This is the best laundry center. Friendly staff, great machines that wash and dry quickly. I quit going to the laundry at my apartment complex and started using Waters Express. Very pleased with the results from every wash and dry. I do it myself. In and out in less than an hour! If you want a great laundromat, look no further!

Clean, friendly staff, comfy waiting chairs, and lots of high-powered machines! Laundry day isn’t my favorite day, but this place makes it manageable.

Good place. Overall, I enjoy coming to do my laundry here.My only gripe is how it says Dry Cleaners on the sign but they do not actually provide Dry cleaning services. It would have been a perfect location otherwise. Hope it is just a COVID issue and they provide it later.

Nice high-tech eco friendly laundry equipment, clean, chic, carts to carry your stuff, folding tables, comfy movie theater type chairs with cup holders, a little arcade corner with vending machines to keep the kids busy. Super nice here, only reason for 4-stars is the pricing... Its almost $3 for a small washing machine, $7 for a medium, $12 for a large. BUT They make up for it with the drying machines of $0.39 for a small per minute, $0.59 for a medium per minute, $0.79 for a large per minute. Its about the same as anywhere else, the prices just throw you off a little.

Very clean easy to use washing machines. And they get your clothes very clean, also they help you out to teach you how to use their cards and the machines. There are just a few little quirks all the help does not speak English, I would think they would hire some bilingual help.

If your looking for a place where you got the choice to leave your wash(wash and fold service) with friendly and knowledgeable attendants that will do your laundry the way you would like it done.If thats not you there wash house is amazing where can you go and sit in movie house seating,T.V on in English and Español and one showing you the wonder behind there newest technology in use in there top of the line machines.And price is almost half of what you would pay anywhere else . And did I mention how friendly and wonderful the staff are .For first timers they will take you on a tour of there wash house explaining everything you need to do to wash your clothing and be done in an hour.Thats right from start to finish in an hour (if not less), fill safe,relax and actually enjoy your time there. SO I RECOMMEND THIS WASH HOUSE AND GIVE IT ♡♡♡♡♡.

I popped in at 9 PM on a Friday evening thinking I could do two loads of laundry and I was under the impression that the laundromat closed at midnight giving me three hours to complete it. After reloading my card with funds and about half way thru two washes of clothing At approximately 9:30, I was told that I had to leave because they were closing. The woman there barely spoke a word of English. So I had to pull sipping wet laundry out of the two machines into my laundry basket and find a laundromat that actually and truly is open 24 hours a day, which I did. I will never be a customer of Waters Express Laundry again nor would I ever recommend this business to others.

They just got new chairs and they are incredible. Love this place! Great for families and college students alike!

Only laundromat in town offering Ozone infused water with their cold water wash in every washer. Youll be able to wash and dry all your cloths in less then 45 minutes. They have four 90 lbs monster washers that can handle two weeks of cloths for a family of five, or two king comforters at the same time. Wash, dry, and fold service is also available for drop off and pickup. Your clothes will be pretreated for stains, wash with hypoallergenic detergent and softener, collared shirts, polos, blouses, and, dress/scrubs hung. Socks and underwear will be organized and wrapped in cellophane. All this for a comparable fee per pound with a 24 hour turn around.

Used them 3 times in the last year and a half to do my families laundry when my machine broke down. This last time they lost ALL of my white clothes.

After my initial review, the manager reached out and offered to make it right. He did just that. I went back and he was there to explain EVERYTHING to me. He explained how the machines work, why they do what they do, he was truly amazing. He paid for my service and was there with me the entire time, to ensure I was satisfied. I recommend thisnlocariin simply because management cares.I only give this place 2 stars because of the cleanliness of the place. The washers are a rip off. I used the largest washer ($12.69) with preloaded detergent. There was never any suds. I was told by Jasmine, thats just the way it is. I also used the next size down washer ($5.69), where I added the recommended amount of detergent, still no suds. I asked Jasmine for help and her suggestion was to just add more detergent. Well of course that didnt work. $18 later I have partially cleaned clothes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT coming here.

Have been using this laundry mat since they have opened. It is always clean. The owner and his staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I love the new theater seats with the cup holders which tell me how much the owner loves his customers. Will continue to recommend this facility to my friends and family.

When I first started coming here a year ago it was nice and staff were friendly and understanding. I no longer feel welcomed at this laundromat. They have a rule for last load in the washer an hour before they close. I get that, however I dont get why you cant dry clothes an hour before they close. If you sit outside you will see that they pick and choose who they want to let in at those times. There is a new girl that has been there for a few months that is very rude and not welcoming at all, wish I knew her name to tell you. At night she stays in the back with the door shut and front counter closed, so if you need assistance you have to wait for her to come out. There is also a man there thats hangs around, not sure if he has a title seeing that he is always in street clothes but he is always outside smoking while delegating to customers.This raises a safety concern for me. Especially since I have two small children. The overall service has declined, I have used the drop and shop service and both times my clothes came back with PINK stains. I pretty much paid $60 to have my clothes destroyed. I use to like this place, now I am investing in my own washer and dryer. Use this laundromat at your own RISK.

Update Edit: The following day I went to pick up my clothes and decided to voice my disappointment of the previous day with one of the employees, a well spoken older Cuban lady, and while explaining my dissatisfaction with the previous day, the manager (or owner), I guess overheard from behind and offered a discount card for my experience. I wasnt voicing my frustration with that compensation in mind, but it was a pleasant surprise that he took initiative to improve my experience.The assistant manager that was present today was actually the same employee that I had spoken to on the day of the mishap, and that day she hadnt been wearing a badge indicating her position but I was a little shocked to find that the same employee who looked clueless and could only say Im sorry to me the day of the mishap was actually the assistant manager? Either way, I will say that I am grateful for the attention and courtesy I was given after the fact. I will definitely mention to anyone who asks that Express Laundry does take customer satisfaction seriously. :)Honestly I’ve given the dry cleaning 3 chances, spaced out. The first time was my only and best experience with this place. The second time I had shirts that were ruined with white stains, but I didn’t mind because they were shirts I didn’t wear too frequently. What bothered me was that a staff member apologized for the ruined clothes AND getting me my clothes 2 full days later than they should have and she offered me a discount on my next purchase. The OWNER said that she could not offer me that, which frankly I overlooked because I understand maybe she did offer something that wasn’t hers to offer. However the courtesy would have been appreciated for my trouble. Fast forward 6 months later, I give the dry cleaning another chance... and my things are not ready 24 hours later when they said it would be. “I’m sorry.” Is all I get for wasting my gas and giving the establishment my money. I’m not giving this place anymore chances. The owner has no regard for clients and staff can’t seem to keep right on their designated pick up times. I gave it one star because a no star rating wasn’t an option. Very upset with my last experiences.Staff is extremely helpful and friendly but cannot flourish under bad management, or ownership in this case.

Best laundromat Ive ever used. The attendant gave me a personal tour and taught me how to use the machines. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. The machines work great, some of them even include the soap & softener (super capacity machines). There is free wifi, & the laundry cards that run the machines also work for the vending, video games, & bathrooms (so they are secure). The machines take less time than residential washers/dryers, & there is even a sports bar 3 doors down & the owners were really nice there as well. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely pleased with Express Laundry Center. I have been there 3 times since Dec 2015 and have been very pleased each time. I was impressed with the facility, its staff and its cleanliness. They have laundered close to 100 tablecloths for me and my king comforter. Prices are very reasonable and worthy of the service. Thank you for doing a great job!

This place is a godsend! The lovely woman at the front was amazing! I explained that I was a very busy mother of 4 boys and a wife, have never used a wash,dry,fold and had A LOT of laundry! She very very helpful from the time I dropped off to pick up! She even helped me take all of my stuff back to my car without even asking her! She was so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be going back! Would give more stars if I could!

We recently relocated to Florida and in a temporary location. I found Express Laundry and was not disappointed. Its very clean with numerous machines for all size loads. You use a laundry funded card for all transactions and its relatively inexpensive. The staff has always been very courteous, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend.

Great community laundromat. Clean. The manager runs a tight ship, no nonsense! Machines never down surprisingly clean compared how many years they have been opened.

This is a newer laundry mat and has machines that are green/environment friendly. They have cushioned seats instead of hard plastic chairs that add comfort while you wait for laundry to be done. Instead of having to carry change around you just load a card to use for the machines (I personally love this as I hate carrying change with me) The owner and the staff have always been exceptionally nice. The facility is always clean as well.

The absolute BEST washers and driers I have ever used in a laundromat. The washers wash really well and spin so great the dryer time is very minimal. The staff are always smiling and helpful. They keep everything clean all the time...even the inside rims on the washers. I cannot say enough good things about Waters Ave Express Laundry Center!

Great place to do laundry in less than an hour! Staff are very helpful, and they keep the place well cleaned and tidy! Its also convenient that the washer and dryer and vending machines all take just one card so you dont have to carry change.

I will most definitely be coming back. No one likes to do laundry, but I can say that I enjoyed my experience here. This was a very well kept and modern facility. They have snack machines, video games and ergonomic seating.

After about a year of coming here, and typically loving their service, I got a big slap in the face. My clothes always come back to me clean, and smelling amazing. Somehow this last time, my clothes came back to me looking dirtier than when I dropped them off. How does this happen?The time before this, I came back when the clothes were supposed to be ready and they were not, so they gave me a 20% discount. Maybe they felt that since they gave me a discount, they didnt actually have to wash my clothes this time? Or simply provide 20% of my usual service?Usually, it looks like they wash my darks together to keep them nice and dark. My whites are always bright when they come back. This time.. I have faded jeans and the dingiest dirtiest white tops ever. I have dirty button up shirts that look like the were just thrown in the dryer without being washed and now the deodorant stains and permanent. I didnt send anything out of the ordinary, nothing different that I always send. The usual makeup, sweat deodorant... looks like they threw most of the clothes in one load and dried them all together and maybe they forgot to wash a few and just threw them in the dryer with the clan clothes.I dont know what they did. I just know I have a bunch of dirty clothes that dont smell anything like they usually do. They smell like they were just thrown in the dryer with a dryer sheet and if you frequent this place, you know the clothes usually look good and smell fresh for a LONG time.I am so disappointed to pull my business from here (as well as few referrals that I sent their way) but I am not only out of pocket for the fee that I paid them, but also a few shirts that may not be salvageable and undesirable fading to my favorite jeans. What a shame. I hope they do better in the future.I have photos but somehow I cant get them to upload. View them on my YELP review.

What an amazing place, staff is super friendly and very helpful. Makes doing laundry almost guy proof.My girlfriend is a chef and has been taking in her chef coats in for several weeks, I was amazed and the way they came back looking almost new and no more stains.If you are in the area give them a try and see what you think. Iv never written a review, but express wash inspired me to let everyone in Tampa know how amazing this place is. Absolutely adore this laundry mat! And the employees are always eager to help and have a warm welcoming smile. When the employees are happy you know management is doing something right which means the service is on point! What a nice, well kept facility. All you got to do is put your money on the card and the card goes everywhere in there, you can play games and get stuff out of the vending machine.

Waters Express Laundry is an excellent place to do your laundry, or to drop it off so that their staff can do it for you!

It was a very clean place at the beginning , right now not so clean, specially the bathroom, no soap most of the time during the night. I know is a very busy place but come on people lets go back to what you were at the beginning when this laundry was extremely clean and shine all the time.

My experience here has been great Ive been washing my clothes here since you opened up. Workers here are incredibly helpful. Theres one especially who goes over and beyond in assisting me and customers i ask her name, her name is Emily she always has a smile always greeting people as they come in and she very sweet. I work for the city of tampa i have 5 guys that i manged i would replace 2 of my guys for someone like her.you guys should be very happy to have her working for you.

This place is awful. They make you get a laundry credit card. If youre paying with a debit card like most people do these days theres a 5 dollar minimum. I spent 12 dollars there! I didnt even need the full 12. So now Ive got money left on this stupid laundry credit card for what? The candy they sell in the vending machines. Also they charge you to use the restrooms. This place is designed to take every single cent they can from you.

I just moved to Tampa area from Orlando and I have never washed clothes at a laundromat before. I was pleased with the cusomer service and willingness to help me as I was clearly struggling. For a future not, no doubt the best place to get your clothes cleaned!

I personally go out of my way to come to this particular wash center. The facility is air conditioned, it has access to wifi, the macheins are quiet and quick. I have never seen it dirty the staff are amazing! The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! They will continue to have my service as a loyal customer.
