Nothing is ever stolen. Cargo always arrived the same way I send it. Communication is great, both here and the country I send to.

Horrible place, workers dont have office supplies to provide with a copy if need it. Do not deserve a single star. Looks like the owner is miserable.

This company is great! I have sent a coupled of boxes to the Caribbean and they have always arrived intact. The first time I sent a package it took over four weeks but the second time it only took two weeks. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they dont pick up boxes in my region, but other than that they are excellent!.

Friendly and reliable on the U.S.side of the business, not as great in the Dominican Republic. They open the boxes we send to our family and remove items then seal the box back up. They steal our things, and as much as we report it, nothing ever changes.

I give it one star because i cant give it zero. Worst company ever. Do not send your boxes with them because they will open it and take stuff out for themselves. No professionalism whatsoever when you call. Terrible company

I sent several boxes to Rep. Dom. And this has been my experience. I sent a box to Santiago and it cost me 50 dollars. I was a pamper and bb stuff. The destination also influences the cost. Do not alter the measurements of the boxes or it will cost you more. They measure them. They also weigh the box and I dont know why and in the end they tell you what it will cost you and now. I asked and they didnt give me a clear explanation. I had never had these problems. They do not send tanks or sell them. The boxes have gone without any problem.

I want to exorcise that the service and attention of the owner and Mrs. Mayra have lived up to it. Siemore answered my questions very kindly. My box arrived yesterday in good condition all intact. I recommend them for shipping to Santo Domingo.

I sent a parcel delivery to Mexico from this Martinez Cargo company Tampa branch in January 2016, when the package arrived at its destination I noticed that things were taken from the box worth more than 100 dollars and I immediately let them know, despite having put an insurance for 500 dollars to my package until today 5 months later they have not called me !! the person in charge of that office washed his hands and only managed to give me the phone number of the owner of the company telling me that he would solve my problem to call me and told me that he did not have the documents at hand that would call me when I will arrive at his office and he will never call me, of course I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, DO NOT VALUE THE PENALTY OR BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHIPPING STILL IF YOU PUT INSURANCE!
