Worst experience ever. Have been living with mold for months sent multiple different maintenance man that repeatedly told me there was no mold. Due to the smell and health problems I had to reach out code enforcement which they still failed. Never had place inspected before moving tenants in. And due to that they removed my washer and dryer instead of getting it up to code and removing mold completely. All units on Idell St in Tampa is not ideal at all. Threatened and harassed about paying rent even though withholding due to mold and served the correct papers. Please do your research before renting from them.

This is by far the worst rental company. I’ve viewed and applied for a house, when no other applicant was before me. I was told to provide verification of my job, while doing so they opened another application. I’ve been in contact with them from 9/16 the day of applying, as you see. 9/18 I was supposed to find out if I was accepted vs the other applicant, I’ve had no communication since 9/17 Growing frustrated waiting on answers, I call today no answer. Called the office, she said ask the application lady. So I text her. Only to get blocked. I’ve contacted the office again, and explained she blocked me. The office approved the applicant manager blocking people. “IF” I was blowing her up, but they have my money? So, Please be aware of these scammers and try other rental companies. This company has too many rude ladies working. Take your money elsewhere!

We moved in a year and a few months back. Had to pay an extra 1100 on top of the 2200 for the down-payment due to rental history over 5 years ago, but they worked with us on it so it was ok.. Things were good at first, but a few issues... First situation was holes we found through the house and reported, when the fixers came, they didnt patch up the holes but instead, nailed a white wooden board over the biggest one and left the rest, when I mentioned it, I was told to put in another order online that they couldnt do anything unless I did it online. Second, was the text message I recieved about being evicted because we were 4 days late on paying our rent, and didnt have nothing to say when I called them out on it. But the topping of the cake is out of no where, when we went to pay the rent during another time, the women was being so rude to us, she wasnt even trying to listen to what we wanted to ask and just kept saying she couldnt answer any questions about our house because she was busy, and we literally just wanted to be directed to find more homes to rent from them. I dont know how they can conduct business this way.

I moved into one of there property’s 1404 14th ave south Saint Petersburg Florida. I had to do a emergency move in because I have kids but if I didn’t I would have never moved there. The house had mold and termites. The house walls would swell up and split. The house had so many soft spots on the floor we had to watch were we stepped. I paid my rent on time and I never gave them any problems. Me and my family was up to 3&4 in morning making sure this house was cleaned before we moved out. They still turned around and took my whole deposit. I truly feel like they was wrong because you have people who don’t clean up theses houses and leave them nasty. But me and my kids busted our butts to make sure it was clean because we needed our deposit. All I can say is may god have mercy on there souls for this. Please listen and do not rent from them.

We have been with them for almost 2 yrs and we are paying way more than we should for a small house that is CONSTANTLY a Heath violation! We are always early or on time with our rent and our work orders are ignored until we raise cane about them and even then they send someone out to look at it then close the work order and never get it fixed. We’ve asked to speak with upper management multiple times and Matt and the office lady say their is no high upper management!

I have been so fortunate to have found this property management company. I have lived in my house for over 3 years. Anytime Ive had the least little problem with anything theyve responded immediately and fixed all issues. Ive had a roof replacement insulation new central air, hot water heater, painting, they even tented the house when I had a possom in my wall. All around positive experience. Love them, theyve treated my kids and I like royalty. Thank you sooooo much.

My sister rented a house from them for 2 years. The had mold all over the house, termites, bugs. she would have not moved in but she had kids and it was more of a only option. the cabinets was falling off months into her moving in. her bathroom floor fell in due to soft spots in the floor. her house was leaking. the area is horrible. people ride by and throw trash in her yard. the maintenance team is very rude. they send out third party maintenance who barely speak english. we clean her house from front to back to make sure she was able to get her deposit back to use for her next place but they claim the house wasnt clean. which was a lie. she clean and replaced everything just to get her money back. its really sad how yall took her money. most people would have not cleaned or replaced anything but she did and yall still took from her and her kids. please really look more into this company before renting from them. they half do everything. yall should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ive been with them for 2 years now. We have had our ups and downs. But overall I can say they do care about their residents wellbeing. Sometimes maintenance tickets take a while to get fixed. But if its an emergency they try hard to be timely. During the Covid pandemic they have been more than understanding and accommodating to my children and I when I lost my job and didnt work for months. But thats also because I did my part keeping open lines of communication. Very fortunate to be one of their tenants.

We had a very positive experience with Matt and his maintenance crew. Being one of the first of what Im sure will be many rentals in Pasco County for this company. His crew spent 2 days at my home doing a laundry list of things, coming from Tampa to do so. Weve been here two weeks, and they were swift and professional. Taking care of the most important things on our list first. Working in and around all our boxes. I couldnt be happier. And both of his crew members, Tomas, specifically, were attentive, and addressed everything we discussed for the two days they were here. Follow the protocol and be patient.

A lot of people might deserve that from how they leave those houses. She didn’t deserve that. She replaced everything and cleaned everything. They claim they are going to have to reclean it so they took her money. She paid her rent on time and never gave them any problems. What they did to her is extremely wrong. Her and her kids was supposed to use that money for a new place. Please do not rent from them. It is not worth the heartache or discomfort.

I have been with them since march. They are the most kindest and pleasent and most perfessional people i have met. They are amazing and i love my landlord. There the best.

I live in a duplex in st petersburg i was living there before momentum purchased the home they are renting out an uncoded garage as a 1 bedroom apartment with no no utilities its only parking for two residents not 3. I got into it with the police some punk named Matt and the illegal tenent i put a complaint with code enforcement and he retaliated by illegally towing my car without notice so i filed a suit be looking forward to the results

I submitted a request to see a home and it took days to get a response. Then I finally got the lock box code to see home. Then asked about submitting application and then days later they say it’s been rented. Horrible communication. Glad I didn’t rent

I have a problem with the water heater so I called the maintenance as they send some one to fix it after 2 hours the guy was here and he fix the problem

Very difficult to contact and very unhelpful with property issues, maintenance took forever and the property was very unclean and infested with bugs upon move in
