I prepaid for window tinting, set up and appointment online. I am a medical provider with a unpredictable schedule. I was running late with a patient, I called early in the morning to inquire about a later appointment- no answer. I called first chance I got and received an attitude. I deal with people running late all the time and do my best to accommodate them- not to mention speak to them with respect. I find it quite disappointing to have prepaid for a service, been ready to go just to have some rude auto worker answer the phone with an attitude.I have since paid nearly triple to get my windows tinted with a smile.I would recommend Performance Auto Group.

I cannot say enough what an amazing job they did on a number on my car!! I paid for the deep interior steam cleaning and exterior. Three years of driving Uber/spills/body sweat/food delivery almost no trace, gone in 6 hours! They were THOROUGH and very professional. Super sweet and professional folks here. I booked an appointment early in the week. Got a confirmation call early morning. Honest prices & customer service. I was able to use a promo code. Luis was very nice to my little one. We waited in the sitting area. However, you can drop off your car and pick up when it’s done. It’s not a triple A Lobby. This is a shop and it’s not fancy, but the people that work here are good ones. Very calm, positive atmosphere. If I need anything done with my car I’d definitely come back here. Thank you!

Dont waste your heart earn money in this place. They dont use any steam cleaning like they advertise. We purchase a coupon for steam clean inside detail through Groupon and pay $68. Even though we had a appointment at 12pm I didnt get my car back till 5:45pm because the person that did the detail took my keys with him. WORST PLACE EVER!!!

I don’t recommend it at all! The supervisor told me that he would replace the bumper & fender for $1000, it was supposed to be a new replacement. I was told it would take at less 3-4 days, I dropped my car tell I got a call that my car is ready to pick up, when I got there I realized he did not change anything he just fixed it and get $1000 just for labor work I tried to talk to the supervisor he told me he replaced it but his not because I know my car and I know my bumper It was very obvious to me, I told him I have the photos I can prove it’s my bumper he doesn’t want to see the photos, doesn’t want to talk & discuss it because he knew he is laying.  I wait there tell I got time to met with the owner, he was very nice that he understood my situation and solved the issues I had with the supervisor.Overall I would say do not trust the supervisor because he lied to my brother and me, if you get any issues just talk to the owner.

Bought from Groupon. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment and waited a week. I went into the place and they told me this is only a discount that I still needed to pay 200 cash on top of the 93 I already paid Groupon. What a complete scam. Stay far away

Made an appointment to get my Volkswagen Jetta tinted, I called before hand to ensure the appointment was still on. On arrival I was informed they no longer do appointments and it would probably be either a couple of hours, or they probably couldnt even do it that day. They also tried to charge me an extra 50. They refused to refund.Ontop of that the place was incredibly shady, and the employees were incredibly unprofessional.

I purchased the interior-only clean. It was a very, VERY thorough cleaning and left my seats and floors looking basically new (2013 car with cloth interior). Took approx 5 hours but was completely worth it. They cleaned the exterior of my car just to be nice as well. They perform just about any car service you might need. 100% recommend

Booked an appointment and purchased the service online and drove an hour to get to this place. Tint guy went home sick and nobody bothers to call and cancel the appoitment!! The guy at the desk shrugs his shoulders and says come tomorrow like its no big deal. Refuses to refund the charges.

I bought a Groupon (first mistake) for window tint. I went online per the instructions and made an appointment on the businesses website. When I called to confirm the appointment I was told that there was no way I was getting my car in tomorrow( entire day was open per website). Issues happen and I completely understand that but as a “business” owner some sort of compassion or at the very least an apology is due when a business makes a mistake. After talking to this guy I think I dodged a bullet because I wouldn’t let him near any of my vehicles with a blade.

EZ Tint & car Salon was really a great experience! I was able to purchased 4 brand new tires, car aligned, oil changed,& received a new pair of front brakes and rotors.. The price was reasonable. Customer service was great! Very pleased. Found a new automotive family that I trust to take care of all my car needs!♥️

I’ll start by saying that my truck smells better. And that’s the only evidence that suggests my truck was steamed. Hence two stars. For $150 without a Groupon, I expected my interior to look and smell like new, as is advertised. I got it back and my dirty seats remained discolored and filthy. The interior windows and windshield were untouched and dirty. The floors were clean and touchable surfaces were wiped down with what I presume was the leather wipes I bought for my steering wheel and left in the truck. Not up to par at all. This looked like a 15 dollar interior one over. Pointed it out to the guy in the shop to offer the opportunity to fix it. He said the steam doesn’t remove dirt and he’d give me a good price on shampooing. I went and bought upholstery cleaner up the street at advance auto that cleaned my seats without a problem. Four bucks. Unreal. Pass and go to a professional detail shop.

I brought my car in to get tint removed and put new on, but a lilttle darker and the outcome was amazing! They did a great job of showing me all the dark tints i could get so i was comfortable making the right decision. Definitely recommend !

Great Job on tinting of car, however were running late for my appointment which delayed my other errands for the day. The premises arent maintained at all and not appealing to clients having to wait for service. Again job well done on the tinting of my vehicle.

I paid $104.84 on the website for tint removal and new tint applications, I also booked an appointment. When I went there the tint guy told me 1st he didnt have the time to remove the tints and apply new tints because he had other cars then I showed him I booked an appointment and what I paid through my phone, he took my phone and was looking at it with some other guys for a while. After a while some other guy came to me telling me that he also doesnt have the time for tint removal and new application plus the $17.99 that I paid to remove the tint on the back window doesnt cover it and told me that I had to pay an extra $125 on top of the $104 that I already paid to remove the tints and apply new tints and thats only for the lightest tints if I want it darker its gonna be more and then explain some bs warranty and that If I wanted my money back I would have to go to the website and request a refund because they dont do refunds there, they also said that the person managing the website sucks because the prices are not accurate. I am from Clearwater so I drove 45 mins to Tampa for nothing. Waste of time, gas and no tints. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Okay where to begin......I made an appointment for 8am for a full steam detail. We get there at 8 and nobody was there. The owner told my wife they open at 830 (lie) and showed up 45 mins later. Both their own website as well as Groupon both state 8am. Okay, the worst you can do is lie to me.We were told it would be ready in 5-6 hours. We got back there after 4pm which translates to 7 hours. My car is nowhere to be found. Turns out they say the guy that details the cars called out and on their own took my car to another detail shop without my knowledge or permission (so I have no idea what they did.So my car shows up and I immediately notice they didn’t remove a single spot of tree sap from the paint. Their advertise a steam cleaning of the outside and wax and buff. They definitely didn’t buff it at all.So my theory, is they took it somewhere else because they’d do it cheaper and could pocket the difference.I’m extremely disappointed in the service that I got from here.Don’t walk, run outta there!

Came to get my car windows tinted in early March. Minor glitch with the Groupon voucher when I first arrived. But they worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Friendly people. I waited a while to review because I wanted to make sure all was well over time. Tint is perfect. No bubbles or peeling. Im thoroughly satisfied with my experience here.

I purchased a Groupon for tint removal, which was done pretty quickly (2.5 hrs), however, customer service and professionalism was seriously lacking.I made an 8am appointment, but when I got there at 8 was informed by Jeff, a manager, that the shop doesnt really open until 830a. Which okay, its unprofessional but 30 min is not a huge deal. He then asked me some questions in an abrasive manner. I informed him I was there for a Groupon tint removal, then he said you know they only cover 5 windows right, and I kindly replied said Yes sir. I think I have five. He said no you dont. And I said, okay, how come? I was simply looking for clarification. He said well I dont know why, maybe because whoever built it decided to put more than 5 windows. I was like, sir, you dont have to be a smart alec, I am obviously confused and am looking for an answer. He said the small windows count so its 7 windows. I said okay, well leave the little windows in and just do the rest. After that he changed his tone and I had no more negative encounters with him.It wasnt the small print on the groupon that bothered me at all. And I would have paid the extra to remove it if it was reasonable, it was ALL about the way he interacted with me. He was abrasive and a smart alec when I was simply looking for clarification. There are many ways to relay a message and he chose to communicate with a paying customer with a negative demeanor.

Wow. I had an appointment for 8am but Im glad I read the reviews before I started driving. The fact that so many people have complained that no one showed up until 8:30 or later is why Ive decided to stay home.

I made an appointment to have my BMW M4 washed since I came across them on google maps. I had my appointment and took my car in immediately .They detailed my car with steam it came out very clean and I saw it come out I was shocked at how amazing it looked, the steam really makes a huge difference. My car smelled amazing and the exterior was prestine and glossy. Im super happy with the turn out and the amount of money I spent was well worth it! Will definitely be back again!

Went in for an interior detailing. They did a very thorough job, would recommend. Lobby is typical for an auto shop. Don’t expect anything fancy. But there’s AC and WiFi. Personnel was very professional and frequently offered bottled water while I waited. Very good experience.

Owner was nice. Car detailing is a waste of money. They dont do what they say theyll do and lie when you ask them about it. Dropped car off at 10am and still wasnt done at 4:30. Take your business elsewhere!

EZ Tint & Car Salon did an awesome job tinting my car last week. They took their time to make sure everything was done right. Great communication, convenient, extremely professional and the prices are really reasonable too. Ill definitely be using them in the future!

Apparently they don’t do tinting on Monday, but they allowed me to make an appointment, never called to say it was cancelled...we show up on Monday and find out that the guy who tints “always does that” (makes appointments he’s not keeping) but still wasn’t going to show up...Groupon FAIL!

I called and they got me in and tinted same day (before the holidays.) Fast, efficient, and quality work. I would tint with them again, highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. I went to this store to tint my car (Honda Civic). As soon as I get there, they saw the car and asked me if I came through Groupon. I said yes and they asked me that with the deal which I bought for tinting 5 windows at 35%, I can only tint my back windows and side windows (3) and 2 small portions in back windows. It’s not mentioned anywhere in the deal and it’s cheating the customers.

The Steam Technology is amazing, I had a wash, wax, and steamed my car. They were very friendly, he went into every cleaning detail and took his time. I really appreciate the amazing work they did, I highly recommend this place!

I went to this place to get my windows tinted and the guy informed me that windows arent tinted on Monday, and he couldnt do it because he was still in training. I wouldnt advise purchasing their groupon.

So I purchased this Groupon to surprise my fiancée, FL gets really hot so not having tint is horrible. The car is a Ford Focus so I purchased the 5 window package so that way I could get her back window and door windows tinted. I paid and confirmed my appointment slot for today between noon and 1pm. I arrived at the shop 20 min before my appointment and was met with the shop owner. He asked “ CanI help you?” I said I’m here for my Tint appointment. He said “ Leave the car and come back in three hours” and of course I said “No, I have an appointment”. The technician had an emergency and made no effort to contact me or gives his partner any information. I had him call the technician and he asked all about the vehicle and how I paid. As soon as I said Groupon, he stated the 5 window package had to include two quarter windows and it would be an additional $60 !!!!! So I told him that I wasn’t worried about the quarter windows getting tint just the main ones, it’s an older vehicle so I didn’t want to spend a lot. To which he told me “ It’s not up to you”. I double checked Groupon, no mention of Quarter windows anywhere. At this point I left and emailed Groupon for a refund. Avoid this place!!!!

I got my windows tinted here and opted for the steam clean. My car looks prestine, and the steam cleaning really restored my car. They really take pride in their work here. The tint looks sickk you can tell its high quality.

I am thoroughly impressed with EZ tint service. Very cordial and professional. My car sits out in the USF parking lot all day and my car lost its AC, so I am usually dripping sweat as get out my car. No longer. I have had it! EZ also offered me a student discount which is a definite plus! The windows are nice and crisp.

This place was pretty competitive on price compared to others in town.. They did prrtty good job as well for the price. The only complain i have is the wait time. I know it takes time to tint the windows but the owner will tell you it takes an hour but you end up waiting there for 3+ hours. He will tell its almost done and you end up waiting for hours. My only thing is tell me exactly how long it takes and i dont mind waiting rather to be told 1 hlur snd be there for 3 hours.
