Charget me over 250 to RUIN my wedding dress at Minervas bridal. Avoid at ALL cost. Im reporting the cost as fraud to my credit card because theres no way I could justify ruining my dress and being charged. She took scissors to the bottom of my dress and cut uneven. Couldnt even wear my heels when she was done with it. And she left a hole in my dress. Took it to Hues alterations who fixed mt dress perfectly in full for 200. Not even a third of what gladys was going to charge me to do it.

Gladys was super sweet and great to work with! She was priced well and did an amazing job. I had a long dress shortened for my daughter to go from being a grown to a cocktail dress and she did an amazing job! I will definitely go back to her for anything I will need. She is also bilingual.

Had a jacket and a sweater altered. Time and price were both extremely reasonable. The quality of work was also outstanding. Cant tell where the jacket was altered. Will definitely use her again!!

Went in for two dresses, a bridemaid dress and a flower girls dress. I asked for the bridemaid dress to be altered on the sides and the flower girls dress to be altered around the waist area and I also asked for a ribbon to be around the flower girls dress. When I went to go pick up the dress this morning. The lady did not have the ribbon on the flower girls dress which I told her from the beginning that I wanted. She told me to come back between 4-5 and the dresses would be ready. I came back at exactly 4 oclock to pick up the dresses then she tried to charge me double for putting the ribbon on the dress. She quoted me first at $60 dollars and then tried to charge me $120. I will have to say I was pretty mad. I am so happy that when she gave me the original quote I made her write it down and sign it. I was not going to pay double for the mistake that she made. All I wanted was a ribbon.

She did an outstanding job, and the shirts fit perfectly. Anyone needing a tailor in Tavares should look her up. I highly recommend Gladys and will be returning again.
