I’ve had challenges and questionable professionalism inquiries at an all time high when it came to staff agencies and Temp services in the past, but speaking with Delonda really put that stereo type to rest, she was very naturally professional with following up, helping me find what was convenient for my location and actually finding me a position fit for my advanced experience in the work field. I didn’t know that I could be that happy from someone whom simply is doing their job, but you can definitely tell the genuinism was there and the strive to find what I want and need as a worker remained a priority for her rather than just “trying to persuade me into a position that needs to be filled ASAP”.
