I have so many bad experiences with the company but I will just name a few.😊If you dont have a vehicle to get to your location for sales good luck because they really tried to make me call my Husband from his job to take me to make my sales. I got invited to a sales trip they left me in a hotel while they went to explore the town. I also almost didnt have a ride back home from the trip because I didnt want Bhaviya to dump out my belongings out my luggage so that they could use it to hold the products , mind you they didnt ask anyone else and didnt offer to put my stuff back. Team Leaders would fake their sales for certain people there was alot of favoritism. I literally watch Ozzy and Jose use other people SSN to fake sales. The company is based on FRAUD. Mr.Johnny BreadWater is the “CEO” I dont know if he know hows his company is going or is just playing dumb.

Scheduled an interview at 2. When I showed up, there were 9 other people there scheduled for 2, and the administrator told me I was scheduled at 2:30. I have never been so disrespected by a potential employer. Good luck to anyone considering this for employment, but I would run quickly in the opposite direction.

Ive been with Machulins for about a month and I love working for this company. The managers are extremely welcoming. They arent like most managers that breath down your neck, they let you move at your own pace. Ive already been promoted to a leader. If you have that go getter attitude then this is the best place for you!

Although, every company has things they can improve on, overall, this was a good company to work for. The work just wasnt for me long-term. they do offer hands-on training and make sure you are paid weekly. There is opportunity for advancement if you want it and are willing to work for it.

I like that although the day is always structured the same. no day is exactly identical. There´s always something to learn, different conversations and focuses. It keeps you on your toes and eager to learn what comes next. The management team is also the best. they were very flexible and worked with me when i had to work things out with family and special occasions.

Ive been the receptionist for MM for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it. Everyone here gets along, its like an extended family. I was in the same position when I applied here and being honest I havent had any problems for now. I am writing it because I would have liked this kind of help when I was applying. The company has a great environment, I felt very welcome here.But at the end is up to you, your attitude and how you perform in what you were hired for. I was hired as a marketing assistant and the CEOS were next to me for at least a month explaining me and showing me everything to start later doing it alone. Its a complete scam. They are not clear with the expectations , day to day work life and pay. They try to swindle you in by having the first interview be for only 15 minutes. You can tell the hiring manager has practiced a script because of how its spoken and the vague generated answers he/she gives. After asking if the job posting matched what was mentioned on linkedin, the lady first stated it is salary, then slipped up and said its commission after asking me to come back for second interview. It was also like pulling teeth to even figure out what kind of job this was, the lady did NOT want to tell me. Then after awkward silence, she stated that we will be selling wellcare or medicare phones to people outside of walmart or along the lines of. She didnt give me anytime to waiver, and was quite pushy on everything. I wish I didnt waste my time with the interview.

I have been working with Machulin for 3 months now, and everyone is a family here. We bond and it is alway a blast working with everyone in the office. I do find it odd that everyone who has written a bad review has NEVER worked for our company before. I have never seen or spoken with a Whitney or Johnny. Solicitation is a crime! and we would not be a nation wide organization if that were the case.
