Everything was quick, accurate and the staff didnt make me feel out of place by only talking to each other in their nationalities language... I know its not publicly commented on usually in fear of offending others, but as the odd woman out (as common to other clients vs the techs) it was refreshing to have perfectionism in my services and a safe place for myself to relax and not question any thing like do my feet smell or are my bitten nails being commented on amd Id never know the wiser... my hats off to attention to the small stuff.

This is an excellent nail spa to have your hands and feet cared for by professionals. Ive been coming here monthly for 3 years. I always get a signature pedicure and occasional manicure. My feet are in boots constantly at work so my feet take a beating. The professional technicians here ensure my feet are revitalized every month! I highly recommend trying their services and ask for Kim or Julie as they are my regulars. Excellent service for a fair price.

Yen is a most talented operator. Great massage and I didnt feel rushed. She also makes sure my toenails will not give me any problems that is very important part to me.

Quinn did an amazing job. I felt pampered. My hands were treated wonderfully. Her pedicure was heavenly 👼 massaged and hot rock treated. Definitely will return. Well worth the price.

I went yesterday with high hopes. Spent $57 on a volcano pedicure. She barley massaged my feet, the water was cool and the hot towels and hot stones were barely hot. Very disappointed also spent $20 on a manicure where she didnt even push my cuticles back and she cut me.

Went to get a basic manicure. I came as a walk-in they had very quick service. Although the hand massage lasted no longer than 30 seconds. Wish it wouldve been longer but I guess that you get what you pay for.

Very clean and organized location. Excellent pedicure chairs that give a great massage! The pedicures are very thorough. The staff seems to take COVID precautions very seriously. Everyone was masked up and they were always washing down surfaces. I just moved to Tampa from NYC 6 months ago and this has become my go-to.

Guy was rude! He looked miserable and gave me attitude about my gel nails! The quality of the nails is below average. Been here twice with the same older guy. Would never go again because of him.

Im taken back by the amazing customer service here. They did an excellent job on my nails. They were very accommodating and took their time to make sure that my nails were perfect. Hot stones were used for the pedicure which were really nice. The decor is very classy and its very clean. I will definitely be back.

The salon is always a welcome place to escape to not just to enjoy getting a more polished look with a manicure and pedicure but also just to relax within the lovely surroundings and accompanying serenity.It is not only gracious but also spacious so no matter what day or time of day I go there I never feel crowded or cramped while getting the selected service.The staff is always warm and welcoming and intent on providing a great experience for everyone who visits.I love that the location has lots of surface parking that seems to be able to accommodate all of the customers of the businesses located here. There are several places to eat within this retail center which makes it convenient to get something to eat or drink before or after an appointment.Noire Nails & Spa is very new and is maintained really well. No empty plastic bottles rattling around on the floor, no overflowing trash cans and no evidence of dirt or grime anywhere. It is a space that is well designed and really inviting.

The absolute best nail place i have ever been to . The staff are so nice and very accommodating ! Always made sure i was comfortable , and always made sure i had a drink lol they are very talented ..i never walk out of here disappointed. The hand massage they give you is AMAZING ! Went here after having tried a few other S. Tampa nail salons because of the glowing reviews. I guess it must be a “your mileage may vary” (YMMV) situation. The place is clean, and I was taken back immediately as a walk-in.My nail tech just wasn’t good at all. She barely pushed back my cuticles on my feet or hands (let alone trimming them properly), scraped so much of my heel with the cheese grater I had slivers of skin just hanging there after she was done which I had to point out to her to remove. The hands weren’t much better... just overall lack of detail and minimal requirements to each step of a proper mani/pedi.

My nail tech went ABOVE AND BEYOND what any nail tech ever has!!! I didn’t even need to say anything about how I want my nails! He could see how I had them before and mimicked it better than they were! So pleased!

I have struggled for a long time to find a salon that had the right selection and the right price, but Im happy to say I believe I have found it here! Everyone is kind the selection for gels is huge, seriously come 5 minutes early because it will take you easily that long to sift through every shade imaginable. Also the price is so affordable, I highly recommend this place.

This is a great nail salon and spa! It is so well done and the staff is fabulous. They provide an extremely relaxing environment and you dont feel rushed or hustled around like some other nail salons in the area. They even use warm lotion when giving a massage, which is amazing! And of course, my nails looked fabulous after. This is going to be my new go to spot for sure!

I gave this place 3 chances mainly because they are walking distance from my place and very convenient. The first time I went, I got a manicure, and when the woman starting karate chopping my fingers, I asked if that was part of the manicure. She stopped, sighed heavily, and looked at me very annoyed. The second time I went in, I also had a quite unfriendly person (never greeted me or smiled once) and witnessed an argument between one of the male employees and a customer about the wrong color. He blamed the customer for not finding the right color. That was very awkward and uncomfortable to watch. On the last visit, the guy was nice enough, but cut my toenails down so far that Ive had to deal with a very painful ingrown nail for the past 2 weeks that has kept me off my feet. So, Im officially done with this place.

I absolutely recommend this place. My nails look amazing. They are shaped just the way I wanted them and the gel manicure looks PERFECT. Decently priced as well: I paid $55 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. If you live in the area this place is a must visit.

I love this place. Extremely friendly staff who are always looking to please their clients. I have been back here multiple times already and always pleased with their service. Great color selection and great atmosphere.

After getting a pedicure, my feet were burning and had cuts all over the heels. I believe the technician put callus remover on my heels for too long and then used the “cheese grater” in my heels. Almost 9 weeks later, my heels are in horrible shape and now have thicker callus and also deep cuts in my heels. I do not recommend going here and if you do, keep a close eye on the products they are using.

Great service. My mom and I are on vacation and it was a good experience. Kelly and Hue did a wonderful job on our nails. Highly recommend.

I brought two nail colors in for a $32 pedicure. One was a glitter of the similar color. I first asked him to paint the tips with the glitter and noticed it went further down “like an ombré” so I told him to keep doing it like that, meaning just paint the glitter further down on the toes. He did nothing unique with the brush besides just paint it. Because I used the word “ombre” they charged me $10 more. When I questioned the cashier, she waved her hand and said something to the effect thar he has to move the brush differently. Rip off. Tipped on $32. Won’t go back.

Very disappointed with the service my friend and I received here. The lady painting my toes was very rude and disrespectful throughout the entire experience. When they were done with our toes, they didn’t say a single word to either of us - just got up and walked away from our pedicure chairs without showing us to the nail dryer or a simple thank you for coming/have a nice day. They treated us as if we were not valuable customers, so we tipped accordingly. I will not be returning after this experience.
