Horrible experience. Short story, a starter replacement took two months at a tick over $2800.I took them a new to me diesel motor home that had been sitting for an extended period of time. They were told there was a starter code issue on the generator, the auto leveler would not work correctly, service all fluids/filters and change any belts/hoses as necessary. In the 2 months they had the RV they only completed the starter repair. And the billing was ludicrous.-Starter- 2 hours out, 2 hours in- Okay-Starter bench test and replacement- 5 hours-Insane-Auto leveler- 7 hours-no resolution, not sure what is wrong, waiting on email from Bigfoot.....returned to me having the original issue(and a bill for $875).- Service all fluids/filters-Nope, not a single one! Stated trans fluid was red, coolant and oil was full...Never mind that it was all 10 years old.Steer Clear!

CoachCrafters did a great job for us. We brought our rig to them today to have work done tomorrow. They had a cancelation and completed the work today! Due to a part shortage we lost 1/4 of the time we planned to travel. CoachCrafters completing the work so quickly has added several days to our trip.

We had our coach in for service recently and are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Gilbert and his crew were able to diagnose and repair some unique challenges on our coach. They are very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process.Oh, one suggestion from my wife. Please use carpet protection. The carpet runners got grease spots on them. They came out, but just a suggestion.We will be back and will recommend Coachcrafters. Thanks to all!Now for that trip to try it all out.

The customer service was fantastic. The RV manager, Victor, was extremely knowledgeable and took his time with me. I had many questions and all were answered. He was able to locate all the parts for my 1989 Pace Arrow. His staff was simple awesome and very professional. They went above and beyond to help me. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done in a timely manner. Thank you Victor for everything.

Coach Crafters is very professional. Not only are they capable of any type of diagnosis or repairs but they have very competitive rates good customer service but and the turnaround time getting vehicles in and out is far quicker then any other shop I have been too.

I had CoachCrafters check out a motorhome I wanted to purchase. They went through the entire motorhome and found a few things that needed repaired. Some of these I did not see in my inspection. This saved me money and headaches after the purchase. I bought the motorhome and have had CoachCrafters install a new tv antenna and DVD player . The tech installed these in a timely manner and a fair price. I would definitely recommend Coach Crafters for any motorhome or RV service

Absolutely, the worst customer service ever in my years of Rving. They let me sit in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone to show up to work. Charged me 2 extra hours of labor while the coach sat there waiting for them to get tools and to write up the bill.

I went there back in Sept. but u fortunately the wrong size glass was installed but they not only replaced it with the correct one and no one could do a better job. Excellent service and very good prices

Due to the covid 19 virus we were unable to travel so we decided to have some repairs done to our motorhome at Coach Crafters. The quality of work was excellent, pricing was very fair, and employees were friendly and helpful. I had body mounts replaced, repairs to our black tank, and we installed a residential refrigerator. We also had them clean our AC units and inspect our roof. Ive been very happy with the quality of work and their pricing. I recommend checking with this company if you need any RV repairs.

We had a warranty issue on our Newmar coach and Victor took great care of us. Tech that replaced the part was experienced and well versed on RVs. I would highly recommend this shop due to their communication and service. Very easy to work with them.

Great company to work with. They service buses, RVs and Diesels. They specialize in taking care of fleets. I saw a Disney vehicle on the property if that tells you anything.

Took my shuttle bus to have rear A/C worked on after my orginal mechanic replaced a couple of belts then referred me to someone who works on buses. He recommended to have compressor and idler realigned. Coach crafters said that exact thing and claimed that they realigned and fixed it. I was charged for alignment, belt and labor. After a week the belt broke again and I went back to my original mechanic for advice. My mechanic said all the original parts were still on there and that Coach Crafters only changed the belt but charged for alignment. When we called they just talked there way around everything and didnt know when they would be able to look at it (maybe next week). Extremely frustrating that they would claim to do something, charge you for it and it wasnt even done.
