2 days past expected delivery. On the 3rd day delivery appointment was made between 9am-1pm. At 1:54pm I called to get eta and was told they were running 2 hours behind. Because I have other things going on in my life I was not able to stay till 4-5pm and was told that if I wasnt there, they would charge me for redelivery because of their own faults of not sticking to their original scheduled delivery time!!!??? I HIGHLY recommend to search for a different delivery company other than this one. Unless you have nothing to do ALL DAY other than wait on them for days. They are unbelievably rude over the phone, unreliable, and unprofessional!
