I was visiting from out of town and thankfully they were able to get me in the same day I called. The gal that did my nails was super kind and you couldn’t tell she was doing her best. I just got a shellac manicure and she did a pretty good job. She kindly did a third coat to get the color more of what I desired. Unfortunately one of my nails chipped a week later but I was using my hands a lot that week. I was hoping they would have lasted a little longer. The gal did cut my nails a bit shorter than desired when I did say only a little. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back if I visit again. The hand massage was so great!!The photos are from a week later.

Im from out of town and I really enjoyed this nail salon. The ladies were polite and worked hard to make sure my experience was satisfactory. The foot/leg massage during the pedi was so nice, and they let me have a small Coke to sip on during it! They even have a charging station at the front. I have a Google Pixel, and they even found a USB-C charing cable to make sure I was okay. Will definitely come back here :)

I have been coming here for 9 years and the ladies at Knails treat all of their clients like family. They always do a fantastic job and do their absolute best to squeeze you in when you need some last minute nail glam!

Clean, professional and very good work

I had my eyebrows waxed here the day before my wedding (probably my first mistake, waiting until the last minute), and they put too much wax on. The result was my skin at the crease of my eyelid was ripped off on both sides. I had thick, dark red marks on my upper eyelids from this which were very painful to cover up with makeup on my wedding day. They were completely unapologetic and did not offer any sort of compensation or remedy. I give two stars because they do a decent job in my experience with pedicures and gel nails. They have too many customers to be concerned with stellar customer service in situations like mine, and Im sure they dont miss the business theyve lost in no longer having me as a customer.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. First place I’ve made my regular spot. Linh is the sweetest person and is always so helpful with picking out my colors. I came here to get my nails done before my wedding and they gave us royal treatment. So so sweet, clean and good. Also, I always come with 3-4 people and they can always seat us together and do all of our nails right away. Highly recommend this spot!

Very friendly staff and the salon has the space to accommodate several people. Im here on a regular basis and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality nail salon.

Nice place, but my daughters‘ nails did not last longer than 2 weeks, Acrylics started falling off; and I paid $36.00 for each one. This is a very busy place so losing a customer doesn’t mean anything for them. I won’t come back.

Love coming here. Found K nails 2 years ago and never went anywhere else. Lin is amazing and treats everyone like they are family. Fantastic staff. While everyone is different the level of service is the same.

This place is absolutely amazing. 5 star service and impeccable/modern styles and techniques. The manager, Steve, is very pleasant and informative on the products they use on their customers. I have most definitely found a new nail salon to go to.

My SNS did not last 5 days before they started falling off - both hands - completely popping off. Not from washing dishes, I wear gloves.I went back the first time and they fixed the problem. After 3 more fell off, I did not go back. I dont have time for that!

Went in just to have my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. It was very affordable and Natalie did a great job. I did a walk in and waited only for about minute and it was moderately busy. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Ill be going back!

Ruby is amazing at deep love cuticle care manis and pedis. I have been to many salons and “hands down” will choose this place, over all the others! I am writing because my experience has been 5 star compared to so many salons that rush, charge more and cannot do more than the overrated or high volume salons that focus on the pretty colors and polish, but not the mani pedi and tlc and skincare part of the process.
