I am upset that they would not honor senior or VA discounts.

They charge to much for 1 hour of computer work

This location has the most knowledgeable tax preparers around. So glad Richard is back. If you are looking for him this is the location. Wont go to anyone else. Sandra is amazing as well. Quiet & low traffic.

I have used Richard with Jackson Hewitt for many years. I really have never had a problem with my taxes preparation using this company. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. Why would I go anywhere else?

Do not waste your time at this place. Unbelievably unorganized and to be honest I dont want people who are unorganized doing my taxes. I dropped off all my paperwork on a monday and was told I would get a call by wednesday to say how much it would be and how much my refund would be. By friday I still hadnt received a call so I called and was told that they had no idea how much it would be nor my refund. Of course I was told excuses but at the end of the day it didnt happen and was lied to. Complete disaster of a company who dont have honest people working there. Go somewhere else or do it yourself on Turbotax. Its not that hard.
