The staff is extremely busy but they remain professional and efficient.

I always have a good experience when using this particular LabCorp location. Even during the pandemic I had no complaints when I had to get blood work done there

DO NOT DRINK THE WATER! I got extremely sick after drinking the water they have in the waiting room. I was vomiting and had fever right after. They probably don’t clean the filter which is probably why the water taste kinda funky

I came in for a drug screen that I payed for to enroll in a healthcare program. When I entered the office I was not greeted by the staff. While waiting in the waiting room I was not provided any paperwork, or made aware of any policies regarding the drug screen. I was simply escorted to a bathroom. After trying to pee for a few minutes I was unable to. I came out of the bathroom and requested a cup of water from the staff. She then told me because I came out of the bathroom now I have to wait an hour to submit an additional sample, this was despite being the only customer in the office. I requested to know why I couldn’t just drink water for a few minutes and see if I would be able to provide a sample because I shouldn’t have to wait an hour. She then became very rude as argumentative with me. I informed her that I had an emergency and had to leave to take my mother to a medical appointment. She then told me if I leaved that this would be a “refusal” to take the drug screen; and now my school would have to be contacted. When I requested to speak to the supervisor she stated “ I am the Supervisor”. To have a supervisor that was so rude and unprofessional was alarming to say the least. I requested paperwork explaining the policy of the one hour wait time as well as the policy regarding leaving the lab Corp facility. Once she was unable to provide paperwork displaying the hour wait time rule she then changed the time to 30 minutes. What I thought would be a 30 minute visit at most turned into a 2 hour visit. While I was using the bathroom the supervisor knocked on the door harassing me to figure out if I was able to urinate. After providing an additional sample she tells me it is not enough. I then spent another 40 minutes chugging cups of water while the staff laughed and did not apologize for the inconvenience. I received no apology and no empathy. The staff were laughing and seemed that they did not care about the situation. In the future Labcorp staff should notify customers of the policies before they enter the bathroom. This is not a jail or a court house and instead of feeling comfortable I felt completely drained after this experience. This supervisor needs to be fired for her unprofessionalism and laziness.

I was in and out within minutes. Went for bloodwork and urine. Definitely the best experience I’ve had this far with any lab.

New facility. The new kiosk to check in is very impersonal. The service was fast. Wasnt able to make a reservation online but just a few people ahead of me. Free parking in back of store front. You need to finalize your prescription standing in waiting room with a tech behind glass.

Made an appointment online. Once I arrived, I checked in at the Kiosk, filled out one piece of paper work at the front desk and was seen right away. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Found this location to be super convenient for me and when I call for info they hung up on me the first time, whoever answers speaks super low and is barely understandable, then she didnt know the answer to my question and on Top of that she kept telling me to say everything again because she didnt understand do to barrier language . Can just walk in without an appointment thats all I wanted to know

Facility very clean, front end staff pleasant and helpful with electronic check-in. No wait time. Lab work done efficiently. My Dr. received results next day, mid-afternoon. Dr. contacted me 4 hrs later with some high levels. Ive not had good experiences with other walk-in Lab Corps. Theyve been rude, nasty, facility dirty and inept. This one is how a medical facility should look, feel and treat patients.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE.ALL 5 stars are FAKE reviews.I came here for my son (2 years old) blood work.I did book an appointment, so It was easy for me to check in when I arrived.A lady asked me for a prescription, I gave to her. She was struggling to enter the blood work details, and asked for other lady to help her out.After that, we got in Room 1, the first lady again, She took the needle and did not make it right to a blood vessel, she moved the needle left and right, in and out. My son was crying with all his soul. And Other lady was asking in Spanish, I am not sure what It meant, but sound like, She heard my son crying hard and ask if need help.I CURSE THEM, THIS LabCorp LOCATION, HOPE KARMA COME TO THEM SOON.

I went there just to schedule my exams but I end up collecting them at the same time - extremely easy and fast. Friendly staff.

Use another lab. This lab, which actually operate out of Teaneck ( is not run proficiently. They messed up my urine sample, then when I went to leave another, they said they were able to use the initial sample afterall. Then, a few days later I learned that my test was cancelled. Couldnt get any help over the phone. Was eventually told to get another prescription from my doctor. Wont be going back to this facility.

Note: Drug testing has different hours. I love this LabCorp. It used to be on Teaneck Road in Teaneck, then moved to Englewood (now closed), and now its on Cedar Lane, Teaneck! I love the staff here, always so friendly. I am thrilled that this Lab Corp is so convenient.
