Been going to these guys since I was 16. love these guys and I am grateful that I trust my mechanics and never worry that they are dishonest. If all businesses were this honest we would be living in a much better world.

Every place I went, I got the run around but not at Consultatech..They informed me that they use the best Jasper Engines an Transmissions with 3yr or 100,000 mile warranty and after researching Jasper online I was sold...It may cost a little more than the run around guys I talked to before going to Consultatech but for piece of mind its well worth it.. 👍🏻👍🏻My old Dodge runs Great!!! 😁😁😁

Wow, this place is awesome. Super efficient and very honest and very dependable. They will not sell you anything that you dont need and very fair with the price. Dont waste your time taking your car any where else. I had my clutch replaced and now the car is better than new. My Hyundai Accent has 190,000 miles on it and is still going strong. 5 stars all the way for customer service, dependability, and workmanship.

I think mechanics get to know each other and after Chris at Mufflers West did a really great job for me, I was also having a strange heat problem affecting a few things in my RV and he recommended I go to Consult-a-Tech.Everyone I talked to at Consult-a-Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious that they not only knew what they were talking about, but that they all truly cared, you could feel they were a great team.Johnny checked out my RV and you could tell from his experiences he knew what the problem was and he told me why.Cari kept me informed as to what was happening and I was surprised to learn my CD player needs to be looked at due to over heating and not the engine. Whew!In addition, this is the only place that actually understood the challenges I was having with just trying to put gas in my tank and Brandon had the solution.Although my RV was too heavy for them to do this particular job there, at least now I know what to ask for.I didnt get this much help at a dealer.Ill definitely be back in the future and I highly recommend them!!

Im a car guy and I usually work on my own cars, Ive been stumped a couple of times by issues I just couldnt seem to figure out. Both times Ive taken my cars here and both times they figured out what I was missing. Sometimes you just need help. This shop is always on point and their prices are reasonable. Its not easy to find a shop you can trust, this is the shop.

An honest, reliable and professional mechanic is very hard to find indeed. I thought so until I found this place. They exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Took my car in to have the head gasket replaced, after less than 5,000 miles the car starts overheating. Take it back and they said the radiator went out (they checked the compression and said the head gasket was still good), so I had them replace the radiator. The next day it still is overheating I take it back they run a diagnostic and the compression is still fine in the engine. An air bubble in the radiator was causing it, so supposedly it was all fixed. The next day I drive it, it overheats and I bring it right back they say the head is now blown and that it is not covered because the radiator which they replaced and fixed caused it! So not only was it still under the warranty on the head, the thing they replaced has now caused the issue and they won’t cover it. Very dishonest company be careful taking your car here.

Consult a tech is the best at keeping your car in great running condition. From the owners Carrie and Tim, the mechanics are helpful, friendly. They are good at giving you repairs that need to,be done ahead of time. Nice waiting area.

There isnt the constant pressure of upsell and if you have deferred maintenance they give you an honest assessment and recommendations based on safe life of your cars components. Highly recommend!

I was recently in need of someone to take a look at my Scion. I read many positive reviews of ConsultATech on Facebook, Yelp, and here. I called for an appointment, and I must say that their service was fantastic right from the start. They are very welcoming and friendly, and they took care of the issue with my car (and at a great price). I had such a great experience with my Scion, that I made an appointment for my wifes car the very next day. Well be taking our cars here from now on.

Ive taken my Jeep Wrangler here twice now and I cant say enough good things. I had a bad lift installed elsewhere and was having issues with it and my alignment the first time I went in and they fixed me up and went above and beyond to have me back on the road safely and in a timely matter. This second time around, I hit a stump going over a curb and it was acting funny when I drove it , so I took it in to a nearby place (I live in San Diego) and they told me my frame was cracked and it was in terrible shape etc. Asked a few other places and they said the same and quoted me well over a few thousand. So I spent the money to get it towed from San Diego to Consult-A-Tech knowing that they would do the best job and they had it done in ONE DAY and turns out my frame wasnt even cracked! And it ended up costing me a fraction of what I was quoted at other places. They are so amazing and will only be trusting my Jeep to their care from now on.

Based on recommendations via Facebook I decided to try ConsultATech for an oil change on my 2011 Honda Pilot. I waited while the service was performed and there were people coming and going. The customers seemed like they were very well known. My oil change took about 45 minutes and I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely be back for any future service needed on my Pilot. Thank you ConsultATech for excellent care and customer service!

They have replaced the engine in my camry and did a fantastic job. Car runs excellent and even had me bring it back after 1000 miles to reinspect the work. They completed the job a day earlier than the said it would be ready. There estimate was right on the dollar. Great service, great attitude of the whole crew and have recommended them to all I know. I even took my 2001 S-10 to have radiator replaced and again, excellent service and estimate right on the money. I will no longer go to any other repair shop, no sense to, when you found the best. Dodge the shop dog is excellent , just like the whole workforce there. Highly recommend this shop.

The best place to bring your car, for sure ONE-STOP shop! I wont trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are super professional and trustworthy you wont find a better place for the money. My BMW went in for a window repair and I end up fixing some cables and getting my smog done to. All for a comfortable price. If you have issues with your car bring them there, you wont be disappointed.

This shop is by far the most thorough and honest of all the auto repair & consulting shops I’ve ever gotten service from. Tim & Cari discovered that a recent axle replacement service by Toyota of Temecula was never necessary. My car’s axle was completely to spec & Toyota of Temecula had failed to run a diagnostic on our car. They saved us $3500 dollars and won a loyal customer in us.

I have been getting my car serviced here since I found them about 7 years ago. As a single woman I appreciate that I will not be sold service I dont need. Fortunately my 2003 Toyota Camry with 116,000 hasnt had too many big problems but I always feel confident things will be properly taken care of. I live in Sun City and they are in Temecula but I prefer going there even if there are closer repair and service shops. I am not sure if they drive people home and pick up, but I have had them drive me to the mall since I live some distance. Unless their policy has changed I dont believe they have lone cars but a few years ago I was driven to a car rental place when I had to leave my car a few days. Otherwise I wait for my car and they have good coffee, water etc. It is a very clean garage. It would be good to call ahead for a good time to do routine maintenance.

They will never upsell you. They will only do the service thats required on your car. Great customer service!!
