Extremely friendly people to help you out! Very clean and well kept establishment and easy to find! Close to other businesses and I would recommend to anyone in the Tampa area!

Fantastic staff! We had to wait for a flight home after days at the beach, the staff assisted in changing for dollar coins and started machines for us. Super friendly and clean!

Its always pretty clean and the machines are mostly in working order. I like to go later in the evening when its not busy. They have several tvs and vending machines. The down side is they only have one bathroom and theres no phkne number to call if you lose money in a machine.

No place to charge phone but 4.00 to qash

I did my laundry here for the first time and some of my clothes were stolen!!! I hope they have video cameras so they can see who did this and it doesnt happen to anyone else!!! It is months later and nobody ever called me back after leaving several messages. There was water everywhere so my clothes were taken out of a washing machine that was supposed to be locked. Horrible experience!!!

Worst laundromat ever! Its manager Maria is very rude and unprofessional, her machines ruined most of my clothes with some black motor oil coming loose and she refused to take responsibility for it and blamed ME the customer instead! She refused to issue me any reimbursement for my damaged clothes so now I have to buy new clothes because of her broken machines damaging my old clothes. Completely unacceptable and terrible customer service, blaming the customer for your own mess ups of their clothes! I highly NOT recommend this terrible place with its terrible, rude and unprofessional manager.

It says on there door,that you must wear a mask, yet there was people in there without a mask,and the old lady that works there didnt have on a mask,this is why this terrible virus is still among us, because of people like the ones that were in that laundry,people that dont care about themselves and others.

Best laundromat in town. Great location, great staff, open 24 hours, always clean, great ppl and environment, easy to use machines, conveniently located next to publix supermarket, planet fitness gym, also has a great fresh fruit smoothie next door. Also has ALL well known fast food restaurants in the same area even a dollar General and hair and nail salon. Stop by and check out this great place

Bad customer services from the attended. My first time. Left a bad taste in my mouth bad customer service she screaming to make sure you do things right you need to read the stuff the rules and regulation that she has no good customer service really bad lady

Clean and friendly people

The first time I was there the lady in charge was disrespectful with me when I was trying to explain her that her WiFi password should be 8 character instead of only 7. She told me she had WiFi in her phone with that 7 character password. The second time and probably the last one she pushed me to buy softener from the vending machine because she said I poured to much soap and that could damaged that delicate washers . The place is nice and clean but that lady needs some costumer services courses.

I went there today to get quarters for the laundromat in my apartment complex. Didnt think it would be as big of a deal as the old, short haired, lady who was the so called manager made it. She went out of her way to make sure we were going to buy the soap to consider ourselves as customers in order to get the quarters. She even threw her body in front of the door and refused to let us leave until we bought soap first. She kept interrogating us if we were going to do our laundry today or how many soaps we needed. The scene she was causing was just ridiculous and unprofessional. Im not surprised there are other people who complained about this place.

I totally agree the place is clean but the customer service is no good 1st when I get there I advise her that all 4 of the machines ($2.50 by the way) are full she ignored me I went to get a $1 in quartes she snatch the money out my hand and said quarter s are for washing ( WICH THERE IS NO SIGN SAYING THAT) THIS MAKES YOU THINK WERE IS THE OWNER IN ALL THIS HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE MUST FEEL THE SAME AND DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A COMMENT WITH WHO TO OR CALL I ASK THE OWNER TO STEP IN AND FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS LADY SHOULD JUST BE TAKEN OUT OF THERE

The owner or staff who workers here are very rude and racist. When I approach them with an issue with on if there washers , the staff immediately gave me attitude and denied there was an issue . The staff had to bang on the washer in order for it to receive my money. I told her the washer took to coins =50cent but she basically called me a liar and spoke only in Spanish being very rude . I will not be returning here . I will not argue if 50 cent . Clearly the washer had an issue if you hand to bang on it for it to receive money. I would give zero stars

Good site, I recommend differentiated rate for low-flow schedules, I have seen several that put lower prices when it is in the morning excluding weekends.
