Website doesnt allow you to request a quote so i called directly and scheduled an appt. Was given a date and time but nothing after that. No one ever showed up, no calls, nothing.

Very happy! The did a great job, worked quickly and cleaned up without a trace! I have already recommended them to several neighbors!

Called and spoke to the owner, said he would come the following week to give me a quote. He never came and did not return any of my phone calls.Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience with Mark Mattison at Controlled Landscaping. He put in an outside drainage system to remediate a flooding problem, due to a problem with the grading of our lawn (leading to flooding onto our pool deck). Additionally, Mark cleaned out our existing French Drain with a drain blaster, called The Channel Blaster Nozzle, that attaches to a pressure washer that he himself invented. It worked so very well, we purchased one!Excellent experience!! And the Channel Blaster Nozzle is a must buy!! Lisa and Dave H.

After moving into this house, I found I really needed an ark. I had TERRIBLE flooding after even a small rain. Controlled Landscaping gave me a dry yard! Plus they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed the job on time and on budget! They are great! I can not say enough good about this group and the high quality effort they put into my drainage project.

Mark has come out on 2 seperate occasions to quote me on some drainage issues on my back patio. I requested a written estimate both times and he fell off the face of the earth each time. Several attempts to reach him with no return calls. Very dissapointing and an inconsiderate waste of my time.

Called Mark, said he would call me back and never did. Called him again and he asked for pictures of the yard and said he would come by the next day. Never showed up and never heard back from him. Would never do business with someone like this.

Left a message for a quote, but never returned my call. I guess they are no longer in business.
