I HIGHLY recommend Molly at College2Career. It was money well spent on our daughter when she was in high school. Through phone calls and email, Molly guided our daughter toward several careers that she thought would be a good fit. After some job shadowing, my daughter came away confident with her selection of a career. She went on to complete her undergrad and graduate programs in that career and is a happy professional now. Without College2Career, I am sure that my daughter would never even considered the field she is so happy in now.

Molly goes above and beyond to help out in every way she can. I had some horrible circumstances I was dealing with and she guided me to the best possible route to land the job I wanted. She will continue to be there as an advisor after you meet with her and always insures her clients are getting all the help they need. I cannot recommend Molly enough! I would go as far as to say that Molly has changed my life on a couple occasions. I first met with her when I was a sophomore in college. I had already changed my major a couple times, and was feeling a lack of excitement and motivation toward my courses. Molly set me up to take a couple tests and spent hours reviewing the results with me at our next meeting. The test and her expert experience helped reveal that I was not in a major that played to my personal strengths or interests. She went over options with me and I ended up switching my major the next week. Although I had some catching up to do, it was completely worth it! I wound up in a line of study I would have never even looked into and that I quickly excelled in.Years later, after graduating from UF and working a full-time job for a couple years, I met with Molly again to talk about a change of career. I enjoyed my job, but was feeling restless and like I wasnt living up to my full potential. We had a long discussion about my ideas and options and she helped me reach clarity about my next steps. Two months later I started my own LLC. Three months later I quit my job. I am now working toward building my business as an entrepreneur and have never felt happier or more excited. I truly believe I may have graduated in the wrong field of work, or stayed unhappy at my job had it not been for her brilliant advice and expertise.

My son Daniel was really looking forward to working with Molly. He has spoken about it for several years. She assisted Daniel in all phases of college preparation as a sophomore at Plant. Daniel took the Highlands Battery of Tests and worked with Molly on his plans based on the test results. He shared his plans with us and presented a well thought out approach. Not only was he well informed and extremely excited about the process, but he felt good about the decision making because he was involved. Its been about a year since I graduated and I was at a point where I needed a renewed education/career plan. I chose Mrs. Molly Smith because of her incredible reviews and she did not disappoint. Molly not only is really well versed in recruitment and connections, but she also is inspiring. After a few months of interviews and resume drops to no success, I was a bit dejected... and worried I may never get a job.
