Staff are professional and consistent and management will respond promptly and follow up to any client concerns and makes sure it gets corrected and inspected. Many mom and pop services out there but if you want a professional cleaning company this is it.

Julie and her team of professionals are excellent. Tenants were very happy with the cleanliness of their work space. The cleaners are trustworthy and competent (never had an issue with the security system). When we discovered one of the cleaning solutions they were using left a residue on the conference table, they immediately changed solutions. Problem solved. Always quick to respond to emails. Very professional. And the prices are very fair. Highly recommend!Also, Julie and her husband are both former military. I support local businesses, especially veterans!

I have used this commercial cleaning service for almost a year now and they are phenomenal. Not only do they do a great job-- they are reliable, friendly and super customer service-oriented. It is hard to find a service that you completely trust with your business-- but this ones a keeper!

I hired Office Pride because I liked that they hired military families and the glowing reviews I read online. Unfortunately, I had a much different experience. The first cleaning was great. It was a mother daughter team and they made everything sparkle. After a couple cleanings, it switched to one guy cleaner and things rapidly declined. The final straw was when the cleaner left without even mopping the floor (kind of important). So I canceled my contract and went on my way. A year later, I remodeled my business and was looking for help maintaining it so I called Office Pride to give them another chance. I was informed my last cleaner was let go as many other customers had the same problem as I did. Great, I thought- lets give this another go! On the first visit their cleaner broke the key off in my restroom door lock. Bummer, but no problem - accidents happen and he was apologetic. Then I contacted Maria the manager to reimburse me for the locksmith her reply was we cant reimburse you for anything unless you have proof he did it. I dont have a camera pointed directly at my restroom so it was their word vs mine. I went with Office Pride because I thought there would be more accountability with a franchise if something goes wrong, but NOPE. Needless to say I canceled my contract and wont be back.

What an amazing difference! Office Pride is head and shoulders above the others. First of all, they do a great job. My office has never been cleaner. Second, the customer service. We have had a quality control person, Maria, come out personally to make sure we were pleased and if there was anything they could do to do a better job. Never had that happen before. If you want a reliable commercial cleaner in the Tampa Bay Area, give these guys a call!

We have been using Office Pride for a couple of years now and have found Kevin to be so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. His personal attention to detail and obvious care and passion for his work is highly commendable. We can leave him to his work in our shop and give him a key to lock up when hes finished! Our floors are old and pretty worn out but thanks to Kevins hard work, they look fresh and clean and shiny!

My experience with this company as an employee has been a disappointing one. Where do l begin the office manager is unorganized and dishonest. They treat there employees as if they are incompetent and unworthy. They don’t pay there employees based on the work they are required to do. They provide poor communication and training. I personally do not recommend this company to work for or use for cleaning services
