Excellent customer service! Called for a minor problem and the nice lady told me how to fix it and even walked me thru while on phone, very helpful and saved me a $100 service charge to boot! Wonderful to have such a store like this in our small town.

Heat Source came to my house to clean my wood stove chimney. They arrived with in the time frame stated, worked quickly, cleaned up the stove and at the price quoted. Very professional.

This business Refuses to help install any other product other than their own products despite the quality and integrity of the system in question. This unfortunately points to a staff that has little agenda other than their own.

Its a small place with the friendly staff and easy to talk to, seems like they have good prices, i will be looking to have them clean the chimney and maybe put in a Pellet stove.

Very poor customer service. Bought a fireplace, after 6 months of almost daily use in the winter, protected fireplace front with painters tape while setting stone around it in the spring. When tape removed, black paint came with it. After picking up can of defective paint to touch it up, was told I could now sand it, pick up another can (free, at least) and that 6 months of high heat was not enough time to cure the paint. Also, I may want to call the manufacturer. Thanks. Love paying several thousand dollars and then get grief over a hundred dollar part.

During the peak of winter, they sell out of pellets on the day they receive them, so stock up. They also only have women there to load them into your car?
