Hes worked on all 3 of my computers for me and has impressed me with his knowledge, speed, personality and advice. And reasonable rates! I think I need to have him build a computer for me from scratch. First, tho, I have to save the money.Did I mention that he goes way beyond expectations? Well, he does. Would not use anyone else for any and all of my computer needs.Austin Computer Labs is a lifesaver. My home computer is old and has arthritis and he manages to keep it working for me until the next time it sneezes. He is friendly and does not waste time. AND when my old computer turned over with legs in the air, dead as a doornail, he built me a new one which is totally awesome.

Rick is friendly and knowledgeable up to the point of sale.However, once he has your money, should there be anything that falls under the 18 month warranty, Rick is singularly unresponsive. I have had an issue with an on-board video card that I alerted Rick about FIVE months ago. It remains unresolved despite friendly reminders and stern ones. The vast majority of my communication goes unanswered - including the stern emails and phone calls reminding him of his incredibly poor customer service. I am now forced to waste my time writing negative reviews before proceeding to small claims court to enforce the terms of the warranty offered.
