle and service but was pleasantly surprised from the moment I made my reservation. I received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from text message updates, the welcoming, friendly driver (Mark), the comfortable shuttle and the attractive cost. Added bonus, the convenient pick up location outside baggage claim and a smooth ride to the drop off location in Temecula.Due to rainy weather, the driver offered to drop us off at Starbucks which was above and beyond. I can confidently say NO MORE UBER for me!
