THEY WERE FANTASTIC! I called at the last minute on Friday to reserve a 45 bounce house obstacle course. They were very accommodating to my request. Zak showed up exactly when he said he would, set up the house AND cleaned it out. He was also great with my kids who wanted to help him. :) Would HIGHLY recommend and plan on using them again for the next birthday.

Would put zero stars if I could. Booked them over a week out and an hour before my son’s 2nd birthday party we called because no one was showing up or updating us. They told us they essentially “forgot.” Then the owner, Jeff, proceeded to tell us we can have a discount for a future event. We literally begged him to just problem solve and figure out how to get us something for my son’s birthday and he said there wasn’t anyway he can get us anything because his drivers were busy with “other orders”. Him saying this did not make us feel prioritized whatsoever. My mother was in tears begging him to come through for us and he couldn’t just figure it out. He instead just told us there is nothing he can do. I highly recommend Bam’s House of Bounce. The owner showed up with his children and wife in the car and saved the day for us. Brought us a bounce house within an hour. I truly believe Jeff was remorseful and felt bad that he let us down but his inability to simply figure out how to fix the situation is concerning for a business owner...he literally just gave up on a customer and a 2 year old boy relying on his services to make an important day special.

I rented a bounce house on 6/6 for my sons 7th birthday it was dropped off at 10am for a 1pm party by the time the party started the bounce house was losing air I sent pictures and a text that it was not working they replied with you have to help it out a little well we tired never worked I spoke to Jeff this afternoon who advised me theres nothing they could do because i kept it all day even though they knew it wasnt working due to my pictures it not about the money its the fact you could careless how this hurt our party !!

This is one of the few companies that responded to me the same day. They were transparent about their charges and answered all of my questions. i didnt like that they delivered a different water slide than the one I ordered. They said the one I reserved was triple booked? How can that be when I reserved this at least 3 weeks prior to the date. They said it was an upgrade from the one I ordered but I have two small children and the height was way too high so they couldnt enjoy the slide because they were obviously scared. The other thing is they did not pick up until the following afternoon. This concerned me because I couldve been held liable for any damage done outside of the agreed upon hours. Great company overall but I would make sure you get exactly what you order and make sure they pick up when theyre supposed to.

What a great experience! They had several different options to choose from, including wet or dry options. Rudy and his team were early to set it all up too. They were super fast setting up the extreme bounce house/water side. The kids loved it and never got bored. They were very efficient in taking it down as well. They were in and out and were very helpful. Would gladly use them again!

We were unbelievably impressed with how wonderful the experience was with Xtreme Jumpers! They came nice and early to set up which decreased the stress for party prep. The kids LOVED every second we had our giant bouncy slide! Perfect addition to the birthday - and so affordable compared to other places.

I was booked today on easter a house full of kids waiting since 11 for them to bring a combo bounce house and no call no show had my kids nieces, nephews in tears our whole weekend was built around them bringing the bounce house for Easter and they were so unprofessional never showed up or called to tell us . I would never refer them there not reliable and let down a bunch of kids on Easter.

Xtreme Jumpers and Slides was so wonderful to do business with! We actually booked a package with them for our daughters birthday in 2018, but had to cancel the day before due to a terrible storm. They were very understanding and helpful at that time. We then re-booked and even opted to upgraded to one of their new slides for her birthday in 2019. Rudy and his crew were friendly and efficient. They were in and out in 15 minutes at drop off and pickup. The quality of the slides, tables, and chairs we rented from them were great and we will definitely recommend them to anyone we know!

So we rented a 4 n 1, a snow cone machine, and a cotton candy machine for my youngest daughters birthday party and it was super! The price was perfect, had a very good selection of equipment, and the staff was friendly. And everything came ready to use. Thanks guys

We used Xtreme Jumpers and Slides to rent a bounce house for our son’s 6th birthday party. With only 4 days notice we picked out the right bounce house (great prices) & worked out the payment & delivery time & location. Rudy was our contact and he called us a day before to confirm the time & location which was great. He then showed up early on the big day and set up the bounce house in minutes. Our son was so surprised and he had the best birthday party! All the kids had a blast and we looked like the best parents ever which we obviously are. I didn’t think We’d be able to get a water slide in my back yard being in a new deli one that on a standard lot, but my 13 year old and her friends had a blast on a 17ft high water slide! Highly recommend.

Pretty good service. The only down fall that there was a hole bouncy house so I was pretty nervous if anything would have happen to it. Other than that everything was great.

Just used Xtreme Jumpers and Slides this past weekend. The guys were very polite and on time. They were quick setting the bounce house up and also bringing it down. My only complaint is that the bounce house didnt look like it was sanitized after the last use before mine. My mother and I spent about an hour and a half cleaning it. I was a little stressed cause I wasnt happy about letting him play in a dirty bounce house but I couldnt cancel the bouncy house after my son was too excited to have it. Other than that my son had a great time. The bounce house was fun and the guys were easy to work with. If they would just clean the bounce houses really good after every use cause those things can get very unsanitary. Which Im sure is a huge concern for all parents. It is for me that is why I only gave 3 stars.

Awsome slides ! My kids have had so much fun from the jumpers we have rented from Xtreme Jumpers. Prices are great and delivery is always on time. People are very friendly. I have used them multiple times and my kids are always bugging me to call them again. The best birthday parties and holidays have always been due to Xtreme Jumpers. I would definitely recommend them as a first class business. Only problem was one of the guys had ears so big he knocked one of the mirrors off of my truck with his left ear.

Rudy was a great help - arrived on time, set up the bounce house quickly and exactly where we needed it and walked us through how to use the cotton candy machine. When the party was over he showed up exactly when he said he would and had everything disassembled and back on the truck in no time. Great company to work with - excellent value and service.
