The girls who work there are very rude. Will definitely never go there again. Tried to get a notary and they were so unhelpful we went somewhere else

We opened up a postal box here a few years ago after we had a package stolen that was delivered to our mailbox in Bear Valley Springs. It has been SO worth the money we pay to have a box here -- to know that our packages will get to us safe and sound EVERY time we order something. We order a lot of stuff from Amazon (and other places. We have almost all of our packages sent to our UPS Store postal box address. I also use a mail-order pharmacy for my medications and it is very easy (and SECURE) to have them delivered here. Im going to repeat myself and say that it has been SO worth the extra money we pay to have a box here just for the simple fact of having PEACE OF MIND knowing that our purchases will get to us safely and securely. Also, the employees here are very nice and helpful!

This is actually Clifford wife Krista. I was at my daughters An son in laws taking care dogs An Ups guy came by with 5 packages An I had gate closed. He first called my daughter Katherine Lamm An she called me its a driveway you climb up. I ran out to drive car down to get them but he waved me up An he pulled all them up the driveway An into garage An stacked them for them. Super nice guy. Typically we have a great experience with UPS, but when they delivered our package today, it was crushed. The box was so damaged it looks like someone played soccer with it. Our item’s box was damaged as well; It’s frustrating paying for shipping and handling and having it handled like this.

Excellent customer service; Evan was great. When I walked in he was already serving a customer on the phone, he directed me to put my box on the scale. By the time he finished on the phone he was ready to give me options and prices on my shipment!

I went in to get something notarized and faxed. Besides the customer service which was whatever because I don’t expect a lot from UPS, what I had notarized was dated 2022 by the notary so it wasn’t accepted, so my husband who is in another state had to take it into another UPS. Just a waste of time & $20.

Over this past Christmas holiday season, I needed to ship packages and print out emails sent to this UPS store. The manager, Braulio, was extremely efficient, personable and professional. He handled my needs as well those of other customers in rapid fashion. He even found time to save me costs on shipping. If Braulio is on the job, you can rest assured all your needs will be handled accurately and in a timely manner. Thank you Braulio.

I have switched all my shipping needs to this store due to the friendly service and nice store environment. Parking stinks, but that is Tehachapi for you!
