I paid for repeated attempts at service. It took 10 days for the attempts to fail. I requested the affidavit of non-service. The case was marked complete on the paper tracker.com account S & W Process use to automate notification, but no update was available with any information. On a deadline to file a motion with the needed dates and times of attempted service, and with no other option, I called. The woman I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. She stated the affidavit was prepared but had not yet been signed. I asked her for the dates and times on the affidavit for this motion. She got short and hung up the phone. I will never use this company again. I hope I dont have to pay to attempt service again and move the court date because of this BS.

The best. They are so knowledgable, helpful, and honest. If you need someone served, then you probably have a problem and they will make it as easy as possible and offer suggestions that can be a life/time saver. Talk to them, even if you have an attorney. Recommend them to your attorney.Take this advice given to me. You got a problem that may require the courts, go straight to service. DO NOT be the nice person, and send a demand letter. You can play nice after they are served. Otherwise youll deal with evasion as I did, but S&W got it handled.
