We are a 2nd time Repeat Customer. My youngest had a blast for her party back at the end of July 2021 so much that my oldest requested a last minute birthday with a few of his buddies. David set-up both times for us. He is friendly, polite, and professional. Each time he brought a different colleague along who were each equally as professional. Big Props to this company for providing great service and great bounce houses! We look forward to our next bounce house rental soon.

We had an amazing experience. We rented a bounce house water slide combo. David was very responsive and let me know when they would be coming and picking up. They were super prompt. At install they put the house up and cleaned the whole thing inside annd out which made it super clean. All the kids loved it and had a great time. I would highly recommend this company. The absolute BEST company to rent a water slide from! We rented the 20 ft Blue Crush Water Slide for a Saturday house warming party and they ended up delivering it the day before and picking it up on Sunday. They were so sweet to give us that extra time which was perfect for friends who came into town the day before! They were super quick setting it up, the slide was so clean and super quick cleaning and taking it down. They were extremely nice and professional and you can’t beat their water slide deals! Our friends absolutely loved it and the slide we rented had such a deep pool at the end which was perfect to all hang around when people went down the slide. I wasn’t sure if 20 ft was going to be high enough but we went SLIDING down that thing so fast which was so much fun! We will definitely be renting with Bounce Genie again! Thank you so much!!

We rented two of the largest water slides for an event. Had a large gathering. Kids had a blast. Never saw so much energy with kids using these slides. Bounce Genie showed up early to set up which ended up perfect timing. They did a great job in set up. Very safety slides I noticed with nettings to prevent hazard playing.great job everyone !

We had an amazing experience renting a bounce house. They delivered it the afternoon before our event and they set it up quickly. They sprayed down and sanitized the bounce house which was awesome. It was clean and well cared for. My kids had a blast, and we loved the feature of the bounce house that had cold air blowing in, so it didn’t get too hot inside. We rented the Thunder Drop waterslide for a bday party, and it was so much fun. Kids and adults loved it. It was clean and in great shape. Communication regarding setup and pickup was excellent. And there were no hidden fees, which was a problem with a different company I was originally going to go with. We will be repeat customers for sure!

So happy with our bounce house. Price was perfect. They even offered an early delivery and late pick up free of charge so we had it an extra day, which was nice since it rained during the time when we actually had our party, so the kids still got to enjoy it! BounceGenie offered great service for our son’s birthday. Prompt arrival, they sanitized the bounce house as soon as they set it up, great equipment, and I noticed how well they wiped it down before packing it up. Very nice staff that delivered and picked up. I searched around comparing prices and BounceGenie offered a great price. I will recommend to our friends and would certainly call on them again for a party rental.

Had to cancel and reschedule for the next weekend and they were so easy to work with! The slide was used for an adult birthday party and everyone had an absolute BLAST acting like kids again. They have an easy online rental. I called the day before just to validate that we were scheduled correctly and they offered to drop the inflatable off early. The gentlemen who came to set it up arrived within the specified timeframe, were efficient and professional. My daughters 10th birthday was a blast and I definitely got my moneys worth. We rented a 22ft water slide for 12 hours for a party!! We ended up getting it for longer, which made my kids super happy. The workers who set it up were awesome and super nice to my kids who were probably driving them crazy with 101 questions haha. I would definitely recommend this company over and over!

We rented the castle bounce house for my daughters second birthday. She and all her friends (ages 2-5) absolutely had a ball! They delivered on Saturday morning and picked up Monday morning. They delivered and set up super quick. They also picked up without me being home so I didnt have to wait around for them. Very clean, like new bounce house. They were very nice and respectful with my kids and my son trying to help set up. My son went over to the guy hammering the anchors into the ground and he wanted to help, and he played along letting m son help, it was very sweet. They sanitized the bounce house after setting it up. Wiped it all down and made sure it was nice and clean before they left and when they came to pick it up, again, cleaned it all off before deflating it and taking it away. Awesome company and Ill definitely be using them for all of my birthday parties from now on! Thank you guys for actually being available last minute.

Needed a bounce house for an event in July. Website easy to navigate. Process was simple and Anthony was polite, professional and answered all my questions. Day of delivery was on time. My experience with this group was excellent from start to finish. Making a reservation was quick and easy and all online. Inflatable showed up as expected, they even text me in advance to let me know they were on the way. They set up everything, I didn’t even have to hook up the hose. They cleaned everything before use as well as made sure it was disinfected. Breakdown/pick up was the exact same process. They really deliver on the customer service and I can’t thank them enough for making my kids party a huge success. Thank you for everything.

The bounce house that I had rented from another company canceled the morning of my event. I frantically called 28 places on Halloween weekend in the hopes of finding a last-minute availability. The owner came through, and his crew worked after their work day to deliver the most epic bounce house with slide, rock climbing wall, cooling system, & basketball hoop that we have ever seen. He saved the party and gained a lifetime customer. The guys who work to set up and take down the bounce house are over the top with customer service and wonderful attitudes. We could not be more happy.

The water slide was HUGE!! All of the kids enjoyed the bounce house and slide combo- adding water to it was another bonus. We were able to get the weekend special and enjoyed the bouncer for 2 extra days! I’ll definitely book with them again.

Amazing experience - I rented the Malibu Splash for my son’s 6th birthday party and I had 7 kindergartens having the BEST time & kept them entertained all day! Anthony & his team were super friendly & professional - set it up & disassembled on time and without any issues.Couldn’t have made it easier on me - and to boot the party was on Saturday but they didn’t pick it up until Sunday afternoon so the kids had a couple days to enjoy it. I rented the 22 feet water slide on 7/20/19. The kids had a great time with the slide. The slide was delivered 1 day before the party so the kids had extra play time. Also, the slide was picked up the following day @ 3PM so the kids also had another extra day of play. When the guys came to pickup the unit, I saw the clean and sanitize the unit prior to packing it up. I was very happy with the entire process and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They are now my official party rental company.

My daughters 4th birthday party was a big hit I got the tiki bounce house and slide and all the kids had a blast. I was worried because there had been some weather issues leading up to my daughters party and they remained organized and showed up with the bounce house they were very helpful in helping me pick the right placement for us to still keep a good eye on the kids as well.
