Not very reliable.Called 7/3 and scheduled an appointment for 7/14 between 8 and 12 as this was my second home and is 100 miles away. I received an email with no content and called to inquire. They said sorry about that but confirmed the appointment.On 7/14 I drove 2 hours to be here for septic pumping and after they failed to show by 12:30pm, I called and they said they did not have anything on their schedule and couldnt come until the following day.I called Prime Plumbing and they will be here between 2 and 5. Should have used Prime Plumbing to begin with.

Fast, friendly, reasonable and knowledgeable service. Just use these guys. You wont be sorry.

Horrible company. I paid 312$ to have my tank pumped, they didnt bury it right when they were done and ruined my system with all the sand they let inThousands in damages. They wont even reply to my complaints. Avoid at all costs

Very impressed with your Supervisor Bill and technician Donnie. They spared no time getting the job done from start to finish.Bill went above and beyond and showed me several issues that were happening. Bill also took it a step further and emptied the entire tank when we thought, possibly not, due to baby wipes and other items we’ve found. Very happy with the service and integrity. Will definately call back when needed. Oh and great price as well

Danny showed up on time. We needed an inspection and clean out. After finding the access point he got to work and was done very quickly. I have the report I need to move forward on other projects.In the process of searching for a provider I had trouble getting a response when I called. He answered when I called, gave me a great estimate, came out the next day and performed the work.I would be happy to endorse his service any time.

Its obvious the 5 stars were only submitted to combat the 1 star ratings they deserve. Ive had other friends that called them and got the same run around and rude behaviour. They never completed the work. They told me stories about their abilities and how great they were compared to others. They couldnt get here on time. They are extremely rude. Asking any questions only had them yelling at me and eventually telling me to come to the office for physical violence. I paid for incomplete work and a bad attitude. Friends have let me know they like doing the job when no one is there. This way they can not complete it and take off but say it was done right. Dont let them pull the trick of saying its illegal for them to open both sides of tank.

The people from Lake County Septic came on time, to get to the tank they had to cut roots to lift the septic tank lid the did an excellent job I asked some questions and Dan answered them professionally. I can only recommend that company highly for it. I will definitely use them again should the time come up.Best regardsKarl

The service was great, they inspected 2 homes for me and told me what was wrong and estimated the repair. They did amazing job....

They charged me $175 for digging a hole. When Prime Septic came out they told me it had been awhile since this tank was serviced. Lake county septic had been here three weeks earlier. The person that answers the phone is rude and wont let you explain what youre looking to have done. Im out nearly $200 and three weeks behind in getting this system working properly. Then when you call to get resolution, they dont call back. The longer I have to wait, the more frustrated I get. Id give no stars if I could.

Never returned my call.
