Very impressed with their work. The place is very clean, the instruments they use for manicures and pedicure are individually wrapped and only used on one person. Do a very professional job with both manicures and pedicure and they end results is beautiful. Prices are reasonable. Have gone there twice and will become a regular. Highly recommend.

The pedicure is horrible. The person that did my toes, she spent less that 5 seconds cleaning my toes. She did not remove the cuticles. She did it to fast trimming just the loose skin. I told her I was very upset that the service was sloppy. I asked her if she does this to all her pedicure and she does. Same with the manicure, I had a dipped, I wanted square nails, did not get it and same, was not satisfactory. Will not return.

Great job on my mani/pedi. Friendly staff. Was offered Coke and wine. Ill be back, for sure!

I was asked to do a review for a restaurant i visited.. I had the wrong business im sorry for the mixup.This is one of my favorite places with amazing customer service as well as polite and friendly staff.

So this is a thing for me (huge deal). I havent been to a new nail salon in 3.5 years then I moved to Leesburg and got tired of traveling 1.5 hrs to get my nails done. So I did my research, set an appointment at Luxury Hair and Nail Spa. Staff is very friendly and prices are really good. I was placed in front of Victoria. Victoria was patient with me because I am picky and a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. I have worked hard for them. Victoria listened to me and did what needed to be done to make them perfect. Thank you Victoria for making me feel pretty again you are awesome. I will be back.

I’m usually not the one to leave a poor review I mean the manager was polite but the lady doing my nails barley let me explain what I wanted and was really aggressive with my hands. Girl straight up snatched my hand and popped one of my fingers lol. Unfortunately the customer service wasn’t the only thing I would rate poorly... definitely not worth $40. From my cuticle to the tip of my nail it dips in then back up. Overall just not the best experience...Update: The manager contacted me less then an hour after I left this review and took care of the problem respectfully and thoughtfully

My review was significantly higher when having my nails & toenails done recently. (dip nails and pearl pedicure)However, after seeing my mother after her hair appointment the other day my whole opinion has changed.She had a scheduled hair appointment time and the woman doing her hair was very late to start her hair because she took someone for nails right before my mom arrived for the appointment. Yes, she was on time. Following this visit I picked my mom up at the salon and the condition in which she was allowed to leave the salon and how much they charged her is OUTRAGEOUS. Her highlights were blotchy, patchy, and terribly distributed. It literally looked like cheetah spots all over the back of her head and even into her bangs..right in the front. She would not go back in and say something & would not want me to post pictures because she is from a slightly older generation that tends to just let things slide and just never return. I cannot though. This should NOT happen to anyone else. So if I can save even one person from going through what my mother has been, its enough. Think twice about going to this shop for your hair, you will be overcharged and undervalued as a client. No reputable salon would EVER let a client walk out the way they did and charge her nonetheless for tragic service.

Kim did an amazing job on my nails and she was very nice. I have been looking for a place to go that I love and I found it. I will definitely only be go to her from now on. Everyone there was very friendly and nice. I felt like a friend even though this was my first time going there. I am so excited that I have found a place that does hair and nails.

If you want a hairdresser that listens to what you want done, and does an excellent job at it, then make an appointment with Kim. Since I lost my last hairdresser I have been through 4 others that did a horrible job. Kim colored my hair today and showed me the lousy cut the last person did. Kim is going to fix that in a couple of months when it grows out a bit. Thanks Kim!

Terri cut and highlighted my hair. She is FABULOUS!!! It is exactly what I wanted. Victoria gave me a BEAUTIFUL French manicure and went back for fill in a couple of weeks ago. Only place I will go from now on. Love these two artists!

After COVID lock down, I went to this salon to have just my nails done. They had all the protection in place and were running on time. Tiffany did an awesome job of taking care of two months of neglect. My nails turned out beautiful, and the owners of the shop were very nice. I have been using Luxury Hair and Nail spa for several months now.. I have a gel manicure and a pedicure at least once a month. I also had my hair highlighted by Kim and she did an awesome job. Van and Kim have both given me manicures and pedis and both are very good and pay high attention to detail. Fabulous staff. Kim the salon stylist is amazing. She managed to fix my hair exactly like Ive been asking stylist for over 20 years. Comfortable place with lots of parking. They offer soda, coffee, water, snacks. Best salon Ive ever been to. 100 stars if possible!!!

I have been coming here since they opened, they treat you like family with outstanding service. They are happy to see you when you come in. One time they were so busy I asked to make an appointment and Ben was so accommodating to schedule a time. I also bought gift certificates for my family and employees to receive their wonderful services. You can’t go wrong!!!

Went there for the first time since everywhere else was close on sundays or didnt open till 12. I have to say this place was so clean and everyone so sweet. They did a beautiful job on my nails and feet. All the times I have passed and never noticed a nail place here. Definitely will be back.

Great experience, I got a buzz cut for a decent price. Staff was friendly and the place is very clean and up to date. Wife is loving the princess. Pedicure right now. I would recommend to a friend. Located behind Hardee’s in the plaza.

Terri is the BEST she fixed what I messed up during my quarantine and I will be going to her from here on out , they made me laugh, gave me drinks ( Water) and did such a fabulous job on my hair I love the whole staff and Terri is a hair wizard !!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended :-)

My daughter and I walked in without an appointment most places just tell you theyre busy so dont say when to come back but the young lady who greeted us did say they were alittle busy at the moment but actually wrote us in for appointment within the hour!! And where we returned we had very friendly service and we were even offered water and soda to drink!! My daughter and I decided this will be our nail salon from now on!!

Worst pedicure ever. The guy that gave me the pedicure did not ask me if I wanted my toenails cut or filed, he proceeded to do both. My toenails were square and he made every single one of them round, they are so sore from how short he filed them . They also have these files that look like cheese graders just so everyone knows it is illegal for salons to use them.

Kim cut my vey long hair really short and i have never loved my hair more soo i took my husband there and again did an amazing job thank you kim

Best haircut I have had in years.

I arrived at 515 pm. Was asked to come back at 630 pm and they would be able to do my nails. I went home, then came back at 625 pm. I haveto been here 3x before and had no issues. The male working there was ok with my nails being done but the female had an attitude and said I would have go return next day. Not acceptable when you could have said that first instead of asking me to return same day. Well thank you immensely Tavares Nail and Spa on SR 19 by the new Publix for staying late and doing my nails. That is how you earn and keep customers.
